JD didn't defend it more because he was a little busy running feuds of the year with myself, Hayden Hardkore, Dom, and a couple of his own characters aswell. But that's very much the point I'd like to make, the "mandatory title match" thing will only be used when you're character is being boring and sitting on a belt.
If you're running a good enough story, having good enough matches, building your character well enough then the belt itself becomes a prop and the title match is merely a consequence of your success. Sure mixing up tag teams and making random pairings is alright to spice things up every now and then but even that gets old unless there is some purpose behind it.
With business picking up in the tag title division our teams were put against each other for a tag title shot and we won, which makes a hell of alot more sense when you consider the build up. It could have been the outcasts in this position if they'd been able to post for it.
The TV title was contested, for a while, under regular rules. The 24 hour thing was dropped and the reason it was dropped is that people pissed and moaned non stop about 24 hour belts being worthless, until ofcourse the 24 hour thing was took away then they pissed and moaned that the 24 hour thing was the coolest thing ever.
Now back to the card, WHO'S EXCITED ABOUT HAVING A NEW UNDISPUTED GHW CHAMPION!?

Every title we have SHOULD be defended once a month at bare minimum, more defenses should be done than that IMHO. That's how it is done IRL feds, well big time feds anyway. Waiting around to defend a title at a PPV only each month is stupid and makes people (roleplayers) disinterested, and when you don't make someone defend their title(s) even AT PPVS, that's even more stupid. If you have a title and no division for that title, such as tag teams, then you should do away with those titles until a later date when people get interested in them again. Otherwise they'll be meaningless as the Solid Core Title in EVPW under Dom's so called "reign". To that, I'll refer to Matt: 1. Every Title is to be defended at least once every 5 weeks (35 days). If you are inactive to do so or the title is not defended in that span, you can be stripped of that title. ... 4. GM's also hold the right to give or decline any star a title shot as they see fit. Currently, every title has been defended at least once in the past 35 days EXCEPT the KotDM. There's no reason to knock on Dom for this. At the time of Full Circle, he held one half of the tag titles and the KotDM title. Three matches in one PPV is insane. Given, he did not participate in the Tag match, for which I'm sure he had good reasoning. Under Ryan's 2011 Calendar, PPVs took place roughly each Six weeks. In a sense, the rule of title defenses was stretched to six weeks (or 42 days). Ryan's explanation is below for this: As you can see, Code Blue is stricken from the list as GHW becomes a 6 PPV a year company. This will allow you guys to build better feuds up, and gives a chance for more TNT/EVO shows to occur in which to build with. Based on how this year, I think it was a brilliant move by Ryan. And with the ending of Friday Night Combat, the Charging Glory Championship (Held by Hayden HardKore) has been disbanded. The TV Title is now more credible than I've seen. Despite being a Live title, the TV title represents consistency in RPing unlike any other title in GHW's history. The New Age Championship is defended most often at PPVs because of its prestige. More prestige = more interest. More interest = More viewers. More viewers = Bigger audience. More interest + More prestige = More anticipation More anticipation = Bigger PPVs & Expansion of match card (under card) It takes an overwhelming amount of match-writing talent, experience, and effort to put on a worthy match at the main event of a PPV, not considering a bid for the highest ranking title in a company. At times, it's hard to see who can fit the bill. Millson was deemed worthy of that shot on a TNT weekly episodic show and he DAMN-NEAR pulled it off against Hayden HardKore, as well as a shot at the KotDM against Dominik Santiago in a narrow timeframe.

Tag Teams: I need to get the contract up, but Tracks and Flash are at least one more. GFX Dude: Doesn't Ryan do that? Especially since he's not going to book any more, maybe he can do that more often?

It's official, I'm bowing out with grace and dignity. We'll have to settle this some other time, Feez, and not during a week where I somehow have to work 63 hours in 6 days. Just do a post that makes sense and accept your title, you walking thesaurus of bullshit.
EDIT: Sorry, that's the over load of hot chocolate and lack of masturbation over the last 5 days talking.

MWUHHAAHHHAAAAAA!!!! Dom, this is where people in charge strip you of those titles and do away with them (like a few singles titles I've seen go away for a bit then come back when interest peaked) or start tossing two decent rpers together to at least make you defend them. Nobody was scared of you guys, certainly not Delta and I, who beat Dreamer and Kahlan. But I guess when certain people are protected, even when a team comes along that beats them they still don't get a shot at the belts. Only in GHW. Aside from that, congrats on the win. I CALLED IT!!! Pay up, people.
