The arena lights up, signifying the start of the next match. Coors stands in the middle of the ring, and lifts the mic up to his mouth.
Coors: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and is a tag team match, scheduled for one fall...
The lights dim down to darkness, as a haunting music begins to play. The fans sit, unsure of who is coming out.
"The Beast" by Savior Machine continues as a single spot light shines on the stage, illuminating a figure with their arms outstretched as if on a cross, head drooping. He slowly raises his head, revealing himself to be Chris Pyro, the "Remnant Angel". Lee Pyro, wearing a faux-suit with red tie, and black spandex pants with angel wings on them, steps out beside his brother with a matching black trench coat to that of his brother, though his has a hood on it, raised over his head making him look like a demonic monk. Chris is wearing a black trenchcoat, that has two white angel wings on the back, black jeans tucked into his wrestling boots and kickpads. Red facepaint is under his eyes, giving the appearance of crying blood. they slowly makes their way to the ring, as the haunting sounds of his music continues.
Coors: Coming to the ring first, at a combined weight of 475 lbs. From Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The team of the "Remnant Angel" Chris Pyro and the "Angel of Death" Lee Pyro... They are the Remnants!
Fuzz: This is the in-ring debut of Lee Pyro in GHW. After their loss last week to Vincent Vegas, these two have been completely silent. No sign, whatsoever, if they'd even be here tonight. But they made it, and it looks to be bad news for The Legion Entrangere here tonight. These two have experience as a team, and they are brothers... They are also very angry it seems.
Big Al: These two have just this cold sense about them. You could never tell what was on Chris' mind, but this is just eerie the way they carry themselves. It might be a good thing for GHW that Vincent won last week, as that keeps these two from gaining any strong position in this company.
The Final Remnants reach the ring, climbing up the stairs with Lee close behind. They walk into the ring and walk to a far corner, and watches for a moment as Lee sits himself against the bottom turnbuckle, the elder Pyro taking his trenchcoat off before he takes a seat on the top turnbuckle, resting his arms on his knees for a moment. He looks to Coors, holding his hand out for the mic, to which Coors obliges.
Chris: Vincent Vegas, you were lucky last week... I hadn't had a match for a few months, and you capitalized on that. For a newcomer, I will give you credit... Unfortunely, that just means my holy wrath will be ever stronger tonight. The Legion... You believe that you know the word of God? You, who are foolish to fight for the filth here. You, who are so far removed from God's sight, that He has sent me to deal with you? You are but the seed cast into the thorn bushes... We will strangle you to death, and leave on our altar as a sacrifice to the one true God. You curse his name with your mere utterance of His word, and tonight, with His permission, I will annhilate you. We are here as God's holy weapons of righteous judgement, and we will not stop until we have purged this company of it's sin.
The Elder Pyro begins to speak in tongues, his eyes not moving from the entry way, prepared for his and his brother's war with their opponents tonight.

Le Boudin begins to play and the Legion flags begin to wave all around the arena. Commandant Mercier walks forward proudly and is followed by Oleg & Joaquin.
Three losses for these three men in three weeks. Has the Legion struck out in GHW? I have to believe that this is their final match if they can’t pull a rabbit out of their hat. Vince Vegas stole a win from Chris Pyro with some questionable tactics last week and the Legion lost a battle to the Lumberjacks. Who has the advantage? You said it. Pyro lost on account of cheating but the Legion was defeated. The men have halted just beyond the entryway. The camera reveals a hooded figure in robes. Oleg and Joaquin kneel before him. [shadow=red,left,300][glow=red,2,300]O HOLY HOSTS ABOVE, I CALL UPON THEE AS A SERVANT OF JESUS CHRIST, TO SANCTIFY OUR ACTIONS THIS DAY IN PREPARATION FOR THE FULFILLMENT OF THE WILL OF GOD.[/glow][/shadow]
