Dave Carter vs Steven Daniels III Singles Match

The scene opens as the camera is panning around the crowd showing people holding up various signs supporting their favorite Fighty fighty persons, the announce table is seen and JP and Ray are in their usual positions, the ring crew hurries to clear the ring from the previous match.

JP: Well ladies and gentlemen that last match was truly something, but next up we have a match between two Genesis stars, this all started when that loud mouth Steven Daniels the third came out to the ring and tried to quote entertain the fans...well needless to say Dave Carter was none to pleased.

Ray: Well I don't know whats wrong with what Steven was trying to do...I mean have you seen the crowds that show up here...can you say "trailer park"...I knew you could.

As Ray finishes his words the tron fires up showing a large golden dollar sign that is covered with diamonds, the sign shakes wildly and explodes showing various Steven Daniels III highlights, Duel of the Fates by John Williams hits bringing the crowds booing to almost the max, Steven slowly appears from behind the curtain wearing a pair of gold half tights with black dollar signs on the sides, a pair of long black wrestling boots, and a pair of black elbow and knee pads, Steven walks to the top of the ramp and stops abruptly crossing his arms and looking back over his shoulders in anticipation of his butler Chauncey, a moment passes and Chauncey slowly makes his way out behind Steven who lets out a slight sigh and continues down the ramp.

Lizzie: The following match is scheduled for one fall, introducing first from Stamford, Connecticut standing six feet three inches tall and weighing in at two hundred and thirty pounds...Steven Daniels the third!

Somehow the fans manage to raise the volume of booing as Steven ignores them and walks down the ramp going out of his way to avoid any kind of contact from the people, Steven gets to the bottom of the ramp and walks over and stands next to the ring steps, Steven quickly turns around to face Chauncey who immediately goes up the steps and holds the ring ropes open for Steven, Steven makes absolutely no hurry getting up the ring steps, Chauncey looks to be straining when Steven finally makes it to the top of the steps, Steven steps through the ring ropes and immediately Chauncey releases the ropes and walks back down the steps, Steven glances toward Chauncey and signals for a mic, he grabs one from the announce table and wipes it down with a handy wipe before tossing the mic to Steven who catches it with his right hand and raises it to his lips.

JP: Oh god...don't tell me this guy is actually going to talk more, every time Steven opens his mouth I feel like hitting him myself.

Ray: I know what you mean Jimmy because well heck...i'd hit that.

Steven: Cut the music! *Music stops* Thats better...now as you all know, I am out here to fight Dave Carter, *Nation chant begins* well I do hate to slaughter one of your idles out here in front of you all...ok well maybe I do, but come on let's face it why fight this ogre when I could just as easily avoid it and still win? So I propose a deal, Dave Carter if you want to avoid being embarrassed here I offer you an out, I will give you ten thousand dollars and all you have to do is simply lie down and take the loss.

JP: Does that arrogant son of a bitch actually think Dave Carter would go for something like that?

Ray: I would lay down for Steven, and he wouldn't even have to pay me.

The arena lights go dim and titantron starts playing a video of all kinds of lightning strikes and clips from storms. Pictures keep changing faster and faster and few moments the titantron goes black and a voice is heard from the speakers.

~~Voice~~
Get reeeaaady, because the show is about to.... start!

With the last word, three pairs of lightning strike to the sides of the ramp one after each other, leaving thick smoke at the top of the entrance ramp. Just a moment later, Ludacris & Sum 41 - "Get Back" hits the PA system and the crowd erupts in massive cheers as Dave Carter jumps out of the smoke. Full of energy he immediately tries to live up the crowd, taunting it to make more noise. He then gets to the center of the ramp and looks at both of his sides to the crowd. A second later he rises both his arms up in the air, with one finger on each hand pointing up, while silver and gold pyro shoot from the stage.

And his opponent, from Vancouver, Canada... weighting in at 208 lbs... Dave "The Lightning" Carter!

