Asylum Match: Vladimir Strife vs. Brett Steel

[Vladimir T. Strife]

Vladimir walks through the parking lot shaking his head, contemplating whether or not to go through with his match or not. He had been worried about it ever since seeing Brett Steel's sadistic side and his perserverance in his match against Jake Diamond. He begins to think of reasons not to go out to the ring, but brushes them out of his head. Vladimir slams his fist across his chest and lets out a bellowing deep growl, firing himself up a bit.

Vladimir makes his way into the building and stops into the Coven's lockerroom. He looks around at the rest of the guys, breathing heavily as they stare at him in a blank confusion. They look back to a television set where the ring is empty, awaiting his arrival.

Hawk: Uhmmm.... Yeah.... Vladimir...
Alex: What Hawkeye means is "Why the f*ck aren't you in the ring yet?"
Kingbear: You don't think... Vladimir's scared, maybe?
Jake: Don't even joke like that, you know this twisted bastard doesn't know what fear is.. Right?

Vladimir lets out another bellowing growl and smashes his fist against the open door, then walks out of the lockerroom and down the hallway.

Soundlab: Geez... Somebody needs to lay off the caffeine..

Vladimir continues down the hallway, psyching himself up for the brutality to ensue. As he is coming towards the entrance, a small man steps in front of him.

Chad: Vladimir... you're needed in the ring, you better get down there, everyone is waiting!

Vladimir grabs the man and throws him easily head-first into the wall, knocking the man out cold, then continues on his way.

'All Hail The New Flesh' begins to blare throughout the arena as he gives a glare to one of the sound guys as a cue to hit it. Vladimir steps out from behind the curtains and the audience begins to boo him as he looks around.

Lizzie: Ladies and Gentlemen... this match is an Asylum cage match. After the 2 contestants have entered the ring, a steel wire mesh cage will be lowered over the ring. This cage will surround the ring, leaving no space between itself and the turnposts. Unlike the typical cage match, this cage is built with a roof and the unique specification of NO door. The steel wire is also a quarter of an inch thick, leaving no way for the cage to break or for a contestant to escape. Various weapons have been tied to the inside roofing of the cage, allowing either man able to climb up and get one to use it in this match. A contestant will win the match upon making his opponent submit or knocking them unconscious.

Vladimir is wearing his typical attire, complete with the King Of The Deathmatch title around his waist. He pulls it off as he slides into the ring and gets up to his feet. Vladimir gives an angry look as he glares around at the audience, raising the title high up. Strife walks over towards the announce table and throws the title to Jimmy, who nods to him and folds the sides, laying it carefully on the annouce table in front of him.

Lizzie: The first contestant... standing in the ring... he is the King Of The Deathmatch Champion and hails from Sighisoara, Romania and weighs in at 269 pounds... He is.. VLADIMIR STRIFE!!

JP: Vladimir certainly looks very fired up tonight and if I know Brett Steel any, he's just as pumped up. This match would normally be one I'd call a classic, but I think this one is going to end up just being brutal.
Ray: It always is around here... These guys never seem to calm down any, they're always so fired up and angry looking. Don't they know that frowning gives you wrinkles?
JP: Shut up. Anyhow, this match should be expecially brutal as these men have had a problem with each other for quite some time now. A while back, Brett Steel chased off Vladimir at the end of a Strife Showdown, sticking up for these fans. Well, Vladimir took it personal and ran his mouth about Brett last week and to be honest, this was only a matter of time.

Vladimir runs back and forth from rope to rope, bouncing against them to warm himself up. He snaps his fists and hops up and down a few times before rolling his head around and then leaning back, stretching his neck and back to get himself ready for the hell that lies ahead for him and Brett Steel.

TBCB Brett Steel

A green Jeep Wrangler pulls up in the parking lot with "Free Fallin" by Tom Petty playing over the stereo. The Jeep shuts off and Brett Steel can be seen sitting in the driver side, hands on the wheel and a serious look on his face. "After last week... I dont think I'm walking out of this one..." Brett sighs lightly before opening the door and stepping out of the Jeep, keys in hand. He is wearing his purple karate pants and a black shirt that says "Brett Steel, your friendly neighborhood Steel Savior" in bright green letters. He walks through the parking lot slowly, shaking his head, his eyes wandering back and forth from the ground he's walking on to the arena in front of him.

Slowly he enters the arena and begins walking through the halls, after a short bit, he stops and begins walking back out the way he came. "I cant do this, Vladimir is going to kill me! And I dont mean just beat me, I mean literally kill!" As he's quickly walking away from the arena entrance, Sledge Hammer comes out from around the corner and stops him in his tracks.

"What're you doing? In all of our years being partners and friends, I've never seen you run from a fight! Get your ass out there and teach this guy not to mess with people weaker than him!" Sledge shoves Brett in the direction of the arena and Brett looks at him seriously, almost as if he's going to injure him.

"Yeah you're right man... This is mine, I'm going to take that winning streak of his and end it now!" Brett quickly does a backflip, "WOO!!!!" he then jumps into a quick sprint and tears his shirt off before quickly moving throughout the back stage area. Brett dodges in and out of people in the backstage before quickly making it to the arena entrance. He signals to the ring attendant to set him up before the lights in the arena go off and begin flickering purple and green.

Brett grins wickedly as "Free Fallin" by Tom Petty blares over the arena PA and the titantron flickers to life with his entrance video. Brett jumps out on the stage energetically and pyros go off on the stage, purple and green. Brett then begins walking down the ramp, through the fireworks, pumping himself up more by cheering on the crowd. He quickly runs over to one side of the ramp, stepping through the pyros and runs by the crowd getting them to do a wave. He then jumps over to the other side and runs up the ramp getting the crowd to do another wave before returning to the top of the ramp with a major grin on his face.

Lizzie: And now entering the ring, the submission king, the "Savage" of Revelations, and the man that everyone loves, BRETT STEEL!!!!!

With that the crowd gets even louder, blocking out the music with their cheers.

JP: Wow, Brett really is working the crowd tonight folks, this is going to be one hell of a match, in comes Brett Steel, the man that took Jake Diamond to the limit that very few have taken him to and in the ring stands a personal friend of mine and a Hardcore Legend, Vladimir Strife.

Ray: And boy do they look sexy tonight Jimmy!

JP: I wish I had a new partner... But anyway, Brett Steel looks just about as pumped up as Vladimir is, so lets get this match underway folks.

Brett is wearing his Typical ring attire, purple karate pants, black wrestling boots and black padded gloves. The pyros continue to lead Brett down the ramp before Brett jumps forward and slides into the ring. After entering the ring, the ref checks the two men for weapons before he signals for the cage to lower.

JP: That cage does not look forgiving at all.

Ray: Hmmm, maybe I should get one of those put in my room...

The cage finishes lowering and Brett glances over at Vlad before offering up a handshake with a slight smile.

TBCB Vlad

[Vladimir T. Strife]

Vladimir looks at Brett suspiciously for a moment, then takes his hand and shakes it. They take a few steps back and glare at one another as the bell rings to start the match.

JP: What a great sign of sportsmanship... surprising from Vladimir.
Ray: I know, where's the nutshot? Or a quick clothesline... something!
JP: Maybe this is Vladimir's way of saying that he might actually respect Brett... Nah, I doubt it.

The two men circle around the ring as they watch for an opening and get some glimpses of the cage. The two step forward and lock up, starting off in a traditional way. Vladimir turns it quickly to his advantage though, bringing Brett Steel to the mat with an arm drag. Vlad holds onto Brett's arm and pushes his knee into his back, putting him in an armbar. Brett winces in pain as Vlad's knee presses into the flesh of his back, still sore from the match with Jake Diamond.

Brett pushes himself up and rolls towards Vlad, releasing the stress on his arm. Brett slams his elbow down on Vladimir's mouth hard and Vlad lets go of his arm in a hurry. Brett pushes down on Vlad's face with the elbow and shoves it down onto the mat, pushing his elbow into his mouth and his forearm across his jaw, grinding it in. Vladimir yells out in pain and pushes Brett's arm off, rolling away from him before they both get up to their feet. Vladimir puts his hand to his mouth and looks down to see blood across his finger, his lip busted already.

JP: It's hard to see real well, but it looks like Vladimir's got blood on his chin. The elbow from Brett Steel must have busted his lip open, maybe even knocked out a tooth.
Ray: I hope not! Vladimir's smile would be forever ruined!
JP: Ray... seriously... when in the hell was the last time that man smiled?
Ray thinks a moment: I don't know..

Vladimir bounces into the ropes, but hits them too hard and stretches them back, accidentally hitting the cage. The cage doesn't give any, but Vladimir holds his back and takes a glance back at the steel mesh, feeling stupid about his mistake. Before he can focus on the match again, Brett dropkicks him in the chest and drives him back into the cage again. Vladimir hits it and it once again doesn't move. Vlad bounces from the ropes though and falls forward onto the ground, holding the back of his head where it collided with it.

Brett stands over Vladimir and jumps up, dropping down with his bottom across Vlad's back. Vlad drops hard to the mat and Brett grabs his arms, pulling them up and across his thighs. He grabs Vladimir's chin and stretches his head back with a camel clutch. Vladimir mutters out a few cuss words and groans in pain. Brett keeps the hold with one hand and raises his other, slamming the forearm across Vladimir's upper chest. After a few shots with Vladimir respond only with grunts and a curse or two, Brett lets go of him and lets Vlad fall to the mat.