What’s this supposed to be? [glow=red,2,300][shadow=red,left,300]I CALL UPON THE GREAT ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL, MASTER OF AIR, TO OPEN THE WAY FOR THIS TO BE DONE. LET THE FIRE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT NOW DESCEND THAT THESE BEINGS MIGHT BE AWAKENED TO THE WORLD BEYOND THE LIFE OF EARTH, AND INFUSED WITH THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.[/shadow][/glow] I’m not sure Colin… [shadow=red,left,300][glow=red,2,300]O LORD JESUS CHRIST, MOST MERCIFUL, LORD OF EARTH WE ASK THAT YOU RECEIVE THESE CHILDREN INTO YOUR ARMS, THAT THEY MIGHT PASS IN SAFETY FROM THIS CRISIS. AS THOU HAST TOLD US WITH INFINITE COMPASSION: "LET NOT YOUR HEART BE TROUBLED: YE BELIEVE IN GOD, BELIEVE ALSO IN ME. IN MY FATHER’S HOUSE ARE MANY MANSIONS: IF IT WERE NOT SO, I WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU. I GO PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU. AND IF I GO AND PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU, I WILL COME AGAIN, AND RECEIVE YOU UNTO MYSELF: THAT WHERE I AM, THERE YE MAY BE ALSO. AND WHITHER I GO YE KNOW, AND THE WAY YE KNOW."[/shadow][/glow] SO LET IT BE DONE.[glow=red,2,300][/glow][shadow=red,left,300][/shadow] I think these are the last rites. I believe you’re right. It sounds to me that the Legion is playing for keeps tonight. [glow=red,2,300][shadow=red,left,300]AND THUS DO I COMMEND THEE INTO THE ARMS OF OUR LORD OF EARTH, OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, PRESERVER OF ALL MERCY AND REALITY, AND THE FATHER CREATOR. WE GIVE HIM GLORY AS WE GIVE YOU INTO HIS ARMS IN EVERLASTING PEACE, TO BE PREPARED TO RETURN INTO THE DENSER REALITY OF GOD THE FATHER, CREATOR OF ALL. AMEN, AMEN, AMEN.[/shadow][/glow] The Legionnaires arise and head to the ring, where the Remnants await them

The match is slow to start and Oliveira makes the comment that the usually aggressive Legion is much more cautious at the outset of this pay per view bout. There is an obvious allusion being made to the lop-sided nature of the team’s win-loss stats.
Mulligan compliments a knee lift by Joaquin, before speculating that the slow start might have something to do with the team “being yellow”, or perhaps having sense beaten into them in their earlier matches.
Jennings dismisses that argument, maintaining the continued integrity of the duo. Moreover, he makes the point that the Legion has matched their approach to their opposition, noting that the smash mouth style was best served against the more rugged antagonism of the Lumberjacks. As a more graceful team, the Remnants need to be felt out more and tested.
As the opening exchanges, and Legion-dominated tests of strength, wane, the Remnants take a brief lead, as Chris Pyro tops a punishing series of hits with a Busaiku Knee Kick. Brother Lee tags in and capitalizes on the supine legionnaire with a Boston Crab. Straining, Joaquin gains liberty by grasping the bottom rope.
The commentary team now entertains a debate on the Pyros’ state of mind and the extent to which their theatrics are pious ritual or vain rhetoric. Jennings seems unable to commit, which leads Mulligan to accuse him of fence-sitting once again. Big Al is convinced that Chris and Lee are perpetrating some sort of psychological ruse, in order that they might gain an edge over their adversaries. Oliveira withdraws himself from the argument, noting that the dramatic is a part of the game, but that belief is not to be trifled with. He then calls attention to a vicious Northern Lariat by Lee, an obvious set up for big brother’s Springboard Missile Dropkick. Joaquin is down, but a roll of his shoulder signals he’s still got fight in him.
Jennings claims that Lee & Chris are wrestling their kind of match, before adding that the Legion has been training hard for this match, and that they should be tough to beat. His even-handedness is so transparent that Al takes it as a shot at him. Oliveira hops into the breach in conversation and confirms Colin’s latter point. He notes that, having been trained by Mercier, Oleg and Joaquin will have to be resilient. He reminisces about the 1972 Bir Hakeim Death Match in Tripoli, when Mercier edged out Assassin Hermann Zessler in a bloody affair. Mulligan snidely remarks that the Commandant is more interesting than either of his protégées, and says that the Legion is durable, but can’t follow through, and that’s why they’ll come up short tonight.
A hot tag by Joaquin brings in Oleg, but does not turn the tide of the match straight away. Only when Chris Pyro miscalculates a suicide dive, and is sent head first into the retaining wall, does Oleg take control. Firing his opponent into the ring, the Russian follows and gives a backbreaker. He holds Pyro, bending him across his knee. Mulligan feels that this slower, more deliberate pace is a sign of trepidation from the soldiers. He claims high-impact, power, moves should be the order of the day, in order to curtail the agile Fallen Angels. Jennings agrees, stating that a wear down strategy is foolhardy against a team of such unlimited potential, for whom pain is a four-letter word. Only Oliveira defends Oleg’s actions, claiming that the Pyro brothers, while more dangerous and experienced, have been away from the ring too long and lack the conditioning of the Russian and Colombian. A slow pace might serve the Legion well, if they can draw it out past the point of Chris& Lee’s endurance. Oliveira’s colleagues seem skeptical, as Oleg drops a leg and tags his partner.