Dave wears white long wrestling thighs, with a blue lightning symbol at the side of them, and a open "Slam Jam Nation" shirt, which he throws to the crowd while making his way down the ramp. Dave tags hands with the fans as he moves around the ring toward the announcer table, obviously going for a mic. One of the staff quickly hands him one and Dave goes to jump on the apron, now setting his eyes on Steven Daniels. Not letting his eyes away from his opponent, Dave climbs on to the nearest turnbuckle from the outside and rises the mic up to his mouth, now turning to the crowd.

Ladieeeeeeeeeeeeees and gentlemen... the Party Riser has arrived!

The crowd pops again, while Dave again turns to Steven Daniels III. Steven obviously is awaiting for an answer as he looks to Dave with a little smile. Dave holds the mic up to his lips as he begins to speak.

~~Dave Carter~~
Steven Daniels... you want to offer me... you want to offer Dave Carter, the longest reigning New Age Champion ever, who never even lost the title in a match... you want to offer me ten thousands just so that I would lie down and give you the win.

Steven nods, looking at Dave with a self confident look in his face.

~~Dave Carter~~
Well the answer is very obvious already, but before I answer, let me ask you something... How was your day Steven? Did you had a delicious lunch? Did you took your vitamins? Did you watched your soap opera? Did you got your manicure? Because if not... well too late, the only thing that follows for you now is.... Boom, Headshot!

Dave, who stood on the second rope of the turnbuckle, quickly drops his mic outside and puts one of his legs on the top of the turnbuckle, then uses it to springboard himself into the ring, flying toward Steven. While in mid-air, Dave puts both of his legs in front of him, thus dropkicking Daniels and knocking him down. Dave then quickly picks up the mic that Steven Daniels now dropped and puts up to his mouth.

Have a nice day!

Dave throws the mic to the outside of the ring as the referee signals to ring the bell. Carter starts to circle around the ring, looking at Daniels, who is already back on his feet as that dropkick really wasn't a move that could bring him down just yet.

~~JP~~
Steven Daniels made an arrogant offer and now is about to get what he deserves for it.

~~Ray~~
I don't know, Dave maybe might have just awakened a beast in Daniels... and I would like that.

Steven's face now twisted with rage as he stares down Dave Carter who is looking like the cat that swallowed the canary, the cocky look on Dave's face only drives Steven's rage that much further as he blindly rushes toward Dave who pivots of off his anchor foot and drops slamming his elbow back and into the belly of Steven causing Steven to double over, Dave stands up and gets in a front chancery before running at the ropes, he runs quickly up the ropes and goes to springboard off the top but Steven sees this coming and places his hands on Dave's back and shoves him causing him to lose his balance and fly out of the ring and land on the floor below, the ref walks up to the ropes and begins his count.

JP: Well looks like Dave was going for the Shiranui, Steven must have either known it was coming or gotten really lucky however, because he countered it nicely.

Ray: Nice move by Steven acting like a rookie and just charging at Dave like he did, I have to say it gave Dave enough confidence to do something stupid.

JP: I think Steven is the one who got lucky on that exchange there Ray, I mean come on it was pretty relevant by the look in Steven's eyes he was intent on doing some damage, and he just charged in headstrong for Dave without giving it a second thought...not a smart move my friend.

Dave gets quickly to his feet on the outside of the ring and rolls quickly end breaking the ref's count, Steven scoffs at this and Dave gets to his feet and shoots Steven another smile, Steven starts to rush at Dave again but stops himself before he got started, he wags his finger at Dave before tapping the side of his own head with it and mouthing something to Dave, Dave nods and the two men once again begin to circle around one another again, neither man is very quick in their movement at the time as they are more or less trying to read what the other may or may not do, the slow methodical movements from the two men come to a screeching halt when Steven sees an opening, he lowers his shoulders and rushes forward grabbing the right leg of Dave shooting up and dropping him to his back in one fluid motion, Steven twists and drops aiming the point of his right elbow for the ribs of the fallen Lightning but Dave manages to roll to his side making Steven crash into the mat, both men get up at the same time and stare each other down for a few brief moments.

JP: Well both of these men going strong still in the early goings of this match up, and I have to say this thing could go either way, but the smart money for me is on the seasoned vet Dave Carter, trust me those who say that Lightning can't strike in the same spot twice obviously never saw Dave Carter in a GHW ring.