JP: Brett Steel knocking the wind out of Vladimir, looking possibly to open up an early weak point. He certainly will need to find one. With his back in the shape that it is, I think Vladimir already knows where to capitalize with him. Either way, it's going to be damn near impossible for either man to make their opponent give up, both of these men are stubborn as hell.
Ray: Well, I must say that I am caught between two opinions. While I love a man who's into submission, I also love a man who refuses to quit!

Vladimir slowly picks himself back up as Brett is climbing the turnbuckles. Brett gets up to the top turnbuckle and reaches up high, trying to grab a barbed wire baseball bat. As he almost has it in his hand, Vladimir comes from behind and jumps up, pushing Brett forward. Brett's face slams into the corner and he slowly begins to tilt backwards until he falls off of the turnbuckle and crashes to the mat on his back. Vladimir bounces off of the ropes, being careful not to hit them too hard, and comes back with a jump into the air. He folds his legs and drops a knee down across Brett's forehead in the middle of the red lines left from the impact with the cage.

Vladimir rolls Brett over onto his stomach and pulls his shirt off, much to the delight of Ray White. As the black shirt comes off, it reveals the still tender skin from the barbed wire cage match. Vladimir rakes his nails across it and begins throwing punches into Brett's back, looking like he's tenderizing meat. Vladimir jumps up again and folds his legs back, dropping both knees into Brett's back painfully. Brett clenches his eyes shut tightly against a rush of pain and rolls over a bit, throwing Vladimir off to the side.

JP: As I said he would, Vladimir is going after that injured back of Brett's. He'd be an idiot not to, that is a prime target for him to use against Brett and could very well be the opening for the victory he's looking for tonight.
Ray: He can do what he wants, I just hope he pulls off more of Brett's clothes as the match goes on!
JP: Oh, Ray... silly f@ggot, d*cks are for chicks!

Vladimir gets up and helps pull Brett Steel up, pulling him in and wrapping his arm around his head. He slings Brett's arm over his neck and then lifts him into the air. Vladimir holds him for a moment, letting Brett's feet dangle only a couple of feet below the cage roof, then drops back with him, dropping him flat on his back. Vladimir kicks his feet up and rolls over, bringing Brett and himself back to their feet as he pulls him up and then hoists him into the air again. Vladimir slams him onto the mat again, shooting more pain through Brett's body. Vladimir repeats the process of bringing himself back to his feet and pulling Brett up.

JP: Working it over more and more, it appears, Vladimir is really making the most of Brett's hurt back. A couple more of these and a bow and arrow and we could see an early night for these two.
Ray: Not a chance, Brett Steel would NEVER give up, it doesn't matter what happens. That's why he's my sexy hero... but wait, Vladimir IS my sexy villain, so this is going to be tough.. Oh well, the hero always win, so I have to go with Brett on this one!
JP: I don't know about that one, Ray, Vladimir has been through hell before too and has never given up. Both men really have their work cut out for them, but Brett is in bad shape, I think I'd go with Vlad on this one.
Ray: Hell? Brett fell off of a building and onto a car!
JP: So? Vladimir fell through a Hell in a Cell cage and 40 feet down, crashing through the ring!
Ray: But a car had to hurt worse, Jimmy! What do you say we make this interesting though?
JP: $50 interesting enough?
Ray: Hell yeah! You're on!

Vladimir goes to lift Brett up, but Brett locks his foot behind Vladimir's leg and blocks it. He repeats this a second time, then lifts Vlad up. Vladimir is slung back and slammed against the cage, the unforgiving metal still not budging and not giving justice to the pain it inflicts. Brett drops Vlad back onto his feet, then hops up and wraps his legs around his midsection. The fall back to the mat with Vlad's head and Brett's back smacking the canvas with a thud. Brett winces again at the pain, but squeezes on Vladimir's neck and midsection. The guillotine choke leaves Vladimir trying to power out, but a relentless Brett holding on tightly still. As Vladimir struggles more, red diamonds begin to welt across his back.

Brett continues to apply pressure to the guillotine choke, trying to win the match as early as possible to avoid as much pain as he can. After a bit of trying to get Vlad to go unconcious, Brett releases the hold, realizing Vlad is just as stubborn as Jake.

JP: You're gonna regret that bet there Ray. Vlad is going to win this match, he's just as stubborn if not moreso than Jake was last week against Brett.

Ray: Yeah well Brett is the self proclaimed submission king! He's so going to bring Vlad to his knees like that guy I was with last night!

Brett slowly moves away from Vlad, allowing him time to recover and stand after the painful Guillotine Choke. As Vlad moves in to grapple Brett, Brett pushes his arms away and quickly locks in a double collar tie, placing both hands on the back of his neck and pulling his head in with his. Bretts elbows go down and he quickly begins to deliver knee's to the stomach of Vlad, after a few quick knee strikes, he tosses Vlad to the mat with a hip toss before mounting him and applying a crucifix neck crank, forcing Vlads head towards his own chest.

JP: God are those moves even legal?! I think he's trying to kill him!

Ray: No he's trying to make him submit.

JP: Like you do?

Ray: Hey shut up!

Vlad cries out in pain, trying to find any way he can to get out of the move, after a while, he's able to find Bretts own hand and quickly jars his finger back, forcing Brett to release the hold. As Brett stumbles away from Vlad, he can be seen holding his hand, the camera quickly zooms in on his hand to see his finger forced in the position Vlad put it in to get out of the hold. After a couple quick breaths Brett forces his finger back into position with a loud yelp. He then moves forward to continue with Vlad only to receive a low blow before a DDT to the mat.

JP: That was disgusting! Vlad dislocated his finger then Brett put it back in place!

Ray: He's so strong and sexy!

Vlad then rolls over Brett and quickly and rakes his back, tearing at the fresh scabs, before pulling both of Bretts arms up into a double hammer lock. Brett cries out in pain as the blood begins to seep from his wounds on his back while Vlad continues to apply pressure to the hammer lock. After a bit of struggle, Vlad releases the hold and slowly stands up before stomping Brett back to the mat.

JP: He's vicious!

Ray: I'm going to cry! Goodbye my lovely 50 dollar bill!

Vlad slowly reaches down to help Brett up by grabbing his arm but Brett quickly flips over the hold and leg sweeps Vlad to the mat. But Vlad recovers quickly and as Brett is getting up, Vlad kicks him in the groin before kicking him in the chin as Brett ducks down, favoring his jewels. Vlad then jumps up and grabs Brett before he can fall back and whips him toward the ropes, Brett hits the ropes and rebounds into a clothesline from Vlad.

JP: Get that bat! He'll be afraid of it after last week!

Ray: Brett isnt afraid of anything!

Vlad quickly runs over to a turnbuckle and jumps up to the top rope before beginning his reach for the barbed wire baseball bat. Vlad glances down to see Brett stirring on the mat and begins to get impatient, after a bit he leaps up and unhooks the bat before falling to the mat. Brett comes in quickly trying to deliver a leg drop to Vlad but Vlad rolls away and slams the bat onto the knee of Brett.

Ray: This is brutal to say the least… I mean... Vlad is tearing Brett to pieces and it hurts me just to watch this!

JP: Not me… I’m watching the money roll in, heh.

Brett continues to roll on the mat, clutching his knee as Vlad uses the bat to help himself to a standing position. He then moves over and Brett rolls to his stomach to try to get up and slams the bat to the back of Brett. A sadistic grins stretches across the face of Vladimir before he kneels down and places the barbed wire on the bat to Bretts back. He then tears the bat downward, ripping open Bretts back yet again and causing Brett to scream out in agonizing pain.

JP: He must have scabs stuck in his nails now… That was disgusting, I cant believe Vlad is really going this far… Wait, yes I can. HA!

Ray: You’re not funny! I feel like I’m losing money every time Brett gets hurt!

Vlad grins and laughs lightly to himself as Brett begins to crawl away from him with grunts and groans with every movement. After composing himself, Vlad moves towards Brett and goes to rake the bat over the back of Brett again but Brett rolls over unexpectedly and kicks the bat up before tripping Vlad up with his own feet. As Vlad falls to the mat, Brett goes to drop his heel to the face of his opponent but Vlad rolls away slightly before coming back with a wild swing. Brett drops to the mat and the bat flys over his face, he then kicks up and rolls over his own head before pushing himself to a standing position with his arms.

JP: What agility showed their by Brett, and an amazing upper body strength, every time he comes out, he actually amazes me.

Ray: So what? You’re rooting for Brett now?

JP: Did I say that fairy boy?!

Ray: No….

Brett allows Vlad time to get up, knowing he's still rather fresh, as he rests lightly against the ropes, trying to ignore the pain in his back. As Vlad stands up, still holding the bat, Brett looks at him, "C'mon... No weapons man..." Vlad sighs lightly and begins to drop the bat and Brett comes off of the ropes, ready to grapple, only to receive the barbed wire directly to his stomach.

JP: Wow, and I thought Vlad was actually going to be NICE to Brett!

Ray: Vlad? Nice? HA! Don’t make me laugh!

Vlad laughs lightly as he looks at the downed Brett, "You think I'd set up a match like this and NOT use the weapons?! HA! You're even more crazy than I thought!" Vlad then drops the end of the bat to the stomach of Brett before leaning down to help Brett up so he can continue his onslaught. But as Vlad is leaning forward to help Brett, Brett kicks up and hits him in the top of the head, stunning him enough for Brett to spin his way to a standing position.

