GHW FULL CIRCLE 2011October 2nd, 2011 Live from The GHW Arena in Boston, Massachusetts****************************************************************************************************~Winner is granted a championship match of his choice at any point up to Dawn of Destruction 2012~"Death From Above" Ladder MatchFreddie McGavin vs. Vincent Sytre vs. Dow Jones vs. Jack Tracks vs. Vyrus vs. Freebird MCcoyTale of the Tape: These five men have all won qualifying matches to take part in one of the showpiece matches of the GHW calendar over the last month, and tonight, they finally get their chance to shine on the grand stage that is Full Circle. Which man will realise his dream and have the same shot that Alex Night had last year? Will the FBI's Freddie McGavin further his claim to stardom? The former TV Champion Jack Tracks perhaps? What about Dow Jones? Or Vyrus? Or Vincent Sytre? All I know is this is shaping up to be a great battle. Winner: Freddie McGavinNotes: As Ollie Jay said, "It was fucking insanium in the cranium close". This one really went down to the wire with three judges, so far to say we went in to deadlock between McGavin and McCoy. That isn't a knock on the other three though, because it took an age to narrow the field down. After reading through the two leading posts numerous times, we looked at different criteria, such as creativity (which you were both full of), and realism (which McGavin just had the advantage, maybe getting the opening post helped his cause). All in all, this took a lot out of the judges, and I know all of you guys have what it takes to reach the pinnacle in this company. Now all we have to do is wait and see how Freddie uses his Golden Ticket! Congratulations! Singles Match "All Day" Ollie Jay vs. Constantine DeVileTale of the Tape: The son of Jaggeroth has not had the best of times in his young GHW career so far, but tonight, the pressure is on to make his father (and leader of the Psychotic Circus) proud. Then again, Ollie Jay is no pushover. Only last month, he competed for, and almost won the GHW New Age Championship. This bout could go either way. Winner: Ollie Jay~GHW Tag Team Championships~ Tag Team Cage Match The FBI vs. LegionTale of the Tape: It has been well over a month since Ryan Hughes introduced his sinister band of Britons known as the Fucking British Invasion, and over that month we have seen men put on the shelf in the ongoing war between the FBI and Dominik Santiago's Legion. Hughes and McGavin beat down Shawn Dreamer to the extent that Dreamer is now permanently out of action. In an act of revenge, Santiago recruited Sam Keane in to his stable, and the duo destroyed Steven Glover. This title match has been placed in a cage, for the protection of both teams, but we all know that this is going to be gory. Winners and NEW GHW Tag Team Champions: The FBISingles Match Dustin Delta vs. Freebird McCoyTale of the Tape: In the past fortnight, Dustin Delta revealed his contract was to expire come Full Circle, and he wasn't interested in renewing. But he did ask for one thing- a big match to send him on his way. And what better way to finish than with a win over the undefeated Freebird McCoy? The Blue Collar Brawler has not lost a single match since debuting two months ago, but will he crack under the pressure of PPV? Winner: Freebird McCoy~GHW UNDISPUTED New Age Championship~ Tyrant's Roulette Match Hayden HardKore © vs. Dominik Santiago vs. Mighty Man Millson (Entry #3) vs. Jaggeroth (Entry #4)Tale of the Tape: This is the by product of the gang war that has engulfed GHW. Jaggeroth, of the Circus. Santiago of Legion, and Mighty Man Millson of The Outcasts, have all made it their business to make sure their group controls GHW. And the key to that control? The championships that Hayden HardKore holds (that was until Nicholas Carson stole them and pawned them off). In order to get the Unpisputed New Age title, they will have to pick a stipulation of choice and go through the Tyrant's Roulette, which is a gauntlet match with a twist. Each man has their own stipulation for their tenure in the match, and if a fighter is defeated they take their stipulation with them, and they are replaced by the next man due to enter. Last man remaining is the GHW Undisputed New Age Champion! Winner and Undisputed GHW Champion! Dominik Santiago!-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Notes will come with the results of DFA, Delta/McCoy and Tyrant's Roulette, seeing as they will take some actual judging. Good show from all of you (that showed). And with this card, I officially step down as the head booker of Glory And Honor Wrestling. Thank you, and goodnight.

Congrats to Dick Fingers, though. I'll just have to get my title shots the old-fashioned way!

159 days and two defences. What a record. xD I couldn't have said it better myself, Purest. Then again, they are in a stable with Dominik, so he probably rubbed off on them. Haha. What? Too soon?

FBI's record is going to be even worse once I'm done with them.

You really think so? I'm no longer a booker, but just a competitor. I can be sure that my stable isn't going to drop the belts that easy. xD

Ah, Hughes, Hughes. You said yourself, the post in the Tyrant's Roulette was the best I've ever churned out, so does it not occur to you that I've found myself a new style. I'm gonna be a hell of a lot better from now on.

The Templar (Jake Diamond, Kabul, Beast) held the tag titles for 142 days, and defended the titles twice (2x) before losing them to Legion. ...And they were voted the best tag team of 2010-2011, but two defences isn't anything.

No-one disputing Jake or Dom's legitimacy as a champion, I just find it entertaining to see how the length of time compares to number of retentions.

The Psychotic Circus still reigns supreme with the tag titles, and I defended them at least 20x in the years I had them.

In the "Tag Team Division's" defence, I did have to make myself my own partner.
I was also my own competition for a while there.
However, as long as there's enough interest within it all, more Tag Title defences in the future may solve this problem. Mandatory monthly title defences (Albeit for every title) makes sense to me.
Just saying.

However, as long as there's enough interest within it all, more Tag Title defences in the future may solve this problem. Mandatory monthly title defences (Albeit for every title) makes sense to me. Just saying.[/quote] The Templar I lump in the same boat as Legion. Someone should have made Jake defend those belts, as with the Legion when they had them, alot more. There could have been ways of defending them even without solid (or non existent) tag divisions, such as putting two people who are feuding (who could have made a tough competition for Templar or Legion) as a team just to spice the feud up if they actually won and became new tag champs. This has been done a few times in WWF/WWE and I think in WCW once. It made things more interesting, with each man claiming he was the better of the "team" and such and should be the one carrying both titles, etc. If anything, toss two random people, who are decent, against Templar or Legion just to keep the tag titles legit. This too has been done IRL feds. Look what happened when Delta and I, two people who had previously never RPd against one another or with each other, were tossed in against Legion in a non title match. We beat them. And we never got a tag title shot after that. And, now, a short time later, the FBI has beaten them for the titles. Every title we have SHOULD be defended once a month at bare minimum, more defenses should be done than that IMHO. That's how it is done IRL feds, well big time feds anyway. Waiting around to defend a title at a PPV only each month is stupid and makes people (roleplayers) disinterested, and when you don't make someone defend their title(s) even AT PPVS, that's even more stupid. If you have a title and no division for that title, such as tag teams, then you should do away with those titles until a later date when people get interested in them again. Otherwise they'll be meaningless as the Solid Core Title in EVPW under Dom's so called "reign". If someone needs pointers on this topic, go to EVPW and look at the card Wolfie posted. She's making Cut Squad defend their tag belts against Grockadoc and herself, because Grock and Shawn are in a big feud right now, as is Wolfie and Kahlan. But the kicker is this, Shawn is face but Kahlan is heel, and Wolfie is face but Grock is heel. It's stuff like that which hasn't been done much at all here in GHW in regards to the tag titles. Heck, the TV title is supposed to be defended every week, but sometimes isn't, or in rare cases a non title match for it take place, which defeats the whole purpose of the title. End rant.
