A blank screen shimmers lightly over the screen, as the entirety of the darkness breaks easily when a red explosion breaks the silence of the scene. One Week by Barenaked Ladies begins playing quickly over the speakers, the sound shimmering through the body with the upbeat making everything feel lighter. The words dance into the air, as the screen goes slightly blank, before opening again.
The scene shows a pedestal, showing only one spot, a number one drew in blood on it. Atop the pedestal stands Vladmir T. Strife, the King of the Deathmatch Championship laying over his shoulder, as 20-0 appears behind the man. Red sparks begin to float slowly down, the blood like rain rolling down the Hardcore King's body. Vlad stares into the screen a moment, the intensity showing through his face, as the screen fades out.
The blank screen floats through the air a moment, before opening on Lrey standing in the middle of some train tracks, the Silver Devil Title laying around his waist. The screen is shown in a beautiful blue overlay, the scene quiet and calm. Lil Rey Ray raises his head ever so slightly, a lock of hair rolling down his face, as his title shines to the screen beautifully. As the screen fades from this, Lrey lays his arms in a X over his throat.
One week by Barenaked Ladies begins to go off, as Crucifixion in Space by Marilyn Manson. The screen shows Desperado jumping over the fire barbed-wire ropes substituting the normal ropes in the Inferno Casket Deathmatch. It switches quickly to Rorouni Kenshin Kobashi cutting a scythe like blade into Desperado's shoulder, the blood running slowly from the young man.
The screen moves to a crowd after a few moments of this historic match, showing signs reading "Sunday's Sickest Superstars" and "20-0 soon to be 20-1". The camera pans over the screaming fans, banners and posters everywhere, as it finally ends on Lil Rey Ray standing in the middle of the ring, his normal clipboard in hand. The Demonic Angel gives a little smile to the camera, before his face turns stone cold again.
Lrey: Welcome! Here we are tonight, after Tuesday Night Genesis, Sunday's Sickest Standings running on a different night tonight as visible. Well we have had all crazy things this week, Genesis being home to the first bit of the Hardcore Games, and showing possibly the greatest match in history. Everything this week was legendary, and next week on Genesis, I meet y toughest competitor ever, The King of the Deathmatch.
Lrey: Well this is SSS, but I would like to take a moment to give my condolences to Hyper Elf, and the fact he is now a retired GHW legend. He was a great Fighty fighty person, and most of you saw the hospital, that was not a dramatization, and Hyper Elf will be the Hyper One at home now. Well things to look forward are Saturday Night Revelation, Red, White, and Bruised, and the continuation of the Hardcore Games. A big thing to watch is the Dictator Rules match that the Test of Honor Championship will see, Scotty Dreamer and Duece already in the match, wonder who else will be.
Lrey: Well to the standings of this show! Number One goes to Vladmir T. Strife, and his win in possibly the greatest match in history. Desperado, Rorouni Kenshin Kobashi, and Vladmir T. Strife went into this match, knowing it would be bloody. Each man brought what can only be named unimaginable skill, but the King of Hardcore solidified his name by winning the match. The King of the Deathmatch will face myself in a Circus Top High Tower Deathmatch, a match I found only today. This match will prove to be bloody, sick, and purely great.
Lrey: Coming into number two goes The Real Rockstar, Justin Michaels. At Tried and Convicted Justin Michaels won the Charging Glory Championship over Gnarfflinger, showing that he only needs a shot and will soar. Justin Michaels has been fighting and feuding much this past month, his former partner Gnarfflinger saying that the match showed nothing. Both men say they carried each other, and well I want to see another match from the two, talks cheap, winning is forever.
Lrey: Well Genesis shall be proud, as there my number three goes to Dave Carter, the New Age Champion. This man has defended the title against the best, Scotty Dreamer, Desperado, and now Emblem. He showed that not even Revelation can take his pride, making Emblem tap at Tried and Convicted, in a submission only match. Dave has taken this title, and made it great, he is surely the best champion of Genesis, and well Devin wants to prove it at Red, White, and Bruised. As Dave Carter will compete against in a Titantron Ladder match against Slam Jam Nation member Ricky Rodriguez.
Lrey:Coming into number four is the underdog champion, the Fury Unleashed Champ, The Psycho Kid. He won his title at Fury Unleashed, but is going into a giant defense for the Hardcore Games. He is to face Alex Stall and Brian Commonwealth in a Disney World Deathmatch. This should prove to be a great match, having a submission master, a hardcore hero, and a suicide flier. When this match ends, and the dust settles, any of these men can be the Fury Unleashed Champion.
Lrey: Number five will go to the sadistic asshole Skull. He has been cheating, and well.. winning for as long as I can remember. At Tried and Convicted he took on Human Wreckingball and Ravel Draken in a Blood Bath match. Ravel was a rather new comer, and has potential, but still lost the match. Wreckingball however is not as new, and showed that even skill doesn't always beat Skull. The man is a great Fighty fighty person, and would be a great person if the facts of him cheating weren't always happening. I can see him and the Charging Glory Championship meeting once more.
Lrey: Well I come in number six I guess, being I am going to the next round of the Hardcore Games. My match was against long time legend and friend Trickshot. We had a match that was called a Tables, Ladders, and Cages match, myself winning after a rather non great win. This match went on very shortly, and in my opinion should have and could have been much better. Before soon, I will get my rematch and a great match from Trickshot, but until then, I need to keep my mind on number one on the list, Vlad.
Lrey: Ravel Draken will meet the number seven spot this week, after taking on the Instant Classic in a Singles match, and getting the one, two, three after a long hard fought battle. Ravel had a bit of a confrontation with Skull not too long ago, showing that he could hang with the more experienced of GHW. Ravel Draken may have lost at Tried and Convicted, but I expect great this kid. If Ravel keeps it up, I am not sure who can tell the guy no from a title shot. Good luck man.
Lrey: My god, we are finally at number eight? This goes by quick doesn't it? Well my number eight pick is the almost undisputed Unsung Glory Champion, after taking on six women in a over the top rope match, and walking out winner. Izzy has been Women's Champion for quite some time, showing GI Ho the meaning a while back, and holding it all the while. Izzy you are a great women's competitor, and well I am glad to see the title in such good hands.
Lrey :Number nine goes to Anthony Luciano, after lasting so long in the Elimination Cage it would make your head spin. He took out former champ Duece, the number one contender for the Middleweight title Scotty Dreamer, and many others or well lasted them out, to become the last man eliminated. Luciano made this match a train wreck, slamming and hitting all in site, but in the end fell to the New Age Champion Dave Carter. Luciano keep this up dude, this will only make you greater.
Lrey: Well the last on my standings will be Ricky Rodriguez, being the Unbound Wings champion, and taking his time getting eliminated in the Elimination Chamber. Ricky has been showing he is the cruiserweight champion weirdly as of lately, no showing, and holding his title only by the fact his competitor took it upon himself not to show as well. Ricky will have to heighten himself soon, because his next competitor will be Dave Carter.
Lrey: The Match of the Week goes to the Inferno Casket Match, consisting of Desperado, Vladmir, and Rorouni. Each man took it upon himself to destroy the other. Each man tried to kill the other, every man taking hardcore to the next level. Every match this week was brightly out shined by this match, as it soared into the history books, possibly the most grueling and sick match in the history of this federation. Vladmir ended winning the match, taking both men to the limits, but finally closing the casket on Desperado, and setting it ablaze. Thank you for watching Sunday's Sickest Standings, and the next will be next week, until then have fun!
The screen goes black after a few moments of panning over the crowd, showing the crowd screaming for the one's announced on the rankings.