JP: Again with the agility by Brett!

Ray: Again with the rooting for my guy! YAY ME!

Brett waits patiently for Vlad to stand up as he rests himself a bit, winded from the wounds on his back. As Vlad comes to a full standing position, Brett moves forward and they quickly grapple, Brett attempts to hip toss Vlad but Vlad shifts his weight and ends up with an easy German Suplex. However, as he hits Vlad doesnt release and quickly scrambles to his feet to hit another German Suplex but Brett locks his foot under Vlads and quickly delivers elbows to the nose of Vlad, forcing him to release the hold.

Ray: YAY ME! Hit him in the nose! Make him bleed!!!!

JP: Wow Ray, this is a side of you I’ve never seen before… Kinda cool…

Ray: Oh it’s only because I’ve got money on this match… Don’t expect to see this happen often…

Brett shakes off the hit before lunging forward with a Stainless Nail but Vlad moves out of the way and Brett goes head first into the unforgiving steel cage. Vlad then quickly drops down on top of Brett and uses the bat to put him in a choke hold before wrapping his legs around Brett and giving him a guillotine choke hold of his own.

JP: Now after Brett almost made Vlad pass out with this hold, Vlad puts Brett in an even MORE painful one!

Ray: This is depressing me..

JP: Cry about it gay boy!

[Vladimir T. Strife]

Vladimir jerks the bat from side to side, pulling the barbs across Brett's throat over and over again and tearing flesh open. Brett grabs and the bat though and tries to pull it away from his throat without regards of the spikes stabbing into his fingers. Vladimir lets go of it and gives up on the guillotine choke, getting a new idea. He pulls Brett up to his feet and then whips him as hard as he can into the ropes, dropping to the mat from the force. Brett stretches the ropes back and slams into the cage, falling forward onto the mats and laying there in pain.

Vladimir gets up to his feet and climbs the turnbuckle slowly, being careful not to fall off. He reaches up high for a beer bottle, it being slightly out of his reach. Vladimir is so focused on reaching it that he forgets about Brett Steel, who finally has gotten up and comes over, climbing up behind Vladimir but facing inward. Brett hoists himself up under Vladimir and lifts him up, preparing to powerbomb him from the top rope. The audience rise to their feet as they watch, getting ready to see it. Vlad grabs onto the cage sides and pulls himself towards them, slamming Brett's head against the cage by thrusting his hips.

Ray: Ooooh! I love that move!!!
JP: Dear God.... I'm pretty sure Vladimir wasn't meaning for it to look as sexual as it did, Ray..
Ray: Sure, he didn't... sure.. Neither did I last night.
JP: Ray... even considering you are gay, what man really would ever want to sleep with you?
Ray: Your daddy!
JP just sits there with an open mouth, shocked by the insult.

Vladimir reaches up and grabs the beer bottle finally, bringing it down with a yank and smashing the bottom of it over Brett's skull. Vlad goes to stab him in the forehead with it, but Brett wearily falls forward off of the turnbuckle, hitting Vladimir with a monstrous powerbomb. Brett takes a moment to remember where he is and sees Vladimir laid out in front of him. He grabs Vlad's ankle and twists it, locking his legs around Vlad's knee for leverage. Vladimir reaches out in pain weakly, knocked dizzy from the powerbomb, and tries to pull his leg out of the move.

Ray: Wow... Vladimir just got the hell knocked out of him and already Brett Steel has him locked in a submission! Looks painful..
JP slams Ray's head against the table and shakes his head.
JP: It looks painful indeed.

Vladimir grabs the broken beer bottle and jams the shards into Brett's calf, quickly breaking the hold as Brett holds his hand over a couple of lines of blood pouring down the back of it. Vlad is still dizzy, but brings himself up to his knees and then pounces on Brett, holding him down. He rakes the edges of broken glass across Brett's forehead and digs them in hard, twisting and jabbing them into the flesh. Brett yells out loudly in pain and grabs Vladimir's hands, pulling them away from himself, overpowering Strife once again.

Brett thrusts his hips hard and sends Vladimir over head and onto the mat. He rolls backwards and sits on top of Vladimir's chest, reversing the position he'd just been in. Brett pulls the bottle from Vladimir's hands and tosses it against the cage away from them, the rest of it shattering into small bits. Brett slams his elbow into Vladimir's jaw a couple of times, then grabs his hair and pulls him up towards him. Brett then shoves him back down, slamming Vladimir's head against the ring mat and repeating the process a couple of times. Brett then stands up and looks down upon a dazed Vladimir.

Ray: The referee better check on Vladimir. I think I just won $50! He's out cold after that one Jimmy, he has to be!
JP: It was a strong blow, but Vladimir won't go down that easily, unfortunately for you.
JP grins at the double meaning as Ray gets a sour look on his face.

As the referee goes to check on Vladimir, he is pushed away by Brett Steel. Brett picks Vladimir up to his feet and sticks his shoulder into Vladimir's gut, then picks him up. Vlad lays unresponsive over Brett's shoulder as he carries him to the side and then sets him down on his feet between the ropes and the cage. Brett then runs back and bounces off of the opposing ropes before running at Vladimir and slamming his shoulder into Vlad's chest, smashing him into the cage. Brett takes a step back and jumps into the air, extending his feet out swiftly in midflight and slamming them into Vlad's chest, finally getting a response from the cage as it rattles ever slightly.

Vladimir arches his back and loses his feet, falling down with his arms across the ropes, then leaning towards the left before finally dropping onto the apron. Brett gets up and stomps Vladimir's chest though, thrusting his back into the cage over and over again. Brett then runs across the ring, bounces off the ropes again and comes back with a baseball slide to the forehead of Vladimir, driving the back of his head into the cage again. He rolls Vladimir away from the cage and onto his stomach, then lays his knee onto the back of Vlad's neck and turns the rest of his body, reaching underneath Vladimir's head and locking his fingers under his chin. Brett pulls Vlad's head back and hears a light grunting and whimpering.

JP: Wow... maybe I did pick the wrong man... Brett is getting relentless tonight! Vladimir's getting his a$$ handed to him!
Ray: See? The hero ALWAYS wins, JP!
JP: Oh, shut up, the only "hero" you know anything about is Enrique Iglesias!

Brett cranks the move harder and grinds his knee into Vladimir's neck, the lets go and gets back up to his feet. He walks over to the barbed wire baseball bat and picks it up, carrying it back over to Vladimir. He holds one of Vlad's legs under his arm and pushes the barbed wire bat against the inside of his thigh. The barbs stick into his pants and Brett pulls Vlad's other leg across, then flips over with him, substituting the barbed wire bat for a leg in Stressing To The Breaking Point. Vladimir screams out in pain as barbs stab into his thighs and flails his arms around in agony.

Ray: Yay! Go Brett! Tear his a$$ UP!
JP: Ow... that's pretty brutal, I'm not sure I've honestly felt sorry for one of these guys until this moment!

Brett pulls back harder on the move, straining Vladimir's legs even harder and causing him to pull at his hair, trying to distract himself from the pain. It too much though and Vladimir raises an open palm, looking as though he might tap out. The audience is on the edge of their seats as they hold their breath, waiting to see if Vladimir has finally had enough. Vladimir begins to push out with his legs though, pushing Brett forward slowly, starting to overpower him. Brett grints his teeth though and strengthens his hold before pulling back and overpowering Vladimir again. Vladimir looks as though he is going insane as he tries to hold on through the pain, feeling his blood seeping out around the barbs lodged into the flesh and meat of his thighs.

JP: I hate to say it and my wallet hates it more, but it looks like this one is over folks.. Vladimir's given it all he has but this hold is just too much..
Ray: I'll be taking my $50 now, thank you very much!
JP: Wait, what is this!?

Vladimir begins to ball his fists up tightly and close his eyes tightly, summoning up his strength and finally overpowering Brett Steel and launching him forward into the cage. The top of Brett's head collides with the metal, his body turning and his shoulder and side slamming into it as well. Brett falls back limply onto the mat and holds his hands onto the top of his skull, wincing at the sudden headache. The two lay on the mat in pain, not even able to think about getting up. Vladimir is first to his feet as he uses the ropes to get up and pulls the barbs out of his legs with a loud swear at the pain.

Vladimir picks up Brett and then hooks his arm around Brett's head, pointing up before hoisting Steel in that direction. Vlad holds Brett's weight into the air for a moment, then tilts him back, letting him fall onto his feet. Vlaidmir holds onto his head still and drops down onto his bottom, hitting the Sinnerplex. Brett's upper body swings forward after the impact and he fall over sideways onto the mat. Vladimir rises back up to his feet and looks down at Brett Steel, who looks like he's been through a wreck.

JP: What a Sinnerplex! Brett's head got bounced around like a ping-pong ball!
Ray: Yeah, yeah, yeah, he's still going to win though!
JP: He's going to win a trip to the emergency room, that's what he's going to win!

Brett looks disoriented as he starts to get up, his body shifting left to right and back again as he gets to his hands and knees. Vladimir pulls up the leg of his pants and reaches into his boot, pulling out a metal flask and smiling at his reflection in it. Vladimir screws off the lid and takes a big drink from the flask, swallowing the alcohol and letting out a relaxed sigh. He sifts through his pocket and produces his zippo with another big grin, then pours more of the alcohol into his mouth. Vlad opens the lighter and lights it as Brett is still trying to get up to his feet. He turns towards Brett and spits the alcohol out in a spray as he pulls the lighter in, setting the liquid on fire and sending a burst of flames out across Brett's back.

