heh...when not having Hawkeye run his mouth, I am mostly laid back in real life and respect people greatly, hell I talk with alot of these blokes on msn...so we all know the deal...But from the looks of things it looks like NO's got a one vote lead over the yes, but I digress, if you can not learn the difference between someone being IC and OOC then send them a PM and find out what the deal is =P I mean you look at the fueds I am in heh you would think that me and Rhino are out for blood against each other, but IRL we chat every now and then in private messages on the site...LOL Even me and Young Alex have a hell of a thing going and we talk in private about where we want to go and how we want to do things.
half asleep and have another 700+ miles to drive so I am probably just blabbling and bumbling not making any sense LOL dang lack of sleep and needing to slap wings and rockets on my 18 wheeler LOL

I didn't vote "other" but I have an obvious suggestion to make the fed cleaner, for match card wise. We need to have a January rolecall or something just so we can get rid of all those people who post maybe once or twice and are still put on match cards. It'll clean up the members section and it'll make match cards alot easier for the GMs to sort out.

Well Ok currently I am a VOW only Fighty fighty person on here, but people would've noticed I do RP a lot following my chars storylines etc. My biggest problem at the moment with some of the backstage areas is that with some people it is hard to know whether it is their RP char or VOW char, RPing in the Backstage etc....I am neither for nor against the above idea, but my suggestion is if it is kept the way it is within each area, it splits to VOW and RP the same as the ring does...
I dunno if you guys might find this helpful as well, but I know sometimes I find it annoying
Oh and very soon I may just sign myself up to the RPing side as well...might attend the RP School first...

Oh and I love Jake's idea of a role call. That will help to remove some of these matches that get called DQ's in VOW etc.

Hyperion, you make some good points about the confusion of RP and VOW storylines throughout the site. When we decided to merge SCW and GHW, all of the staff talked about this issue, and one of the things that came out of it was the 2 separate rings. However, to have to split up the rest of the areas into 2 would be too much. We'd have a million threads and too much to have to go through. So, for now, if you mention the division you're in when you make an RP out of the ring, readers will know what you're talking about. I think that's the easiest way to differentiate.
As for the roll call....we have decided against it a while ago. We originally had it, but people just post in it throughout the month and it doesn't really keep us updated on who's here and who's not. When I make matches, I try to look at who's active, and sometimes throw in an unactive member to see if they're still around. If they don't fight their matches, I put them in green on my rankings and don't book them until I see them doing something again. Then, they eventually get cut off the roster. An active and aware GM knows who is around and who isn't. Roll call just turns into a mess. I've also hired an assistant and possibly another assistant to keep watch on inactive members. So that should make our cards better. Thanks for all of the suggestions. Hope this response helps.
