GHW returns from a brief commercial break, with "Ugly" by the Exies blaring throughout the arena. In the middle of the squared hell is Dominik Santiago, with his KOTDM championship strapped around his waist and a microphone clutched in his miracle working fingertips. The Californian flaunts a solemn gaze as he stands amidst boos and cheers from the patrons, half of the crowd having nothing but hatred toward the Assassin, and the other supportive of his views, opinions and captivated by his wrestling abilities. After giving the spectators ample time to voice their opinions, Dominik gestures to the crowd to quiet down. They oblige, the vociferous noise in the arena becoming quiescent and deafly as the former New Age Champion begins to speak.
Big Al: "Dominik has something on his mind here Colin. He doesn't seem to have his head screwed on with it's usual tightness."
Colin Jennings: "I guess we're about to find out why."
Dominik: "Tonight I'm scheduled to take on a member of the the Outcasts a.k.a. the league of buried superstars, and the champion of jobbers, Mighty Man Millson. I didn't see Triple M in the arena earlier, and if he's hiding back in the lockeroom with his tail in between his legs I can understand it. I've already hung his fearless leader, so I can respect the fact that he isn't in any hurry to meet the same fate. Besides that, I've got bigger fish to fry."
"I'll start with Kahlan."
"I wonder what he's got in store for the Ladder Queen after she turned her back of Shawn Dreamer last week."
"If you shut your piehole, we'll find out now wont we?!"
The mention of the Ladder Queen elicits jeers and boos from the crowd, their detestation toward the Englishwoman having been intensified by her most recent transgressions.
"Last week, she left Shawn Dreamer to face the wolves. She turned her back on her former partner, friend and ally. I don't know if it's that time of the month, she's having some sort of crises, or maybe she's chosen to align herself with Nick Carson, I don't have any answers. All I know is she's got some explaining to do, and as you all know, patience is a luxury that I don't possess."
The champion passes his hand across his championship, before rubbing the rim of his chin, staring into the outskirts of the arena as he continues to gather his thoughts.
"With that said, onto my next topic, Jaggeroth."
"Last week he interrupted my match with Jerry Nate, and sent his band of nobodies to clean us out. Because of my craftiness and astuteness, I was able to evade those mongoloids. But the gesture has been acknowledged Jaggeroth. Everyone wants to cut the head off the snake. I'm that snake, I'm that serpent, the reptile slithering around GHW, sinking my venomous teeth into any one who dare step in my path. I've got a long line of enemies Jaggeroth, and there's an even longer line of incompetents trying to reach prosperity and vindicate their sorry careers by attempting to destroy Legion. Take a number, because if your really interested in getting your cranium driven into the canvas, and your fate sealed in an SKO, it can be arranged."
"Strong words as usual from Legion's leader. Despite the recent controversy by Kahlan, and the emergence of the Horde Dominik isn't rattled one bit."
Why should he be. He's beaten Jaggeroth before, and besides, he's got Shawn Dreamer watching his back. As Kahlan has proven, you can't count on woman for anything other than sex, their fickle!
"Yes that's something our younger viewers should be hearing. Your quite the role-model Al!"
"And now last but not least, I shall turn my attention to the biggest cancer in Glory and Honor Wrestling... Hayden Hardkore."
The arena erupts with cheers, and chants of "Hardkore" much to the chagrin of the Lord of the Flies.
"Hayden is the physical embodiment of a flawed perspective, an old way of doing things, a dying ideal. But most importantly, the Jackass has sat perched atop of GHW for one reason, and on reason only; and it's because he stands as the symbol of GHW's conspiracy."
"This goes beyond Smarky Smark, to even when Reverend Vortigern, or Hawkeye were calling the shots. There has been a relentless effort to keep Hayden Hardkore relevant, to make him the top draw, and the focus of GHW. Despite his act being old, and torpid, he holds this companies top prizes. Not because he's more gifted physically, athletically, it's because the figureheads want him to be. The people at the top of the hierarchy, who've placed these biased General Managers in charge, they are the people who truly call the shots, who send in the orders; and those orders are to ensure Hayden Hardkore is champion. That's why he was allowed to wear a mask for months, and sneak into a New Age Championship match, despite not having won any contendership match, or done anything to warrant such an opportunity. And the same reason, at Full Circle the King of The Deathmatch title was added to the Three Stages of Hell Match between Super Hayden, Thomas Walker and myself. The referee's made questionable decisions, the cadence of their counts were questionable, and Hayden Hardkore was put in multiple positions for him to succeed. And those officials had no choice. Their wellbeings were based solely on Hayden's success."
"They want Hayden Hardkore to be at the top. Roadkill walked away from wrestling yes, but that design was fueled by their knowledge of this conspiracy. Look at his title defenses; Havoc, Sean Danielson, some losers from the Alex Night family tree, and a bunch of other insignificant people. Metal Dragon was pressured out of his title match at Red, White and Bruised because he represents a product no longer suited for the direction GHW is heading in. The days of beer drinking, moronic Tennesseans at the top of the food chain are over. And that leaves me, the youngest man to win the New Age Championship and a staple in the company for 5 years and counting. They've deliberately tried to send me into oblivion, and keep me as far away from the top as possible. From the deliberate controversy and chaos they created at NeXus, to the H-Games and their last ditch effort to divert my attention."
"But to no avail; I've beaten everyone they've thrown at me, and I will no longer be denied. I'm challenging Hayden Hardkore for the New Age Championship at Full Circle, and I'm doing it for everyone held down by this conspiracy. For people like Desperado, not allowed to become champion here because of his affiliations with that promotion in Concord, like Magnus Gunner, a man not given a fair opportunity to become champion because he didn't live up to the standards of GHW management, and countless others. I will face you Hayden, the head of the GHW conspiracy, their marketable, fan friendly champion. I will beat you, end your career and bring GHW to its knees, where I rule with an iron fist."
"The day is coming, for I am the Savior of this cess-pit, and will liberate these zombies from their madness."
"He's out of his mind."
"I couldn't agree more. It seems like GHW has wanted to keep Hayden at the top. How else do you explain his title defenses?"
"People who earned those opportunities, young superstars being given a chance to live their dreams."
"Thats malarkey and you know it. The only people who can beat Hayden Hardkore have been driven away, and the only one who remains is the Assassin."
"Your just as batshit crazy as Dominik is."
The Lord of the Flies drops his microphone, allowing his words to reverberate throughout the arena.
Big Al: "Dominik has something on his mind here Colin. He doesn't seem to have his head screwed on with it's usual tightness."