Ray: Yeah yeah, I get it Jimmy, you are a Slam Jam Nation fan boy...and why not, but me I am not buying into that hype, nope I am sticking with my odds on favorite to win this thing, Steven Daniels the third!

The two men bolt toward one another engaging in a collar to elbow tie up, both men jockey for position but neither man has a clear cut advantage at the beginning, Steven uses his slight height and weight advantage to his own advantage however and starts walking Dave back against the ropes, he has Dave leaned over the top rope, the crowd all of a sudden begin to chant for Carter which gives him a sudden boost of adrenaline giving him enough energy to force himself off of the ropes and shove Steven down to his back, as soon as Steven hits the ground he rolls back and onto a knee, he looks shocked at Dave Carter and hesitates to stand just long enough to get a hard right foot snapped into the side of his face sending him falling chest first onto the mat, Dave quickly flips Steven over and drags him perpendicular with the ring ropes before hastely hoping up to the top rope, he stays facing the crowd and leaps backward flipping himself back, he does a turn and a half before landing his left leg across the throat of his opponent.

JP: My god thats a new one, I don't believe I have seen a moonsault leg drop before, and Dave Carter is just the kind of guy you would expect that kind of aerial innovation from!

Ray: Oh no he is going to hurt poor Steven's precious face...aww who am I kidding he could be ugly as sin but he has a shit load of cash and I'll be honest that aint making him look to bad to me right about now.

As Carter moves his leg away from Steven's troth, Daniels head bursts forward and his hands quickly grab his own neck. Steven coughs, trying to get air movement between his lungs and mouth normal again. While he does so, Dave rolls onto his knees and looks at his opponent with a little more serious look in his face. He then turns to the crowd as it starts to cheer now, awaiting what will the Lightning do next. Dave continues to get back fully into vertical position, not letting his eyes away from Steven now, who seems to have finally started breathing normally again, after Dave's leg crashed on his troth. He slowly begins getting up, not seeing Dave standing quite near him. Carter, with his legs bent over the knees a bit, stands just aside Daniels and taunts him to get up. He patiently waits till Steven is right where he wants. Daniels has one of his knees not touching the mat already and just as he lifts his second knee of the canvas, but not yet in vertical base, Dave makes a step backwards and dashes forward. He quickly wraps his right arm around Steven's head, putting him in a front facelock, and continues to run, preparing to drop down soon, apparently aiming to DDT Steven face first into the canvas. But Daniels shows great reaction and ring intelligence, by showing Carter off just before he could do so. Dave is pushed into the ropes and when he bounces of them and come back toward his opponent, Steven already has his eyes locked on him. When Carter is near enough, Steven catches him by the troth and then quickly goes to the grab the pressure point above the throat, squeezing the nerve.

If I'm not mistaking, Steven Daniels III has Dave in Death Grip. He has cut off the air supply for Carter!

~~Ray~~
My Steven is technical wizard, what a reversal, what technique... wait, what good will this move do? It's not really a submission move, is it?

~~JP~~
No, it's not a submission move. But with no air reaching his brain, Dave will fade out, and Steven will be able to simply pin him.

~~Ray~~
Great plan! Go Steven!

With low or none amounts of air reaching his brain, Dave begins to lose strength and Daniels easily forces him to his knees. Referee goes to check what exactly is Steven doing and sees that he can't really do a thing, even if he would want to, as this Death Grip really isn't a choke maneuver. Steven continues to push Dave down till finally his shoulder-blades are pressed down to the canvas and the referee goes down to make the three count. Yet as his hand taps the mat for one, Dave finds some amount of strength left in him and kicks his legs up, wrapping them around Daniels body, thus putting him in body scissors. The referee makes the second tap in the mat and just before the third one, with his legs now being able to hold on to something, Dave is able to lift his back of the mat just enough to break the pin attempt. The crowd starts to chant "Light-ning, Light-ning, Light-ning" again, give him Carter some much needed additional motivation and as well some adrenaline. With the help of those two things, just as Steven presses Dave's shoulders to the canvas again, Carter uses his chance to get out of this situation. With Daniels whole attention being focused to pushing Dave's body down to the canvas, Carter unbalances Steven with his legs, making him fall to one side and finally let go of the Death Grip.