The flame shoots out across the back of Brett, sending him shooting up in pain with a loud growl from his throat. Brett then falls to the mat and begins rolling around, hoping he isn’t on fire. Vlad laughs lightly to himself before moving over slowly and stomping Brett back into the mat so he cant get up. He then moves over and climbs up a turnbuckle and uses the cage to balance himself before reaching up for a chair hanging from the roof of the cage.

JP: YEAH! My boy is really tearing up Brett Steel, lets just wait and see what happens when he gets that chair.

Ray: Get that chair away from him then! Stupid ref! Do your job!

Brett slowly begins to stand, wobbling a bit before coming to a full standing position. As Brett looks up, he can see Vlad coming down with a chair shot directly to the head of Brett, the chair bounces off from the impact, sending Vlad off balance as Brett stands in the ring for a bit before falling limply to the mat.

Ray: NO!!!!!! Farewell 50 dollars.

JP: Heh… That’s right.. Brett is out for the count.

Vlad quickly regains his balance and moves over to Brett, nudging him with his foot before the ref pulls Vlad away from Brett. The ref then checks on Brett and begins his 10 count. The ref gets up to 9 and Vlad smiles sadisticly before realizing he doesn’t want to win like this and he smashes the chair over the head of the ref before the ref can finish the 10 count. He then moves over and helps Brett up from the mat before slapping him in the face a few times to wake him up.

JP: What’re you doing Vlad?! You almost had that one!!!

Ray: He wants to lose?

JP: No he wants to make you look like more of a fool by beating your boy even worse.

Ray: He’s my boy? YAY!

JP: NO YOU FAIRY!!!

Brett shakes off the slaps and the chair shot before looking forward to see that same chair heading for his face. Brett quickly ducks under the chair and spins around waiting for Vlad to come back before kicking the chair with a roundhouse, sending it into the face of Vlad. Vlad bounces back against the ropes again and walks straight into a forearm smash from Brett which plants him on the mat. Brett then runs over and jumps to the top rope before leaping onto the side of the cage. He then begins to climb up the cage before climbing all the way to the roof where he begins to crawl along the roof of the cage, holding on as tight as he can so Vlad cant see him.

JP: Whats Brett doing on the top of that cage? VLAD! LOOK OUT!

Ray: Whatever you do, don’t look up!

Vlad slowly climbs to his feet and looks around slowly, very confused and wondering where Brett is. He slowly stumbles to the middle of the ring and hears a small “Yoo Hoo” before looking up into a light tube smashing him smack in the middle of the face. Vlad stumbles backwards in pain as Brett releases his feet from the roof before kicking Vlad hard in the face, sending him to the mat. Brett then grabs the light tubes from the spot they’re tied and drops them onto Vlads stomach. He takes a deep breath before releasing himself completely from the roof and slamming down hard on the light tubes with his back, smashing them to bits on Vlads stomach and his back.

Ray: Oh my… Blood… More of it… I think I’m gonna… Be… *vomits*

JP: Are you getting a weaker stomach there fairy boy?

The white dust from the light tubes settles on the mat as Brett rolls away from Vlad with a loud groan and blood spots forming on his back. He slowly looks up to Vlad to see the light tubes crushed to pieces on his chest where blood dots are forming. He then looks up to see a line of blood dots along Vlads face before slowly moving away from Vlad, toward a nearby turnbuckle. After quite some time, the ref comes back to the world of the living and looks around the ring still dazed. He then glances at Vlad and laughs lightly to himself before standing up and moving over and kicking Vlad in the ribs while he’s down.

JP: Someone get that ref out of here! He’s screwing up the match! You cant kick the superstars in the ribs!

Ray: Yes he can…

JP: Shut up *slams Rays head into the desk*

The ref leans down and struggles to pick Vlad up before hooking his arm around his head and landing a DDT on the downed superstar. Brett notices the ref beating up Vlad and begins to get angry, the ref then begins his 10 count. By the time he gets up to 6 Brett walks up and gives him a painful Steel Toed Boot to the chin. He then picks the ref up and ducks his head between his legs with a sick smile. He listens to the crowd as they chant “DO IT” “DO IT” “DO IT” before he lifts the ref up and powerbombs him on top of the chair in the ring.

JP: YEAH! You teach that cheating ref a lesson for messing with the hardcore king!

Ray: You’re cheering on my guy now? Does that mean the bets switch and I get to root for Vlad?

JP: NO!

Brett smiles triumphantly to himself before moving over and helping Vlad up, he struggles a bit to move him to a nearby turnbuckle to rest him before slapping him lightly in the face a few times to wake him up. After a couple of seconds, Vlad shakes his head a little and opens his eyes slowly and painfully. Brett leans in slightly, “Rest up a bit cuz you just got a DDT and a kick to the ribs from the ref… But don’t worry I took care of him with a Steel Toed Boot and a Powerbomb onto the chair.”

“Uhm… Alright, thanks I guess, but I’m gonna remember his name for next time I see him.” Vlad slouches back against the turnbuckle as Brett moves away and climbs the turnbuckle opposite Vlad before sitting down on the top rope. Brett pumps his arms a bit, trying to keep them warm while the blood on his back continues to run out of their respective wounds. After a bit of waiting, the blood is dried on their skin and scabs begin to form as Vlad slowly pushes himself from the turnbuckle.

JP: What respect for the hardcore king there by Brett Steel. And now they’re ready to start this match over…

Ray: Brett should have just finished him off and not dealt with that stupid ref… Jeez… I woulda been 50 bucks richer.

JP: Richer? Is that even a word?

Brett jumps off of his turnbuckle before moving to the center of the ring and waiting for Vlad. They exchange nods before moving closer into a tie up, Vlad uses his strength and weight to his advantage and quickly brings Brett into an arm drag. As Brett hits the mat Vlad continues to hold the arm and drops to the mat with an arm bar on Brett, weakening the arm of Brett moreso. Vlad continues to wrench the hold unmercifully before reaching for the bat and placing the bat under the elbow of Brett to add more leverage to the hold. After a while Brett begins to pound the mat, after hearing a pop come from his elbow, tapping out to the modified arm bar, but Vlad doesn’t realize the ref was still out cold when he releases the hold.

JP: Oh god… I think he just dislocated the elbow of Brett Steel. This wont be good folks..

Ray: I think I’m gonna be sick again.

Vlad glances around the ring before beginning an early celebration and realizes the ref was still out cold from the powerbomb. Vlad begins to curse and stomp around the ring before moving back over to Brett who is still favoring his arm. Vlad glances down to see Bretts elbow dislocated and sighs lightly before grabbing the hand of Brett and yanking as hard as he can. Brett screams out in pure agony when his elbow pops back into place from the yank, causing Vlad and the entire arena to almost instantly feel sick to their stomachs.

Ray vomits at the sound of the scream.

JP: For once, I’m about to do the same… Brett really is a tough son of a bitch I guess. And I think Vlad has found himself a newfound respect for Brett Steel.

Vlad steps back away from Brett as he rolls on the mat in pain, holding his elbow and nearly crying before forcing himself to his feet. Vlad stares on at Brett, amazed that he’s actually getting up before shaking off his surprise and focusing in on the match again. Brett quickly lunges forward, using only one hand and delivers a quick punch to the face of Vlad. Vlad stumbles slightly, allowing Brett time to deliver a kick to his ribs and a second punch to the stomach. Vlad begins stumbling more as Brett continues to use his feet and fist to push Vlad back into the turnbuckle.

JP: Wow, ok I’m surprised Brett is still even moving after everything that’s been happening to him this match and last match.

Ray: And you wonder why I voted for him?

Vlad quickly covers his face to prevent more head shots before Brett drops down to the mat and sweeps Vlads legs out from under him. He then uses his feet only to somehow lock in a Steel Masterlock on Vlad. Vlad begins to cry out in pain from the hold before sitting up and delivering three swift punches to the injured elbow of Brett, forcing Brett to focus more on the pain than the lock. Thus allowing Vlad the leverage to get himself out of the hold, which he quickly reverses into a boston crab, applying pressure to the legs and back of Brett Steel.

JP: Now this is technical wrestling folks.. Good old fashioned technical wrestling at it’s best.

Ray: When are they gonna get on top of eachother more?

Vlad continues to apply the boston crab to Brett before Brett uses what strength he has left to push up off of the mat and flip his legs over his own head, bringing Vlad with them. He then rolls away before helping Vlad up with his one arm and hooking him for a Stainless Bang. Brett lifts Vlad up but his arm gives out on him and he drops Vlad on his back before he falls to his knees clutching his elbow from the pain.

JP: Brett is picking the wrong moves to use on the champ.