The Elder Pyro grabs his throat as Joaquin comes in. The Remnant reaches out for his partner but Joaquin grabs him by the leg, and Chris gets onto his free leg. He turns and sees that Joaquin is pulling him back away from Lee. The Dark Angel won't accept losing ground like this, and rolls his body, thrusting his free leg into the chin of Joaquin, which stuns the Legionnaire a bit. Chris takes the opportunity to get a tag in to his brother, Lee. The Angel of Death climbs into the ring, his cold eyes lock on the downed Joaquin as he makes his way across the ring. Joaquin makes an attempt to get closer to his partner, but Lee steps on his ankle, halting his retreat. He leans in close to the French Soldier, mouthing some threatening words, before grabbing the mans ankles. The younger Pyro holds both legs separate, ignoring words from the ref to not take the cheap shot. Lee stomps down on the lower abdomen of the Legionnaire and grinds his heel into the muscles. The Frenchman cries out at the punishment as Lee drags the man his corner. Lee holds his hand out, as Chris smacks it and climbs in. Lee grabs the their adversaries arms, holding them behind his back. Chris grips the chin of Joaquin with a look of disdain before proceeding to deliver a rapid series of stiff slaps, followed quickly by an even stiffer spin kick to the mans abdomen.
Oliveira: Despite not being in the ring as a team for years, and their recent return to active competition, I am not shocked by their abilities. Chris and Lee have experience, and being polar opposites in the ring really keeps their opponents off balance.
Fuzz: You're right. Also, I think this losing streak on the side of the Legionnaires has been taking it's toll on them. Then being thrown into the ring with two intimidating people like the Remnants doesn't make the task any easier.
Chris runs over to the far side, leaping and delivering a Yakuza Kick to the face of Oleg, sending the other man to the outside. Commander Mercier glares at the Fallen Angel for his actions, which gets ignored. Chris comes up with a plan, crouching just out of site of a dazed Joaquin. Lee sees a quickly recovered Oleg sneaking around on the outside of the ring, behind Lee's brother. Lee drops off the apron, makes his way over to Oleg, and clotheslines him to the ground hard, the ref sees this and tells the two to get back to their respective corners. Lee watches, making sure that his partner is safe. Joaquin reaches his feet just as Chris charges, quickly leaping into the air for another Busaiku Knee Kick, but the Russian-born Frenchman catches the Elder Angel, throwing the man to the mat hard with a powerbomb. Chris lands high on his neck, crumbling to the mat. Little sign of life is shown in Chris for a moment, as Joaquin falls back into the corner to catch his breath.
Oliveira: Jaoquin being smart here. He created an opening here to allow himself to catch his breath.
Big Al: I don't know about that. Lee Pyro is still on the outside, and he's just as much of a threat as Chris is, so this might be giving the Remnants a better chance at recouping.
Fuzz: But Chris is seriously hurt. That was a nasty landing, and he hasn't moved since.
Chris manages to come back, and rolls over to his back while grabbing his neck. The ref is about to call for the end of the match, but the Angel grabs him by the neck of his shirt, warning him not to do that. Lee sees what Chris is doing, and walks over to Jaoquin, but the Frenchman was a little smarter, and grabs Lee's head and dropping his weight down, snapping Lee's throat off the top rope. Lee crumbles to the ringside area, as Chris looks frustrated the plan didn't work. The Remnant Angel shoves the ref back, but before he could get to his feet. Oleg grabs his feet, keeping him on the mat long enough for Jaoquin to get this the Angel, and stomp down on him.
Oliveira: Both teams are making a strong showcase of their tag team prowess. Jaoquin and Oleg took advantage of Chris' own plan to get themselves ahead.
Oleg lets Chris go as Jaoquin grabs his enemy by the hair, lifting him up to his feet. He slams his head into the turnbuckle, stunning the man even more. Jaoquin throws stiff punches to the head and abdomen of Pyro in such rapid succession that Chris is unable to cover up enough. When Jaoquin realizes the ref had begun his count, he lands one last punch before being pulled back from the corner. Oleg, who had gotten onto the ring apron quickly makes his way to the corner Chris was in, catching him with even more punches. When Chris tries to take a swing at Legionnaire Oleg, Jaoquin runs into the corner with a splash. causing the Angel to crumble to the mat, the wind violently removed from his lungs.