Dave got out of it! That was one of the most dangerous moments in this match, but Carter was able to slip out of the move and now he is in the driver seat, as he still has those body scissors locked on Daniels.

~~Ray~~
Not for long. Steven is too intelligent to be in such situation for long.

Indeed Steven doesn't seem to be going to stay in body scissors for long, as the ropes are quite near him and he sees that. Daniels slowly tries to extend his body and finally is able to reach the ropes, making the referee force Carter to release the lock. Both men seem to be exhausted after this rather technical battle and crawl more near the ropes, using them to support their bodies. Dave and Steven both look at each other and their eyes lock up. Both try to read out each other's mind, both try to guess the next move of his opponent. The excited crowd waits of what will happen next and finally it breaks out. Both Daniels and Carter run toward each other. Steven first goes for a move, stretching out one of his arms aside as he goes for a clothesline, but Dave is able to duck. Full speed he rushes toward the ropes that he is facing now and jumps onto the second rope, at the same time grabbing the top one with his hands to retain balance. Dave springboards of the rope and spins his body 180 degrees, at the same time rising one of his shins up, as he seems to be aiming for a Springboard Shining Wizard on Daniels. Unlucky for him, Steven, who has just turned around, again demonstrated amazing reflexes as he ducks this brain busting move. Carter lands on his knees, but is quick to get back up and turn around to face Steven Daniels. Yet, the first thing he sees is Steven's foot going straight to his guts. The second and maybe even the final thing he sees in this match is the mat, as Daniels puts Carter's head between his thighs as quick as he can. He then goes to hook with his right arm Dave's left arm behind his back. Then does the same with Carter's right arm. With everything set, the next thing that follows is Daniels jumping up and dropping down on his knees, while Dave Carter is nailed face first into the canvas.

Daniels Destroyer! It's over for "The Lightning". I knew my Steven will win.

~~JP~~
Since when he is yours? Though never mind, every time I ask you something, you give me a sick answer. I don't like it and I don't really want to hear another one now. So just shut up. Yet it does seem to be a complicated situation for Dave Carter.

Steven stays sitting on his knees for a moment as he is seemingly staring a hole in the back of his opponents head, Steven finally snaps out of it and places his hands on his legs and pushes him self to a stand, Steven sees Dave is down for the time being so he turns his back on him and holds his hands up in the air and rubs his fingers together apparently gloating about being wealthy, Steven then smiles and takes a couple of steps back toward Dave not seeing him up to a stand, Steven finally figures out Dave is up when he backs into him, Dave quickly wraps one arm around Steven's waist while tucking his head under one of Steven's arms, in a snapping motion he flips Steven over his head and twists catching Steven in mid air and landing in a sitting position with him before placing an arm across Steven's chest prompting the ref to slide over and check Steven's shoulders, the ref determines they are down and begins his count.

JP: LIGHTNING BOMB! Dave Carter just nailed one of his trademarks and Steven Daniels the third is in danger of a loss right here, the kid should have capitalized when he had Dave down after the Daniels Driver...but hey you show off thats the risk you take.

Ray: Well now I don't exactly call "that" showing off, come on the guys a hunk...if he wants to strut his stuff a little by all means I say let the man!

Just as the ref's hand is about to slam down on the mat for a third time Steven manages to shoot a shoulder up and break the pinning predicament, Dave scoots back freeing himself of Steven's legs before getting to a stand, Steven sits up and blinks a few times still a bit shaken from being caught off guard from The Lightning Bomb by Dave Carter moments before, Dave snaps forward and throws his right shin toward the chest of Daniels who gets back to a laying position narrowly avoiding being kicked hard in the chest, the missed kick sets Dave slightly off balance making him stagger forward and grab the top rope to keep himself from toppling to the ground below, Steven hastily rises to his feet and turns to face Dave getting himself into position to hit a move, he waits patiently for Dave to turn around, rather than turn to face Steven however Dave keeps his grip held on the top rope and leaps up planting both feet on the top rope, Dave flips back and all Steven can do is but his step a few paces forward before Dave wraps his right arm around Steven's neck and falls to his stomach jerking Steven down to the ground with him.