Ray: He can use em on me anytime…

Vlad squirms on the mat a bit before slowly pushing himself up to a sitting position. He looks around the ring and sees a downed Brett Steel, favoring his shoulder again and the ref slowly standing back up. He then uses the ropes to pull himself up the rest of the way before climbing the turnbuckle and reaching for a sledge hammer. As Vlad grabs the hammer, Brett comes out of nowhere and knocks his feet out from under him, forcing him to land on the top turnbuckle with his groin. Vlad falls off of the turnbuckle backwards, hooking his own legs in the ropes and hanging himself upside down. Brett staggers away and sees this before stepping back towards the opposite turnbuckle. Brett then double steps forward before going into a run and jumping in the air for a drop kick to the face of Vlad. But much to his painful surprise Vlad sits up quickly and Brett, splits the turnbuckle with his feet before slamming his own groin into the turnbuckle.

Ray: QUICK! Open the cage! Downed peni- I mean.. I need a pen… Yeah

JP: Oh god… I’m gonna move over to the Spanish announce table. Hey Jorge, switch with me… Just get over here you border hopper!

Jorge: Que Pasa?

Ray: JIMMY!!!

JP: So now that there’s a Spanish guy between me and Ray, lets continue with the match.

Brett slowly falls off of the turnbuckle and begins to crawl away from Vlad as Vlad looses his legs and falls to the mat himself. Both men groan in the ring before forcing themselves to continue the match as they stand up slowly. Brett slowly moves his injured arm in circles, trying to loosen up the muscles and tendons a bit before stepping forward. Vlad shakes his leg a bit to help alleviate the pain in his groin before stepping forward as well. The two quickly tie up in the ring and Brett goes to arm drag Vlad but uses his bad arm and is just tossed to the mat by Vlad who then proceeds to stomp him down a few times.

Ray: Jimmy! I’m getting lonely! This Jorge guy is staring at me and it’s creepy… No hablo espanol!

JP: Now that my partner knows the meaning of being uncomfortable, lets continue the match.

Ray: Jimmy!

Brett begins to push himself off of the mat but Vlad interrupts him by quickly leaning down and pulling his arms up over his legs as he pulls back on Bretts head with a camel clutch. Brett cries out in pain as the muscles in his back are compressed and his abdomen is stretched. Vlad continues to apply pressure to the hold before releasing it and watching Brett flop to the mat in agony. The ref then stumbles over to Vlad and warns him about hitting him, Vlad laughs lightly before shoving the ref away and helping Brett up. He then picks him up for a powerbomb but as Brett is sitting on Vlads shoulders, he quickly pokes Vlad in the eye before rolling backwards and flipping Vlad to the other side of the ring with a hurricanrana. The two Fighty fighty persons lie on the mat in pain and exhausted as the ref begins his 10 count.

Ray: Please come back Jimmy! I’ll try not to scare you off again! I miss you! *begins to cry*

JP: I’m starting to feel sorry for the little fairy… Hey Jorge! Yeah you! Get over here!

Ray: JIMMY!!! *lunges at JP and hugs him*

JP: Yeah yeah, get off of me… That chair was uncomfortable… They don’t pay me little enough to sit on those chairs…

Ray: I understand Jimmy…

[Vladimir T. Strife]

Brett reaches his feet at the count of 6 and walks over to Vladimir, pulling him up to his feet. Brett then whips Vladimir into the turnbuckle and follows him into it with a big splash. Brett grabs Vladimir's arm while he's trying to catch his wind and wraps it around the top rope. Brett pulls on it as Vladimir yells out and tries to shake his wrist from Brett's grip. Brett uses his free arm to slam his elbow into Vlad's jaw and continues to pull on the arm. Brett gives it a few more tugs, then lets go of the arm and backing up a few steps, giving Vlad a chance to get out of the corner.

JP: Brett's giving Vladimir time to rest again... I don't get it. These men will get in there and brutalize one another but they are still halfway civil about it!
Ray: It's because Brett knows he has it won. He doesn't have to stay on Vladimir all the time, but I don't see why someone wouldn't want to.

Vladimir rushes out of the corner at Brett, looking to turn the match back into his favor. Brett jumps up though and grabs Vlad's wrist while wrapping his legs around his shoulder. Brett falls down with his weight, flipping Vladimir over and down to the mat in an armbar. Brett strains it hard and Vladimir responds with a yelp and a growl, trying hard to pull himself out of the move and being unable to. Vladimir leans his head forward and bites down into Brett's shin. Brett breaks the hold and calls Vladimir a "Crazy f*ck" while looking at the blood running from the teeth marks.

JP: What was that we were saying about civility? Guess we weren't thinking too much. Same old Vlad..
Ray: Hey, some people like being bit, it's kinky. Maybe he IS trying to be civil!

Vladimir gets up to his feet in a rage and leaps on Brett Steel. The 2 falls to the mat and Vladimir sits on Brett's chest, throwing punches into the face of Brett. Vlad reaches into the side of his boot and pulls out a long nail then, holding it tightly in his hand and then digging it into Brett's forehead. Brett kicks his legs frantically as the pain comes over him and then tosses Vladimir off, getting up and walking to the side of the ring to rest up. Vladimir gets up as well though and runs after Brett, slamming his shoulder into Brett's back and slamming his face into the cage. He then hooks his arms around Brett's waist and throws him over head with a belly to back suplex.

Vladimir gets up and walks over to where Brett is and drops down to his knees, bringing the nail down and stabbing it hard into Brett's forehead and begins to rake it around a bit again. The sharp metal point scraps against the bone with a grinding sound that resonates throughout Brett's head. Vladimir tosses the nail aside and then begins to throw punches into Brett's forehead again, pounding into it mercilessly. Vladimir looks at Brett, who is barely moving and looks like he might be going into shock from the pain. Vlad slaps him hard and Brett blinks, then looks at Vladimir with a confused look. Vladimir pulls him up to his feet and tells him to go rest up in the corner, returning the favor from earlier.

JP: Wow... Vladimir IS showing some civility in this match. He's letting Brett rest up a little after he drove that nail into Brett's skull. How can he be so damn twisted and still civil? The only thing I can think is that Vladimir HAS to have a lot of respect for Brett and at this point, I don't blame him!
Ray: Yeah... and he'll have even more respect when Brett Steel beats him and I win that $50!

Vlad looks around the thick cage and the weapons and the blood that's been shed throughout the ring and thinks to himself "What have I created?". He forces himself to focus on the match again as Brett walks to the center of the ring and waits for him. As Vlad is stepping forward slowly, Brett takes a few steps forward and jumps up with a dropkick to Vlad's chest, punishing him for his haste. Vladimir slams into the corner and Brett gets back up, coming in with a shoulder to the gut. He hits a strong uppercut to Vlad's mouth as he goes to duck his head, busting his lip again and getting more blood on his fist.

Ray: See, Vladimir has given everything he has to Brett and he just can't beat him, Jimmy. Brett's just better, face it. That money is mine!
JP: I beg to differ, see, Brett has given Vlad everything he has as well and still can't beat him either. However, Vladimir is bigger than Brett Steel-
Ray: Well, bigger IS better..
JP: ... Anyhow, as I was saying. Also, this match is a hardcore nature... Brett Steel has no chance against Vladimir. I mean, Vladimir IS the Hardcore King!
Ray: Brett Steel and Sledge Hammer took themselves and 2 of the owners out by sending them off of a roof and crashing onto cars... I think Brett can go hardcore, Jimmy.
JP: Wow, didn't think about that...

Brett looks around the ring and finds the nail that Vladimir stabbed into his head earlier, picking it up and looking for revenge as he watches Vladimir getting up. Brett runs up behind him and stabs the nail in his arm. The nail busts through the skin easily and stabs down several inches into Vladimir's arm, sending him screaming in agony. Brett looks on, surprised at how deep it went and goes over to Vladimir, shoving him into the corner. He puts his boot on the Vlad's elbow and grabs the nail, then jerk back hard on it. Vladimir screams out in pain as it sends more pain up his arm. Brett looks at the nail, still lodged in Vlad's arm and shakes his head. He steadies himself again and then jerks on it again, this time ripping it back out. Vladimir drops to one knee and holds his hand over it, some blood running out and through his fingers.

JP: Oh god! Maybe you're right, that was brutal as hell!
Ray tries to stomach it, but ends up puking.

Brett tosses the nail aside, giving an uneasy look to the half red metal of it before doing so. He walks over to Vladimir to make sure he isn't seriously injured and receives a punch to the crotch for his efforts. Vladimir grabs the top rope and pulls himself up to his feet, while Brett drops down to the mat in pain. Vladimir flexes out his arm a few times, shaking a bit of the pain off as he looks down at Brett. Vladimir picks him up and irish whips him into the turnbuckle, following up with a running knee to the gut. Brett coughs as it forcibly knocks the wind out of him and Vladimir smiles sadistically as an idea enters his head.

Vladimir headbutts Brett and then grabs his legs one at a time, hooking them on the middle ropes, leaving them wide open. Vladimir slaps Brett and gets a slap back to his surprise. Vladimir backs away a bit then, walking over to another turnbuckle and climbing it, going for the sledgehammer again. He pulls it loose and then jumps down to the mat with it, Brett freeing one of his legs at this point. Vladimir runs up and turns around, slamming his bottom into Brett's stomach and again knocking the wind from him. Vladimir rehooks Brett's free leg and steps back a few feet. He holds firmly onto the top of the sledgehammer with one hand, holding the handle with the other.

JP: No, he can't do this, this is just wrong, don't Vlad, don't!
Ray: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DON'T DO IT VLADIMIR!!!

