As the Bostonian crowd settle into their seats in anticipation of the newest edition of Triumph, a familiar theme song commences the night's entertainment.
Upon hearing the theme, the crowd go wild and after a few seconds, their Hometwon Hero, Dow Jones, strolls through the curtain, a secondary eruption of volume from the crowd emanating around the arena. Dow raises his arms and flashes a smile, before slapping hands with the front row members of the audience, before the former New Age title contender and TV champion steps up the steel ring steps, making sure not to crease his dark suit. Dow enters the squared circle and clambers up the turnbuckle, raising his arms once again, his hometown fans once again giving him a large pop. Dow hops down and pulls out a microphone from inside his suit pocket, before pushing his signature sunglasses up to the top of his head and turning to face the camera.
As usual, it's an honour to be standing in this ring with my favourite wrestling fans of all time in attendance.
An obvious pop emanates from the audience as Jones merely smiles, soaks in the atmosphere and continues to speak.
But now, to business. You see, ever since I became General Manager of GHW Triumph, people have pointed the finger at me and claimed that I favour some of the GHW locker room and I'm unfair to others. I can admit that as an inexperienced authority figure, I might make mistakes and looking back at some of the decisions I've made, I can see how my decisions could be misconstrued as favouritism. But I'm going to change that right now. Firstly, AJ Scally will get the GHW title shot he earned a month ago on the Triumph after Dawn of Destruction so you can stop complaining about being on the undercard. Secondly, Jack Tracks will get his TV title rematch tonight against Kahlan Clarkson so you can then focus on the Tower of London match. Thirdly, by virtue of your win against Mighty Man Millson, Joshua Vandiver, you're in the Tower of London match and you will replace Kahlan Clarkson. This is because Kahlan, by virtue of your win over Wolverina last week, you have been added to the GHW title match at Dawn of Destruction. So it will be Millson vs Kahlan vs Wolverina in a Triple Threat Ladder Match. Thank you for your time. Enjoy the rest of the show.
The crowd cheer as the 'injustices' in GHW are put to rights and Jones leaves the ring, 4 blockbuster announcements shaking GHW as he does so.