Ray: Oh now come on how is that fair? Steven wasn't looking for a high risk move!

JP: Exactly Ray, thats exactly why Dave went high risk on Steven because he knew Steven would be looking for something else, easy mistake to make against a man as versatile as "The Lightning".

Dave gets up and grabs a fistful of Steven's hair forcing him up with him, Dave releases Steven's hair before pushing him toward the ropes, Steven bounces chest first into the ropes and hooks his arms up preventing himself from recoiling him back at Dave who had already leaped up into the air shoving his legs at Steven but missing his mark, Dave lands on his side giving Steven ample time to turn around stomp on the left leg off his opponent a couple of times, Dave avoids getting his leg stomped on a third time by rolling to his side and throwing his right leg into Steven's side making him stumble away long enough for Dave to be able to get to a standing position, Dave shakes his left leg a little and puts weight on it showing Steven hadn't done nearly enough damage to take the left leg out just yet, Steven darts toward Dave who throws his right arm at Steven's throat, Steven ducks underneath and turns to face Dave's back before hooking his arm around Dave's throat, Dave punches up into Steven's ribs three times but it isn't enough to break up the move as Steven shoots down to one knee slamming it between the shoulder blades of Dave making him scream out and arch his back in pain, Steven releases the grip he has on Dave's neck before pushing him to the mat and laying across his chest before hooking his right leg, the ref slides into position to make a count.

JP: Damn, if he doesn't feel that one in the morning than he is a hell of a lot tougher than I am...well I mean he is but thats besides the point, damn did you see that reverse DDT into a backbreaker!

Ray: I'd let Steven break my...

JP: You know what no Ray...NO I am going to cut you off right there, I already know what it is you are going to say and I really don't care to hear it so just stifle yourself for awhile will ya.

[Dave Carter]

Steven nods his head with every tap to the mat by the referee, already being sure of his victory. Yet when he nods his head the third time, immediately he realizes that something is missing. That something is the referee's hand tapping the canvas. Steven looks at referee, not understanding what's going on and starts to shout "Three, three!" to him, while referee just shakes his head and points toward the ropes, showing one of Dave's hands fingers put on the bottom rope, what automatically breaks the pin attempt. Daniels shouts at referee from anger, saying that it was three before Dave put his hand on the rope. Referee just keeps shaking his head and doesn't seem to be going in any debate with Daniels. Steven, now understanding that, looks at Carter and starts to pound his head with from anger with his right fist. After four or five times his knuckles hits Carter's head, Steven begins to get up. He then grabs with both hands Dave by one of his legs and begins to drag him into the center of the ring, from where Dave wouldn't be able to reach the ropes. Then as quickly as he can runs toward Dave's head and jumps up in the midway, bending one of his legs over the knee in the process and landing the same leg knee first on to Carter's forehead. Dave whole body just bounces of the canvas after the knee drop and Carter's hands quickly grab his head from pain. Steven almost falls on to his side after the move, but uses his arm to support himself from falling. He then moves in to kneeling position and spins around, dropping his body onto Dave's and hooking Carter's leg for another pin attempt.

It's over for Dave Carter right here, I know it.

~~JP~~
This great match can't just end it here like this

Referee: 1...2...

Steven again quite confidently awaits for the complete three count, but this time it doesn't stop almost for no reason. This time, just before referee can tap the canvas for the third time, Carter's right arm shoots in the air, lifting his right shoulder-blade of the mat just enough to make this match continue. Daniels again looks at referee and shouts to him that it was a full three count, but referee again just shakes his head and tells Daniels that it was only two. Steven look at him in disbelieve, seeing how close he was to victory once again, and begins to slap the canvas with both hands from anger.

~~Ray~~
That's unfair! It was clearly a three count. Steven Daniels III should now be celebrating his victory... with me.

~~JP~~
You wish he would do that... And even if he would, though I very, very doubt it, it's too early to do that since it was only two.

