I had a thought, but I'm really not sure how the logistics would work out.
What about an NXT show, where some of the old timers and semi-retired posters can take younger, fresher guys under their wings and train them up. Then periodically, they can be voted off by the rest of the people in GHW?
I would put my name down to be a "pro", but I'm not sure who would identify themselves as "rookies"
What do y'all think??

Sounds like it could be interesting if there were enough people. As for how to determine the rookies maybe have new people or newer people wrestle on GHW live and go from there? Or look over the roster of people who could use help but don't want to go through the academy that you guys have set up.

Could be good for storylines, but like you said- I don't know who we could really label as rookies. Storyline wise, I would suggest the newest additions to the roster (Linette Alister, Ziu, etc.) as the most viable candidates.
I thought about something like this once, but never got around to sorting the logistics of it. I really like this suggestion.

KaHLaN, I swear I'd marry you if you knew how to make a decent sandwich. First you point out that I made NXT before NXT and then make Ryan look like an idiot. I'm giving you Karma.

Umm... yeah. I do believe I am more experienced in E-Fedding than Ryan. Started back in.... 2006? Just took a break is all.
As for the logistics, it's easy. Set Pro's and Rookie's. Instead of voting people off the island, vote them from the boat to the ship. Put them on GHW Live, if they get voted the top person, they go to the main Roster.
Really simple idea, could work out well. And if you want me to go in as a Rookie, I haven't RPed since January, so it could be a good way to knock off the rust.
And just so y'all know, I call Vlad as my Pro.

Awwww, but I was going to be Ryan's pro. :\
On a serious note though, I feel like if this happens in any way, absolutely nothing could be more amazing than DTG training TNA.

LOL DTG training TNA that would be a damn trip to see would be worth the price of admission. Linette even though you haven't wrestled since Jan you could still probably take most of this roster with one hand behind your back. Though Ryan is going to get the training he needs when he gets done fighting with Vlad again at this current Pay Per View.

Haha, true true.
I can't wait to get back into doing matches. Been away from Fedding for so long.... But still, ring rust is going to be crazy.
Was figuring use this to get rid of that, get bumped up to Main Roster, gun for the TV Title lol.

In storyline, Linette Alister is new to the current roster. Ergo, rookie to GHW. Take Bryan Daniel Bryan and Kaval for example. Long time veterans, treated as WWE rookies. So yeah, Lyz? You fail hard.

Pick random people from the main roster to be Pro's, because if you look at NXT, there's not many main eventer Pro's, Jericho's the exception. And the new storyline additions as Rookie's. Should make for an interesting few weeks.
