The arena lights up, signifying the start of the next match. Coors stands in the middle of the ring, and lifts the mic up to his mouth.
Coors: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and is a number one contenders match for the King of the Deathmatch Championship...
The lights dim down to darkness, as a haunting music begins to play. The fans sit, unsure of who is coming out.
"The Beast" by Savior Machine continues as a single spot light shines on the stage, illuminating a figure with their arms outstretched as if on a cross, head drooping. He slowly raises his head, revealing himself to be Chris Pyro, the "Remnant Angel". Lee Pyro, wearing a jet black suit with red tie steps out beside his brother. Chris is wearing a black trenchcoat, that has two white angel wings on the back, black jeans tucked into his wrestling boots and kickpads. Red facepaint is under his eyes, giving the appearance of crying blood. He slowly makes his way to the ring, as the haunting sounds of his music continues.
Coors: Coming to the ring first, being accompanied by his tag team partner, Lee Pyro. He weighs in at two hundred and thirty five pounds, and hails from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is the "Remnant Angel" Chris Pyro.
Fuzz: It has been a while since we last saw Chris Pyro in a GHW ring. Looks like a lot has changed for him in that time as well.
Big Al: No kidding... It's like he believes he is a martyr for a cause we're not too sure about yet. All he's done so far is say how he is bringing judgement upon GHW for it's sins.
The Final Remnant reaches the ring, climbing up the stairs with Lee close behind. He walks into the ring and walks to a far corner, and watches for a moment as Lee sits himself against the bottom turnbuckle, the elder Pyro taking his trenchcoat off before he takes a seat on the top turnbuckle, resting his arms on his knees as he watches for his first opponent.

Coors: And his opponent, hailing from Las Vegas, Nevada, standing at 6 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing in at 235 pounds He is...
Coors pauses and thinks to himself, "do I really have to say this?", but he begrudgingly continues.
The Star of the Show!
[glow=red,2,300][/glow]
The crowd voices their displeasure for the self proclaimed "Star of the Show", with a blanket of scattered boos, jeers, and alcohol induced insults as "Mama Said Knock You Out" begins playing throughout the Arena. As always, when the line "Boom! Explosions!" plays, fireworks erupt from both sides of the ramp and "Vicious" Vince Vegas explodes from behind the curtain, bouncing on one leg, with one arm raised in the air. As He begins to make his way to the ring, he stops at the bottom of the ramp, looks into the camera and motions his hands around his waste, as if he were already wearing the KOTDM title. As his music play, Vegas continues slowly down the ramp.
Don't you dare stare, you betta move Don't ever compare Me to the rest that'll all get sliced and diced Competition's payin the price
On his way to the ring, Vince notices a young boy holding a bag of popcorn, leaning over the barrier with his hand out desperate to touch any of the passing Fighty fighty persons. Vince reaches his hand out. The child's eyes begin to glow. This is what he has been waiting for all night; this is the reason he persistently begged his parents to let him come, even after they told him that wrestling was much too violent; All of the arguing and crying it took to get his parents to let him come will be worth it in this moment. Just as Vince's hand is about to make a memory, he quickly pulls it back and runs over his bald head, as if it were "The Nature Boy's" blonde locks. Vince smiles and laughs and the child's eyes begin to well up with tears. But he doesn't stop there. He grabs the young boys popcorn, eats a few kernels, and disposes of it on the ground. The boy begins crying uncontrollably as his father carries him off.
Vince mouths the words to the chorus of the song, and points at Chris Pyro waiting in the ring.
I'm gonna knock you out (HUUUH!!!) Mama said knock you out (HUUUH!!!)
Vegas steps into the and sits on the turnbuckles opposite of the martyrs, known as the Remnants, and mimics their movements. Whether they are too smart, or too delusional is unclear, but regardless, they do not take the bait from "Vicious" Vince. They are unphased by his antics and focused on the task at hand. As Lee exits in one swift movement under the bottom rope, his long black jacket waves through the air, as if it were Dracula's cape.
Both Chris and Vince remain sitting on the turnbuckles.
DING! DING!

Chris Pyro sits on the turnbuckle, glaring at the obvious mockery of the Vicious One across from him. He tilts his head and smirks, finding his opponent for the night to be amusing. He looks towards his brother, who has a similar look on his face before standing on the middle rope and dropping to the canvas below. Vegas joins him as they both begin to circle the ring, sizing each other up. They both charge in, Vegas going for a lariat but Pyro ducks the attempt and fires off a series of right hands to the head of Vince. This backs Vegas up to the ropes, as Chris grips the wrist of Vicious Vince, whipping him across the ring. Vinny Vegas, not wanting to let Chris keep the advantage, sees Chris lining up for something. At the moment Vince hits the ropes, Chris leaps but realizes quickly that his rival caught the ropes and back flips himself to safety. Both men gesture at each other that the other is quick on their feet. They once again begin to circle again watching the other.
Fuzz: Not only are they sizing each other up physically, they are sizing each others skills up here. So far, they match up pretty evenly.
Big Al: You're right, but keep in mind that Chris' brother and tag team partner is on the outside of the ring. And judging from past experiences with the resourceful Chris Pyro, he's not above using outside interference to get his way.
Vegas, as if hearing the commentators, notices that he is being stalked by Vegas, whose eyes are locked on the newer GHW star. Chris takes advantage of this slip of focus, and clubs Vince in the back of the head, knocking the Vicious One down the the mat. The Remnant Angel begins to stomp on the chest of Vegas. The ref pulls Pyro off, allowing Chris to hold the refs attention long enough for Lee to get a punch in on Vegas. Chris smiles at the fact he still has his tricks, and agrees with the ref that he won't break anymore rules. The Gothic Angel walks over to his prey, and looks at him with his painted red tears with a faux sadness as Vegas tries to gather himself. The Elder Pyro bends to grab Vincent by the head, but his met with a kick to the side of his head. Believing it to be a simple lucky kick, he walks back over to get his opponent. Again, he his met with a kick, but this time Vegas grabs Pyro's leg and sweeps the other, bringing the Angel to the mat. He quickly gets a mount on Pyro and rifles off a quick series of punches, many catching Chris unguarded. The ref once again steps in, and as the ref pulls Vegas off to reprimand him, he throws a kick in. This causes Chris to seek refuge outside the ring, but Vegas not wanting to let up, pushes the ref out of his way, charging the ropes before diving through with a suicide dive that catches the Angel off guard once again, forcing him into the barricade.
Fuzz: Vince Vegas has turned this contest around. Let's see if he can keep it up.
Big Al: Chris is smart, resourceful and tough, it may be too early to call.