He looks at Dave and again goes to pound his hand with hard fists, this time hitting it a lot more times and trash talking something to Dave every two-three punches. Finally he stops pounding Dave's head and grabs him by the hair, as he begins to get up and pulls Dave up with himself. When they both are up in vertical base, Steven swings his forearm up into the jaw of Carter, delivering a stiff uppercut. He then grabs Dave's right arm with his own right hand and drags him toward himself, then stepping out of the way and whipping Dave into the ropes. As Dave bounces of them, Daniels bends over, preparing to back body drop Carter. But right then The Lightning regains consciousness and full control of his body, slowing down when he gets near Steven. With his opponent still being in bent over position, Dave quickly wraps his hands around Daniels waist and leaps forward, flipping his body at the same time. This also makes Steven's body flip backward and the conclusion of all this is Dave ending up in a sitting position, while Steven's head is planted into the canvas with a Flipping Head Cracker.

FHC! Dave has reversed the momentum in this match. And now if only he could seal it, he could bring home a win for the Slam Jam Nation.

~~Ray~~
That move looked nasty. I thing Steven needs my help, I'll be right back.

~~JP~~
Ray! What did I told you a thousand times?

~~Ray~~
Yeah, yeah, no touching Fighty fighty persons during matches... You and your no fun rules...

Steven falls onto the canvas stomach first, while Dave remains in sitting position for now, still a bit dizzy after series of hits directed to his head. He shakes his heads to both sides and then takes few deep breaths of air, before he finally begins to return to vertical stance by, rolling backwards onto his feet and then stretching out his legs to be standing normally again. Dave looks at Daniels who seems to be out right now and then goes to look around the crowd. The fans now cheer loudly for Carter, giving him more motivation to just hit the final nail in Steven's coffin and end this match. He steps toward lying Daniels and flips him over on to his back. He then starts to walk toward the nearest turnbuckle and when he reaches it, Dave goes between the second and top rope onto the apron. From there he begins to climb to the top of the turnbuckle. When there he turns to face Steven's body and looks at the crowd. Carter rises his both arms up in the air, with one finger on each hand pointing up, showing to the fans and all the viewers of this match what in his head follows next. Just a couple seconds later, Dave launches himself high in the air, backflipping his body 270 degrees in the process and aiming to land The Lightning on Steven Daniels. Unfortunately for Dave and very fortunately for Steven, the last second before the impact Daniels rolls out of the way and Cater hits the mat with a loud bump. Obviously this damages Dave quite a bit, and Steven seeing this instantly uses his chance. He makes his way back on his feet in less then few seconds and goes straight toward the legs of Carter. Steven steps over Dave's body and stands facing away from him. He then grabs both of Dave's legs, bending them over the knees. Daniels tucks Dave's shins under his armpits thus locking Carter in The Payoff. Dave shouts out in pain and the referee goes down to see if he is going to give up here.

Steven Daniels avoided The Lightning and then used his chance to lock Dave Carter in The Payoff.

~~Ray~~
Steven could lock me in to that move. I would submit to him any time.

~~JP~~
You make me sick in the stomach, Ray.

Dave has his elbows resting on the mat with his hands covering his face in a feeble attempt to muffle his screams, he tries to inch forward by walking on his elbows and is a fingertip away from the ropes, Steven yells demanding the ref ask Dave if he is ready to give up yet and the ref does so, Dave yells no loudly getting a nice reaction from the fans who are not wanting to see the Slam Jam Hero go down, Dave in a last ditch effort plants his hands on the mat and inches himself forward just enough to get a grip on the ropes, the ref sees this and taps Steven on the shoulder, Steven thinking he just won the match quickly releases his grasp on Carter and walks to the middle of the ring and begins to berate the audience, the ref tries to explain to Steven that Dave had reached the ropes but Steven is ignoring him as he carries on his verbal tirade of the fans.

JP: Would you look at that, what a monster! To say this guy is a complete jackass would be a severe understatement, look at him in there he hasn't won yet but try telling him that, and even if he had what the hell kind of way is that to celebrate...bad mouthing the people who paid to see you in the ring.