Vladimir rushes forward anyhow and slams the sledgehammer forward. Brett grabs onto the cage siding though and pulls himself up, the end of sledgehammer hitting the middle turnbuckle and sparing him. Brett throws a hard right hand into Vladimir's eye and send him stumbling back. Brett unhooks his legs and then takes Vladimir down with a clothesline. He gets up to his feet and picks up the sledgehammer, looking back at Vladimir as he raises it up. Brett holds onto the end and drops down with it, slamming the metal end into Vladimir's sternum. Vlad clutches at it and rolls over on his stomach, trying to protect himself.

JP: Man, I am glad I'm not in there. I can't imagine how having a sledgehammer into the sternum must feel or having your arm popped out of place. This is just brutal.
Ray: Well, take out the brutality and weapons and JP, I'd LOVE to be in there!

Brett tosses the hammer aside and pulls Vladimir up to his feet, picking him up on his shoulders and looking for a Death Valley Driver. Vladimir struggles though and breaks free, grabbing Brett's head and dropping behind him onto his knees with a Sinnerplex to Brett again. The impact tosses Brett forward onto his face and he lays there on the mat for a moment, holding his neck with his hurt arm and his hurt arm with the other, having strained it too much in holding Vladimir up. Vladimir stomps on Brett's arm as he gets up, watching him as he holds it tighter and yells about the pain.

Vladimir pulls Brett up to his feet and then clotheslines him as he just gets up, dropping him back down. Vladimir grabs Brett's hurt arm and pulls it up so that Brett is laying on his side with his chest against Vlad's shins. Vladimir steps over Brett and pushes his knees together, then drops back. He lays on the mat and pushes up on Brett's arm, trying to bend it back at the elbow. Vladimir yells over to him. "Brett, just give up! I'm going to break your arm if you don't!"

JP: If Vladimir breaks Brett's arm here, it could send him in enough pain to tap out again and this time, the referee is bright eyed and bushy tailed, no easy way this time.
Ray: COME ON BRETT!!!
JP: You going to cry, Ray? You going to cry, sissy man!?
Ray: *sniffles* .....No....

Brett Steel grabs onto one of Vladimir's legs with his other arm though and pulls it away from the other enough to free his arm. He pulls the leg up and over the back of his neck, standing up and turning the tables on Vladimir with a stretch muffler. Vladimir grabs Brett's leg and tries to use it to get free, but can't find a way. He squirms around on the mat as he reaches out for the sledgehammer. It's just out of his grasp and he strains his body as he reaches out slowly for it, closer and closer. Brett sees it though and pulls Vladimir away from the sledgehammer. He grabs onto Vladimir's thigh and holds onto the ankle, then pulls Vladimir's leg off of his neck and over his head, turning Vlad in air and bringing the front of his knee down onto his knee.

Vladimir rolls around in pain and screams at it as Brett picks him up to his feet. He swings Vladimir around and throws him face first into the cage. The impact splits Vlad's right eyebrow and sends him falling back to the mat with red diamond marks across his face. Brett picks Vladimir back up and throws him into the cage once again face first. He follows up with a knee to the back of the head that slams Vladimir's face into the mesh even harder. Vlad drops to the mat without anymore motion and the referee starts the 10 count. Brett pulls Vladimir back up and sets him in the corner though, slapping him for a few moments until he finally wakes back up.

JP: How the hell did Vladimir wake up from that?! And why did Brett wake him up!?
Ray: Because they don't want this match to end, I guess. It's sadistic, they both just want to keep on fighting.

Vladimir takes a moment to rest up, then swings with a punch at Brett, but gets a knee to his stomach before he can land it. Brett then grabs Vladimir for a t-bone suplex and spins around, slamming him to the mat. Brett grabs Vlad's legs and puts him in a Stressing to the Breaking Point. Vladimir pulls himself over towards the ropes, but Brett squats down, stopping him. Vladimir reaches out towards the sledgehammer again, which is now closer than ever. He swings his arm out for it and his fingertips just lightly brush against it to his misfortune.

JP: Come on Vladimir, you can reach it, I know you can!
Ray: No, you can't! Finish him, Brett!

Vladimir pulls himself forward slightly and finally grabs the sledgehammer. He pulls it back hard and it slams against Brett's spine, sending him dropping forward onto the mat. Vladimir pulls himself up to his feet slowly and rests on the ropes for a moment while waiting for Brett to get up. Brett takes a while, but goes after Vlad upon getting up. Vladimir looks panicked and yells "Stop!!" at Brett Steel, who looks at him confused but has stopped. Vladimir slams the sledgehammer into Brett's ribs and smiles as he drops to his knees. He leans over into Brett's face and yells "HAMMER TIME!" and laughs like a mad man.

JP: HAHAHA! Now that was funny, like it or not!
Ray: You'd think that.... but you'd be wrong.

Brett comes up off of his knees, slamming his shoulder into Vladimir's stomach and lifting him off of the mat. He pulls back on Vladimir's legs and drives him down hard into the mat with a thud that the audience begins applauding for. Brett throws fist after fist into Vladimir's face, mixing in some elbows, going berserk on him. He leans back and holds his arms out to the side and screams wildly, going a bit more crazy before throwing more and more punches. The audience goes wild and stands on their feet as Brett gets up, winded from it and signals for the referee to count it. The referee gets to 7 before Brett feels bored and pissed off and walks over, pulling Vladimir up to his feet so he can beat him more.

Vladimir holds onto Brett's hand and pulls him in close, ramming his knee into Brett's crotch before they both fall down to one knee. Both exhausted, they turn to one another and begin to throw punches back and forth. Vladimir then grabs Brett's head and slams his own into it, a smacking noise being heard as their skulls collide. Both men wobble around a little bit and Brett falls forward onto the mat. Vladimir takes a moment, but gets up to his feet and leans against the ropes. Vladimir tosses his head back to get the hair out of his eyes and watches Brett as he begins to make his way up to his feet.

JP: Stop wasting time, Vlad! Kick his a$$ already!
Ray: You mean get your a$$ kicked already! I told you, Brett is going all the way tonight, he's going to win!
JP: Like hell he is!

Brett makes his way up and Vladimir runs at him with a jumping knee, but he ducks under it and grabs Vlad's leg. He holds it as Vladimir falls to the mat on his face and then flips him over. Brett drops down behind Vladimir and slams a polish hammer onto Vlad's ribcage before grabbing his arm and leg and pulling them back into a Steel Arrowhead. He yells at Vladimir to tap as Vlad screams out in pain, looking for something to get him out of the hold. Brett pulls it tighter as Vladimir reaches for his pocket, probably looking for brass knucks.

Vladimir pulls his hand out and after a moment, the audience see Brett Steel let go and fall back onto the mat, screaming in pain. Vladimir pulls himself up using the ropes and grins as he shows off the can of pepper spray in his hand and points to his brain, signaling that he's smart. He walks over and sprays more of the pepper spray into Brett's eyes. Brett screams horrifically as the substance gets into the cuts on his forehead and bring a fresh sting of pain to them. The pain in his eyes is so intense that he can't stand to open them, and when he does for a moment, he can't see past the water in them that the pepper spray brought on.

Vladimir slides the can back into his pocket and laughs as he watches Brett Steel roll around in intense, burning agony. Vladimir stomps his arm, but Brett is more focused on the searing pain in his face. Vladimir drops onto his back and forces Brett's arm away from his face, pushing his palm to Brett's and grabbing onto his hand. He grabs Brett's wrist with the other hand, then wraps his legs around Brett's upper arm. Vladimir then rolls sideways with the Death Roll, twisting Brett's arm around and causing hims to scream further.

JP: What happened to civility!? Vladimir just sprayed pepper spray into Brett's eyes and locked in this painful submission while Brett can't even see!
Ray: Well, duh... it's Vladimir Strife. Did you expect him to help him up and offer him a cup of tea?
JP: Shut up, fairy!

[KingBear/Brett Steel]

Brett lets out a scream of pain, the pain in his eyes and his shoulder combining to blind him with utter rage. Brett growls loudly as he looks over his own twisted shoulder towards Vlad before quickly kicking up and flipping over so his arm is untwisted. He then tears his arm away from Vlad before kicking him in the ribs hard; a sickening thud is heard throughout the arena as Vlad clutches his ribs in pain. Brett then runs over to the turnbuckle, runs up it and moonsaults off backwards before landing on the knees of Vlad.

JP: Oh that looked like it hurt quite a bit folks! HA! Looks like Brett isn’t as awesome as he seems eh Ray?

Ray: Shut up Jimmy… You’re no fair, why’d you give me the insane one?

JP: You chose him fairy boy!

Ray: Oh yeah!

Brett rolls away coughing loudly before forcing himself to his feet faster than anyone could have anticipated. He quickly runs at Vlad who is getting up and leaps into the air with an attempted drop kick but Vlad reacts quickly, sending Brett into the steel cage, rattling a few of the weapons down. Vlad then stumbles over and picks up a kendo stick that fell from the roof and turns into a swift, hard punch from Brett. Brett then ducks down low and sweeps the feet of Vlad out from under him before rolling away and grabbing a broom stick. He snaps the broom part off before quickly jumping back towards Vlad with a downward strike with the stick.

JP: A MEDIEVAL SWORD FIGHT!!!! Wow this is a great show, don’t you agree partner?

Ray: They’re playing with big sticks! Of course I love this show!