Big Al knows the Pyro brothers well. Just as the words leave his lips, Lee Pyro comes around the ring to check on his fallen brother. "Vicious" Vince, still dazed from the suicide dive, rises to his feet to see the promising young Lee standing between him and his opponent. Although the camera cannot completely make out the words coming from the young Acolyte's mouth, it is clear that Lee is pointing at Chris and preaching biblical verses, so distorted and misinterpreted from what they were originally intended for, that any holy man would cringe.
Fuzz: What is he saying Al? Is he quoting Revelations again?
Al: I'm not up to date on Old Testament, but He keeps referring to 7 golden candle sticks and saying the Chris will rule them with a rod of iron
Fuzz: What do you mean you're not up to date? It was written thousands of years ago. It's not like there is anything new to keep up on!
Al: You know what Fuzz? I'm getting real tired of your attitude.
Not one to shy away from talking smack, Vince begins to pop off at Lee Pyro standing in front of him. Lee slowly and steadily moves the conversation away from his recuperating brother by walking around the ring engaging Vince in argument. Chris Pyro gets to his feet to see that his younger brother has his opponent sufficiently distracted. This is exactly what Big Al meant by being smart and resourceful. The Remnants are smart enough to realize that having a brother at ringside is a great resource.
The Remnant Angel charges Vince from behind, and lands a solid forearm to the back of his head. Lee moves out of the way as Vince staggers from the blow, but remains on his feet. Well aware of the refs count, Chris Pyro knows the two men cannot stay on the outside for much longer. The self professed deity, grabs Vegas' head and knocks it off the ring post before rolling him back into the ring. Chris quickly follows, hooks the leg and covers Vegas.

Vegas bucks from the omnipotent Pyro's pin attempt. Unphased, Pyro gets to his feet, bringing Vegas up with him by his head. The Remnant Angel whips "Vicious" Vince into the ropes and, as the ropes bend and hurl Vegas back in his direction like being like a pebble being thrown from a slingshot, Chris drops to the ground, laying flat, allowing Vegas hit the ropes on the opposite side. When bounces off the ropes for a second time and returns to the center of the ring, he is met by a knee to the breadbasket, courtesy of Chris Pyro. Vegas drops to the ground, holding his stomach and trying to regain breath. Pyro lands a quick leg drop before bringing Vegas to his feet again. The eldest Remnant, pushes Vince into the corner of the ring, with a series of forearm smashes. The Remnant Angel climbs up onto the second rope and begins to hammer The Vicious one with hard right hands. The crowd counts along with the blows, enjoying the satisfaction of witnessing Vicious Vince get exactly what he deserves, even if it does come at the hands of The Remnants.

The Delusional Pyro mistakes the crowd reaction as adulation of their God, rather than the delight of seeing a villain get his just desserts. Regardless, he feeds off of his perceived worship, and raises his arm to his congregation to ask them if he should deliver one final blow. The people approve, but Chris has waited too long basking in the adoration of being God. As he readies to baptize Vince with his fist for one final blow, Vegas pushes him off the ropes onto the canvas.
The displeasure of the crowd is well pronounced, as they were intent on seeing Vegas get his head bashed in. Pyro returns to his feet in a flash and Vince makes his way out to the center of the squared circle to meet him. Chris strikes first punch to the side of the swollen head of "Vicious" Vince. The Crowd responds,
HEYYYYYYYY!
Vince retaliates with a punch of his own.
OOOOOOOO!
Pyro strikes back.
HEYYYYYYY!
Vegas responds.
OOOOOO!
As the evenly matched superstars go blow for blow and shot for shot, the crowd continues their "HEY's" and "OH's" until "Vicious" Vince Vegas gains the upper hand with three consecutive blows and a kick to the mid-section.
OHH! OHH! OHH! OHHHHHH!
Fuzz: Business is really picking up now Al! The site of these two maniacs destroying each other is really making the crowd pop!
Al: That just goes to show how barbaric these lowlifes in the crowd can be! There are two great technicians in the ring, and all this crowd can cheer for is violence! Wait until I tell your mother about his one Fuzzie!
As the color commentary team continues to bicker back and forth, Vegas takes advantage of the kick he has just delivered. He grabs Pyro's head, wraps his arm around it and places The remnant firmly in a headlock. But this is not Pyro's first day; It's going to take more than a headlock to stop his ungodly wrath.
