Sometime between Code Blue and Gods vs Heretics, GHW's World Champion; "The Pureblood" Skull stands in front of the live crowd in the centre of ring. He has a microphone in one hand and his title belt draped over the opposite shoulder.
Colin "Fuzz" Jennings: Ladies and Gentlemen we are about to be addressed by the world champion who apparently has a special announcement to make.
Skull: Fans, I'm gonna keep this short. Code Blue was a great night for me. I beat Winthorp for the second time, proving without a doubt that I am a whiny faggot this belt and won it by no fluke. But I'm not here to talk about Code Blue, I'm here to talk about Gods vs Heretics. Now GvH is going to be a special PPV for a number of reasons and I am going to add another. You see, I have an announcement to make. I've come to a decision and I've decided that following my next defense at GvH, win, lose or draw, I am going to retire from Gods and Heretics wrestling.
Big Al: What the? I wasn't expecting that.
Colin: Well I guess that if Skull retains at Gods vs Heretics then the title will have to be vacated.
Skull: So I guess only one question remains. Who wants to be part of my last title defense?
TBC by whoever wants a title shot. (not that you'd necessarily get one, it would be up to the GM, but still. ;D)

The word echoes all around the arena, getting the fans and the Pureblood confused. The heads are seen to turn around and behind to check the source of the noise, failing in every single attempt. Even the commentators seem confused as they remain quiet to let the source of the call be traced with ease. But failure even wraps their attempt and within a minute and half of the call, the voice is heard once again.
"Up here, douche!"
A thousand pair of eyes goes up at the celling, trying to find the source of the call. Upon finding the mysterious person, the crowd erupts into a cheer while Skull doesn't seem quite content. Stands over the rafters is the Jacksonville's pride, the Prince of Hardcore Shawn Dreamer, making his presence felt after his retirement at Summer Rituals. Dressed in a black trench coat and jeans, the face of his seems whitish in color. The spotlights are triggered at the former GHW star standing at the rafter to reveal his face to be painted white with black streaks tracking down his eyes and his scalp. His fist remains clenched with a microphone being welded within the clasp of his fingers.
"What the fuck?! What are you doing there?!"
The hand of Shawn goes up to set the microphone up to his lips as the Pureblood displays his anger at the appearance of the GHW alumni at this arena, at this time to be more specific.
"Why I'm here, Skull? Let me be clear for the frozen cerebellum of yours. You see, It has been my lifetime dream to win a GHW title; a title held by many of the legends that rocked the wrestling world later in their careers. The legends who had held the GHW title with honour and prestige, had all gone up ever since their win of the title and I certainly wanna be the part of the party. So yeah, Gods vs. Heretics, I say, it's going to be you and me in that very ring for the GHW title. What do ya say, big bonehead?!"
The champion frowns in anger while the Hardcore Prince keeps his eye on him, calm as ever with the smile vanishing off his face as he said his final words whilst the crowd cheers, booming the roof off.
The crowd's antics begin to die off as Skull looks around at the GHW fans. He takes in what The Prince Of Hardcore has had to say and raises his mic to mouth height, about to speak. As he goes to do so the lights are lowered and a blast of noise from the speakers all around the stadium interrupts him, with Killing In The Name by Rage Against The Machine beginning to churn out of the arena's P.A system. The crowd seem a little confused as they glue their eyes to the entrance stage in anticipation of a new superstar entering himself into the mix. As the song's opening guitar rift reaches it's peak with a final few massive beats a figure that has not graced the GHW scene in nearly a year steps out from behind the curtain to massive applause.
Killing in the name of!
The rift changes and a steady beat replaces it with the massive Australian veteran now standing before the fans from where it all began. The infamous cigar still lodged between his teeth and pouring out bellows of smoke into the atmosphere. His western hat still resting upon his head with pride, unchanged since the last time he performed this entrance at Dawn Of Destruction. His trench coat hanging low and hugging his ankles as he takes a second to breath in the crowds energy. The Outlaw grins and nods his head, pointing his finger to Shawn Dreamer in the rafters before beginning to stroll down to the ring.