Vlad parry’s the attack with his Kendo stick before rolling away from another attack and sliding to his feet. Brett then comes back in with the broomstick with a diagonal strike to which Vlad guards and brings his Kendo around in a cross body strike. Brett leaps backwards, barely dodging the swipe from Vlad before bringing his broomstick around and in an upward motion. Vlad bends backwards causing Brett to miss before quickly lunging in with a piercing attack from the kendo. Brett attempts to parry the kendo but the parry is a little late and he takes a direct blow to the ribs from the end of the kendo.

JP: Oh boy, looks like my boy Vlad is a bit of a better swordsman there Ray.. Heh heh..

Ray: Shut up! Just watch Brett, he’ll come through for me!

Brett uses the momentum of the hit to spin away and come back with a broom stick shot across the back of Vladimir Strife. Vlad stumbles forward in pain before swinging wildly for the head of Brett with the kendo, with Brett moving in for the attack, the kendo shatters on his head and sends him in a complete cartwheel to the mat as the pieces splinter off and scatter around the ring. Vlad then falls forward, holding his back and using what’s left of the kendo to help support himself. Vlad attempts to stand but fails miserably and takes a tumble to the mat, breathing heavily and realizing the head shot messed up his arm as well as the head of his opponent.

JP: WOW! WHAT A SHOT! I’ve never seen a Singapore Cane shatter like that before! Oh god, Brett is probably dead after that shot!

Ray: NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Vlad slowly turns and looks behind him to see the ref repeatedly pointing to Brett before realizing his ears are ringing. After a couple more hand movements, Vlad stumbles to his feet and slams into the ref with a shoulder block interrupting the count, hoping he hadn’t won yet. He then feels weak in the knees as he looks down to see he’s breathing very heavily, his chest heaving in and out. Soon, the ringing begins to subside and he can hear the cheers of the crowd, chanting Bretts name, “STEEL, STEEL, STEEL”. He then looks around and sees Brett beginning to stir on the mat, a small puddle of blood forming from the wound on his head.

Ray: YAY! Get up you sexy son of a bitch and bring papa a new $50!

JP: How is he getting up after that? And look at that ring! It’s stained red!

Vlad shakes the cobwebs from his head before turning around fully to face Brett who is already holding the broom stick, ready for another fight. Vlad looks at the destroyed weapon in his hand before dropping it quickly, he then glances around the ring slowly before noticing the lid to a trashcan. Brett follows the gaze of his opponent to the trashcan lid before quickly running at him, with a look on his face that says he wants to decapitate Vlad. Vlad quickly rolls away from the swing and pops up to his feet, still a few feet away from the lid. Brett recovers from the miss quickly however and swings the broom stick down, after moving closer to Vlad, blocking Vlad’s arm from reaching the lid.

JP: You dirty scoundrel! Let him get something!

Ray: No! Don’t do it! Beat his ass Brett!

Brett grins lightly as him and Vlad begin dancing around the ring, Brett holding the broom stick like a sword and Vlad focusing in on that trash can lid. The two continue to circle before Brett lunges forward with a jab from the stick, Vlad dives away quickly but Brett brings the lunge up and turns it into a downward strike towards Vlad. Vlad quickly dives backwards, this time landing next to the trashcan lid and picking it up. He holds it out in front of himself, using it as a shield as the two continue to circle the arena. After nearly a full circle Brett stops and picks up the sledge hammer and twists the end of it off before tossing the stick to Vlad.

JP: Wow and Brett still finds time to be a little civil… That’s odd…

Ray: I hope it doesn’t last long..

Vlad goes to catch the stick to use as a weapon but, as he’s distracted, Brett launches the end of the sledge hammer towards Vlad. Vlad quickly catches the handle before looking up just in time to block the sledge hammer hit which causes the trashcan lid to tilt back, deflecting the hammer up and into the cage, and cut open the meat below Vlad’s eye. Vlad growls lightly as he touches the blood running from the cut under his eye before rushing at Brett and slamming into him with the trashcan lid. The hit sends Brett off balance a bit but not enough for Vlad to get an advantage when Brett blocks the handle from hitting him.

JP: Not more blood! There’s already enough blood on that mat to put in another person if you ask me!

Ray: Stop saying that… I’m gonna be sick again I think..

JP: What? There’s a lot of blood? Blood? Blood? Blood?

Ray: You sick bast- *vomits*

The two “warriors” slowly back away from each other and take fighting stances again, this time Brett is the one to leap forward, he slams into the makeshift shield and grabs it quickly before yanking it away from Vlad and tossing it aside. But Vlad reacts quickly with a heavy hit to the ribs of Brett, sending a crack throughout the arena. Brett cries out in pain before bringing a swift elbow to the head of Vlad and sending him off balance. Brett quickly favors his wounded ribs which are already turning purple as Vlad grins maliciously.

JP: What a hit by Vlad! I bet that rib is broken!

Ray: Is the blood gone? *groans*

JP: No there’s a bucket over there fairy boy!

Ray: You su- *vomits*

Vlad spins the handle in his hand with ease as Brett begins to slow from the possibly broken rib. Vlad quickly moves in with another head shot to Brett but Brett reaches up and stops the hit with his bare hand before breaking the broom stick over the ribs of Vlad, sending Vlad rolling away without the handle. Brett quickly drops the handle and grips at his hand as Vlad rolls on the mat favoring his now possibly broken rib. Brett laughs lightly under his breath before shaking his hand a bit, “YOU BROKE ONE ON ME! SO IT WAS MY TURN TO RETURN THE FAVOR!”

“IT WAS MY PLEASURE! TOO BAD YOU DIDN’T STAY DOWN!” Vlad slowly pulls himself to his feet as the two stare at each other, looking like they’re about to pull the heads off of one another. Brett slowly moves away from Vlad, patting his bruised side lightly to see if something is broken while Vlad does nearly the same, pressing on his bruised side. The two Fighty fighty persons wince at the pain they’re causing themselves before glancing up from their wounds and righting themselves.

JP: What an exchange of words there from these two superstars! At first they had a lot of respect for each other, now I think we’re seeing more of the OLD SCW side of Brett…

Ray: Oh you mean the side that used to destroy himself and his opponent and the ring and anything else he could find and still walk away?

JP: Yeah that Brett… I miss him kinda… Gave me someone to hate, y’know?

Ray: I miss him too cuz he was so much sexier back then!

JP: God not that again…

Brett rolls his shoulders and his neck before looking back towards Vlad and hobbling in his direction. Vlad cracks his knuckles before slipping his hand into his pocket and pulling it back out, stretching his fingers a bit. The two quickly step in and Brett jabs Vlad hard to the jaw a few times before he takes a left jab and a right hook that sends him to the mat. Vlad shakes his hand lightly before slipping the brass knuks off and sliding them back into his pocket. He smiles lightly as Brett crawls on the ground trying to get away from Vlad while holding his jaw.

JP: There’s that pair of Brass Knuckles that Vlad loves oh so much! Those beauties must have won tons of matches for him…

Ray: Yeah yeah, Brett isn’t that weak y’know..

Vlad hobbles towards Brett before stomping him to the mat to stop him from moving and helping him up. Brett quickly pulls himself close to Vlad and ties up with him; Vlad panics a bit and begins trying to push Brett away. After a while, Brett stumbles backwards clutching something in his hands, Vlad doesn’t realize this and steps in deliver a swift kick to the midsection of Brett. Brett quickly steps backwards and darts his hand towards Vlad who quickly ducks back, covering his face. Brett then tosses away the pepper spray and delivers a painful Stainless Nail to Vlad.

JP: Did Brett spray that pepper spray from earlier in Vlads eyes before that Stainless Nail?

Ray: No, Vlad isn’t rubbing at his eyes or anything… I think Brett just tried to scare him and it worked. GOOD MAN!

Brett grins lightly as he pushes himself off of Vlad before walking over to a nearby turnbuckle and climbing it. He waits on the turnbuckle, facing Vlad who begins to stand. As Vlad stands and glances around the ring, Brett comes off of the turnbuckle with a Flying Head butt to the forehead of Vlad. Vlad falls to the mat clutching his head as Brett stumbles forward before rolling to the mat, the pain shooting through his head as well.

JP: I think that was a bad idea so late in the match there Brett…

Ray: Don’t talk to him like that!

JP: I’ll talk to him however I want to fairy boy!

The two Fighty fighty persons wait on the mat for a bit before pushing themselves to their feet before the ref can even get a 4 count on them. The shake the cobwebs from their heads and walk towards each other, ready to continue the match. They begin lunging at each other but not grappling, trying to get the other to flinch enough to find an opening. After a while, Brett quickly jumps forward with an elbow smash to the nose of Vlad, sending tears spraying from his eyes. He then delivers a knee to the injured rib of Vlad which makes him cringe to the side, trying to protect his rib. Brett takes this opportunity to duck Vlad down for a DDT, but Vlad pushes Brett away who runs back and hits the ropes quickly. On his way back, Brett jumps into the air for a flying clothesline but Vlad still has some of his wits and he ducks the clothesline, letting Brett eat mat.

JP: I don’t know where Brett keeps getting the energy for this stuff but wow!

Ray: Like I have said so many times before… These two guys must last REALLY long in bed..

JP: But you’ll never know cause neither of them is gay!

