After all the insults were slung back and forth the match finally got under way with a cheap missile kick from Dave. yet again experience pervailed here with Dave making one to many critical errors and Hawkeye able to capitalise on it with a seriesof well timed high risk moves and subtle attacks wearing down Dave, The determination how ever in Dave to prove he was screwed out of the title and deserved his chance to shine gave him the extra he needed to put up with the endless attacks of Hawkeye who clearly under estimated his opponent. A quick counter by Dave ending almost ina 3 count , but some how Hawkeye got out of it. Then after several more attacks Dave once again thought he had the match only to discover Hawkeye had an arm on the rope. Furious from this Dave started to loose his cool and his edge letting Hawkeye get away with one too many high risk moves before he was able to get Dave with an awesome Springboard moonsault.