Ray: Oh pish posh Jimmy, Steven is simply trying to show the imbeciles in the audience that he is above each and every one of them...and can you honestly blame him.

The ref finally decides to get in Steven's face to get his attention, he explains the match isn't over and Steven almost loses it, his face turns beat red and he begins to argue ferociously wit the referee, the ref lightly pushes Steven back and Steven retaliates by shoving the ref a little harder, the ref points at his shirt and threatens to disqualify Steven so Steven just yells something at the ref and turns around to see a ready Dave Carter rush at him and wrap his shoulders around his waist taking him to the ground before flipping over him with a bridge like maneuver pinning him to the ground, the ref makes haste getting into position and checks Steven's shoulders, he determines them down and begins his count, he slaps the mat once before holding up a finger and yelling one, he slaps the mat for a second time before holding up two fingers and yelling two, but as he starts to bring his hand down for a third time Steven manages to arch up to a stand, he forces Dave's arms off of him and spins around in a burst of speed before wrapping his arms around him, he lifts Dave up and spins before tossing Dave over his head with a nice spinning overhead belly to belly suplex, Steven explodes to a stand and advances quickly toward Dave who is getting to a kneel, Steven goes to thrust his right foot toward Dave's face but Dave grabs the foot and stands, he keeps the foot held and stares into Steven's eyes for a brief moment before leaping up and twisting his body throwing the back of his left leg into the side of Steven's face sending both men to the ground.

JP: Well rather than waste time by arguing with the ref or taunting Steven Daniels went for a quick follow up after that spinning belly to belly, but he still got bested by Dave on that exchange with a tremendous spinning heel kick.

Ray: Oh sure take Dave's side why don't you...come on Steven is obviously conserving energy so that he can use a quick burst at the end and take out Dave Carter like that! *snaps*

Dave nips up and steps onto the ring apron and patiently waits for Steven to stand up, Steven throws a mini tantrum before getting to his face and looking around for Dave Carter who unknown to him has hopped up on the top rope and is sailing toward him with his forearm extended in front of him, Dave lands the right forearm into the back of Steven's head taking him down with a loud thud, Dave turns Steven over onto his back and drags him into position for a top rope move, Dave jumps to the top rope and does a quick taunt before jumping from the top rope and flipping his body backward and landing chest first across Steven hitting The Lightning.

Ray: No...no not The Lightning! Come on Steven baby kick out of it...do it for uncle Ray!

JP: My lord folks looks like Ray is even more delusional than possible, but anyway back to the match, Dave Carter has just nailed his finisher and it looks like he is intent on winning this match right here and right now.

Dave's body just bounces of Steven's after the impact and while Daniels just lies there with the lights knocked out for him, Dave rolls around the ring for few seconds, holding his stomach from pain. Finally he gets a hold of himself and plants his left forearm on the canvas, while still holding his stomach with his right arm, and uses it to begin dragging himself toward Steven. Finally when near enough, he drops part of his upper body over Steven's chest and reaches to hook one of Daniels legs with his left arm to make the pin. The referee prepares to go down and make the count, but before he could do so, suddenly Chauncey rolls into the ring and gets into the face of referee. He doesn't touch either the referee or Dave, but just by getting in the ring he distracts the referee and shatters Carter's hopes to finish the match right here and now. Dave still has Steven's leg hooked as he breaths heavily, awaiting to hear the referee's count. When it just doesn't start, Dave finally sees Chauncey in the ring, arguing with referee. Carter slowly gets up and walks straight toward him and Chauncey noticing that, quickly ends his argues with the match referee and slides out of the ring, running around it as Dave follows him to the outside. Yet when there, Carter doesn't chase Chauncey anymore, just looks at him with an eyebrow rose up and strange look for this situation in his face. He slowly begins to move around the ring, till he reaches the announcer table. At this point referee begins to count Dave out, but Carter then just shouts to the referee and points toward Steven, where using referee being distracted with counting out Carter, Chauncey slided back into the ring to check on Steven. Strangely, but referee reacts to this and goes back to Steven, starting argues with his servant again. At this point, with referee arguing with Chauncey and Steven still being knocked out, Dave smiles and continues making his way toward the announcer table, where he takes a chair and sits next to Jimmy, putting the headphones on at the same time.