Ray: One can dream…

Brett quickly recovers the miss, however, and kicks up to his feet before going for a Steel Toed Boot on Vlad who ducks the kick just enough to hook Brett’s leg for a fisherman’s suplex. After the suplex, Vlad jumps up and runs over and picks up the head of the sledgehammer. He waits for Brett to stand before quickstepping forward and attempting to slam the hammer into the head of Brett who, luckily falls down before he can get hit. Vlad drops the hammer and hits the ropes, attempting to rebound with a clothesline to Brett who is again getting up. But as Vlad comes in to clothesline Brett, Brett falls to the mat and actually trips Vlad, sending him sliding across the mat.

JP: HOW DOES HE GET THAT LUCKY!? I mean I’ve seen something like that happen more than once with Brett! One of the times, it caused Black Dragon and Tyreek Jenkins to slam into each other!

Ray: That’s my guy right there…

JP: He’ll never be your guy so why even say something like that?

Ray: I bet on him didn’t I?

JP: Yeah so?

Ray: So… He’s my guy until the bet or match is over!

JP: You moron…

Ray: HEY!

After another try, Brett finally makes it to his feet and looks around the arena before seeing Vlad pushing himself from the mat. Brett raises an eyebrow, confused at the situation before shrugging it off and moving in on Vlad. He kicks him in the ribs quickly before picking him up and hooking his arms beneath Vlads, he then looks around the arena before slamming Vlads chest on his knee. He picks Vlad up and repeats this process 3 more times before sliding Vlad off of his leg and grabbing one arm and one leg and pulling him against his leg in The Anvil.

JP: OH GOD! That’s Bretts patented finishing move, The Anvil! I really hope Vlad can somehow survive this hold!

Ray: There’s no way he’s going to get out of this! I’ve seen Brett destroy people with this move and so have you!

[Vladimir T. Strife]

Brett pulls the Anvil with what strength he has left, practically able to taste victory. Vladimir just squirms around, his thoughts racing as he tries to think of a way out of the submission. A small shift ends up with Brett's knee pushing right into Vlad's ribs that had taken a beaten before. As the referee gets close to ask Vladimir if he gives up, Vlad grabs the official and pulls on his shirt. The referee falls on him and Brett and the surprise causes Brett to let go of the submission.

JP: Another dirty tactic on the part of Vladimir, is anyone really surprised though?
Ray: I am! I thought he was going to tap out for sure!

Vladimir starts to crawl away from the wreckage and towards the rope, looking determined. Brett pushes the referee off and goes after Vladimir with a thunderous kick to the ribs. Vlad rolls over a few times and screams out in agony. Brett sticks his heel into Vlad's ribs and puts his weight on it, another sickening crack coming from them and more cries from Vladimir. Brett stomps on the ribs and steps away, giving Vladimir a bit of time to recover.

Vladimir mumbles out something about Brett being a "p*ssy" as he's getting to his knees and is accidentally overheard. Brett runs up to him and slams a fist into Vlad's forehead, screaming at him.

"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME!?"
"Nothing! I swear! I said I need to get some p*ssy! Please, please, just a little mercy!!"

Brett is shocked at hearing Vladimir begging for mercy and leans in towards him with a bit of concern on his face.

"Uhmmm.... are you okay, man?"

Vladimir responds with a thumb to the eye and reaches back, grabbing the ropes and pulling himself up as Brett holds his eye and calls Vladimir every dirty name in the book. Vladimir grins and walks up behind him slowly, worn down from his injuries. He pushes hard into Brett's back, aiming to launch him into the cage. The referee gets in the way though and his head collides with Brett, the two dropping to the mat.

JP: I hate to say it, but I think Brett might be a little too nice sometimes. I have to say, I hate seeing Vlad take advantage of him. Oh sh*t, I didn't just say that! Ray, Ray, don't say it, we know... you'd love to see Vlad take advantage of Brett Steel..
Ray: ACTUALLY, I was just going to say I think this match is one of the best I've seen...
JP: Really?
Ray: ...No, I was going to say the thing about taking advantage.
JP: *sighs* .... Should have known..

As Brett is getting up to his hands and knees, Vladimir's hand comes down in front of him. He looks up to Vlad, a bit untrusting, but takes his hand anyhow. Vladimir pulls him up slightly and rams his knee into Brett's jaw, sending him back to the mat and shaking his head at Brett for falling for it. Brett lays on the mat dazed, the lights above blurred in his vision.

Vladimir yells at Brett to get back up and he listens, trying to fight through the pain in his head and the disorientation. Brett gets to his hands and wobbles side to side a bit, the exhaustion hitting him hard. Vlad raises his boot and watches Brett for a moment before slamming it down on the back of his head, smashing Brett's face into the mat. Vladimir raises his boot again and repeats it a couple of more times, stomping down hard on Brett's skull.

JP: Come on, you could kill him like that! Stop it!!
Ray: Hmmm.. one more of those and next months sponsor might be Tylenol!

Vladimir grabs Brett's arms and pulls him up off of the mat about a foot. He sets his knees against the back of Brett's head, then drops down, driving his head harder into the mat again. He moves his legs apart then and pulls Brett up enough so that he can cross his shins underneath Brett's chin. Sitting on the back of Brett's head to squeeze it and hold it in place, Vladimir then hooks his arms tiger style with Brett's and squeezes them together. The hold brings Brett's arms back like wings and pushes the shoulder plates against each other in an excruciating new rush of pain.

The disorientation quickly goes away and Brett starts screaming out wildly at the pain, having no way out. Vladimir growls out as he squeezes the arms closer and pulls back on them, lifting Brett's torso off of the mat for a moment. Brett loosens his head a bit though and a moment later, Vladimir breaks the hold quickly and scurries away from Brett. He looks at the teeth marks in his calf in disbelief, having a hard time believing that Brett actually just bit him.

JP: Brett stole a page out of Vlad's book there and bit him! A little taste of his own medicine! Which I shouldn't be so happy about because I almost just had $50.
Ray: Haha, oh well. Brett wouldn't have given up anyhow. Vladimir is going to get BEAT down.... just as soon as Brett can get back up..
JP: Brett tapped earlier, so he might have!
Ray: Well, that's because his f*cking arm popped out of place! Anyone would have given up. Besides, you're lying, that never happened.

Brett drags himself over to the corner and leans against the bottom turnbuckle, taking a breather. Vladimir gets up and cuts it short though with some boots to the chest. Brett grabs what's left of the kendo stick from earlier and stabs the wood shards into Vladimir's thigh, sending him cowering back. As Vladimir is pulling large splinters out of his leg, he looks up just in time to see Brett Steel coming at him. Brett knocks Vlad to the mat with a Stainless Nail that looks as though it almost knocked him out of his boots.

Brett wraps his arms around the side of Vlad's head and pulls him up and over, getting him in just the right spot for what he's planning. Brett starts slamming his knee into Vladimir's face like he did to him at the beginning of the match, this time with anger. Brett grunts loud as he thrusts his leg up each time, putting his aggression into it. After 4 or 5 shots, he pushes Vladimir down to the mat and looks down on Vladimir, who is now the one who is dazed. Vlad's nose turns at a funny angle and it makes Brett cringe slightly, realizing he must have broken it.

Ray: Damn it! Stop messing up your pretty faces!! Can't we all just get along back at my place?!
JP: RAY!
Ray: You're right, JP.... that was wrong of me... it can be anywhere, it's not that big of a deal.
JP: I think what my colleague means is that this is down right just brutal. These men are nearly killing each other and that's without using much of the weapons!! I spoke too soon, looks like Brett is going for that sledgehammer handle now!

Vladimir starts to come back to clear eyesight but not quick enough to see Brett swing the sledgehammer handle like a sword again and bring it down on his ribs. Vlad lets out a loud yell and clutches his ribs tightly. Brett picks him up though and ties his arms up in the ring ropes. With Vladimir wide open, Brett takes the opportunity to deliver a few more forceful shots to Vlad's exposed ribcage. Vlad yells out in unbelievable pain as each one collides. Brett untangles him and lets him fall to the mat, Vladimir still holding his ribs and midsection.

Vladimir heads over towards the side of the cage and spits out a mouthful of blood, wondering if the shots caused internal bleeding or if his mouth is just that bloody. Brett stops him in mid thought, grabbing Vladimir's hair and grinding his face into the steel cage. Brett pulls him back and slams his head into it randomly, adding even more to the pain. Brett then pulls Vladimir's head back and begins using his nails and fingers to pull the busted skin on his cheek wider as Vladimir continuously yells at the pain. The audience go wild and begins to chant "SAVAGE! SAVAGE! SAVAGE!!".

JP: Oh god, that has to hurt! Brett's sticking his finger into the cut flesh on Vlad's cheek!
Ray: See, Brett is more brutal. He's outdoing Vladimir at his own game!

Brett lets go and grabs the barbed wire bat, bringing it back with him and then pulling back Vladimir's head again. He begins rubbing the barbs against Vladimir's face and then slams him forward on it, making them stab in even more. With the bat laying on the ring and Vladimir's head on top, Brett just grabs his hair and yanks his head from side to side, ripping more flesh. Vladimir grabs his hands and pulls them off, to his luck and then pushes Brett away.

Vlad rushes to get to his feet, only to look over and see Brett on his as well. Vladimir reaches down to pick up the bat, but Brett runs at him and grabs Vladimir's head, jumping and turning and looking for a DDT into the caging. He lands it, but the back of his head collides a bit too, bringing back that disoriented feeling to them both. They lie still on the mat as the referee smiles and starts a 10 count.