Dave, what are you doing? You should return to the match.

~~Dave Carter~~
I don't see of much point to continue something right now. I mean let's look at this: I have two options. Number one - I could just get pissed of, catch that old fart and do what I could have done when I met this Umpa-Lumpa couple - stuff Steven's head up that chipmunk's a$$.

You can't do that! I won't let you to put beautiful Steven's face in that dirty ugly old man's rear.

JP bursts out in laugher while Ray just looks at Dave with an angry look in his face.

Anyway, as I was saying, that the first option. The second and the one I decided to pick is just wait till the lights turn on, the world stops spinning and the view is no longer blurry for Steven. Till he is ready to wrestle again. Because I mean let's face it, he looks like a crash dummy right now, and only someone like Ray like wrestling crash test dummies.

Well it seems that Steven is recovering already and the referee has his attention on you again, Dave. So maybe you should get back in the ring before he counts you out.

You are right Jimmy, well, duty calls.

Dave takes of the headphones and drops them on the announcer table, then quickly gets of the chair and runs toward the ring, sliding under the bottom rope. He then pushes of his upper body with his arms of the mat, remaining on his knees. At the other side of the ring, Chauncey was finally forced out of the ring and Steven has regained his consciousness. He begins to drag his body toward the corner, grabbing the nearest middle rope to speed up the process. He spins his body around, planting his back at the turnbuckle as he moves into sitting position. Dave, seeing this, slowly gets up onto his feet and walks toward the opposite for Steven turnbuckle. Dave plans his back into it and hangs his arms on the top rope, now looking at Steven with a lot more serious look in his face then it was just moments ago outside the ring. Daniels answers with a really angry look in his face as you can see rage burning in his eyes. Daniels grabs the top rope with both hands and pulls his body up, getting back on both of his feet, yet still leaning onto the turnbuckle. Dave's and Steven's eyes lock up and after all that they trowed at each other already, both try to figure what else the opponent has left in store. When both seem to be ready, they rush toward each other. Steven first goes for the move, swinging his arm for another clothesline, but Dave ducks it and continues to run straight forward, running up the turnbuckle Daniels was leaning on. There he remains standing and turns his head to see Steven turning around and running toward Carter, probably aiming to push him of onto the hard concrete outside. Yet it appears that this was just what Dave was waiting for as when Steven is close enough, Carter launches himself of the turnbuckle in a backflip motion, flying over Steven. With him now being behind his opponent, Carter puts his hands on Steven's shoulders and jumps up, pressing his knees to Steven's back. The Lightning the goes to fall backward to deliver the Party Cracker, but the last second Daniels saves himself, grabbing the ropes and holding himself still in vertical position, while Dave falls alone on his back. Steven then quickly spins around and seeing Dave down, goes to use his chance by grabbing Carter's leg as he aiming to lock Carter in The Payoff again. Yet, this time Dave's doesn't allow him to as he with all his strength he kicks Steven sending him slamming his back into the turnbuckle, while Dave quickly somersaults backwards back onto his feet. He and Daniels then have a brief staredown and a second later Dave launches himself running toward Steven. Yet this time Daniels is the one to duck and escape what Dave had planned. He crouches to go under stretched out Dave's arm and gets out of the corner, making Dave's attempt to clothesline Daniels into the turnbuckle change into Carter slamming his chest at the turnbuckle. And Dave's trouble doesn't end just here, as Daniels quickly get behind Carter, wrapping his arms around Dave's waist. He then lifts Dave in the air and falls backwards, nailing Carter's back of the head, neck and shoulders into the canvas. Steven doesn't let go of Dave's waist afterward either, thus with Dave's shoulder-blades being pressed to the mat, Daniels German Suplex turns into a pin attempt.

What action we see here tonight. A reversal after reversal.

Yeah, but it's going to end soon. Steven again showed that he is a technical genius and Dave has no way to escape, no ropes to reach or anybody to save him. My Steven is going to win this one.