The Fuzz "Wow... The old war horse answers the call to arms! What a turn of event's!"
Big Al "Your not wrong, the last time these two stepped in the ring was at Dawn Of Destruction in The Outlaw's last ever match. If memory serves me correct, Skull and Aiden Procter where shown an absolute wrestling masterclass as The Outlaw destroyed both of his competitors."
The Outlaw's entrance theme dies down as he steps underneath the top rope and enters the ring, his eyes fixed on The Pureblood Skull. Shawn Michaels watches curiously from the rafters as The Outlaw reveals a mic, bringing it to mouth height before beginning to speak, ushering to the fans to quiet as he does so.
The Outlaw "Now, now, now... It has been too long GHW fans! Too long since I have heard that roar! Too long since I have stepped in this ring, Too long since I have opened up a can of whoop ass!... On punks such as you..."
The Outlaw slowly raises a finger towards Pureblood, sending the fans into a frenzy as he continues.
The Outlaw "So to you Mr. Skull, I've beaten you down once and I'll do it again! This time on the grandest stage of them all!... And for your GHW Heavyweight Title..."
The Outlaw grins and looks around the stadium, observing the masses as the chant his name and herald his return. He smirks and turns, uttering the words the fans love to hear.
The Outlaw "So I guess all that's left is for you Pureblood Skull... To ask yourself a question... Do I feel lucky?... Well do you? Punk?"
The Outlaw's lowers a mic as his last sentence sends the fans over the top and leaves TNT's manager with an interesting dillema infront of him.

Colin Jennings "This is still coming off as something that is a bit of a shock to me. Skull is putting his title on the line for the last time here in GHW, it's like Daniel Throne all over again."
Big Al Mulligan "So he is, Colin. So he is. It seems like a mistake for him to announce such a retirement though, he's just recently become a real power player. No one in GHW has able to put a stop to Winthorp Darkrites not once, but TWICE."
The arena is still left in an awkward silence, nothing but the figures of the three men standing in the ring and eyeing each other hungrily. Dreamer and The Outlaw keeping their eyes on Skull, or more likely, his title that hangs on his shoulder. Skull raises the microphone up to his lips to say a few words.
"The Pureblood" Skull "I-"
The GHW Champion is cut short for words when the lights suddenly fade to darkness, a single spot light positioned on stage as "Just Close Your Eyes" by Story of the Year begins to blare through the Arena PA System.
"GO! If you close your eyes your life, a naked truth revealed Truths you never lived and scars never healed In the darkness, light will take you to the other side You'll find me waiting there, you'll see if you just close your eyes If you just close your eyes (If you just close your eyes)"
The General Manager of TNT steps out from behind the velvet curtains, the entire attention of the crowd is now focused on Martin Prince, who is dressed in a rather casual attire tonight. The GM tugs on the sleeve of his black jacket and stops halfway across the stage, a smile on his face as he looks at all three men in the ring. He raises his own microphone up to his lips and eyes all three men, they're all just simply staring back in suspense.
Martin Prince "You're pretty good. I'll admit that. You've had Winthorp evenly matched at Code Blue, according to all the network representatives that I sat with in my office as the match progressed. In fact, Skull, after viewing your career from most of this time in GHW, I've only got one thing to say. You dragged yourself up from the gutter, you won yourself that Charging Glory championship all those years ago and you proved to the world why you're Skull. Why you're the champion."
The crowd cheer slightly as Skull smirks proudly with his title.
Martin Prince "These two men who stand with you, they're also like you in a way. Hungry, dragging themselves up from the bottom and wanting to prove themselves to be the new 'Pureblood' of the company if you want to put it that way, just as you have. However, I feel that you're making a big mistake in walking out on GHW after Gods vs Heretics. You're the champ, god damn it. You're the man who is on the front of magazines and headlining online websites for your win over The Italian Goth."
Skull looks somewhat taken aback by the words, but still remains firm on his decision.
Martin Prince "But if you want a match, so be it. The three of you will find yourselves in a match at Gods vs Heretics, the stipulations will remain unknown to you fellows until the nearing date of the Pay-Per-View. But know this, you guys are in for a hell of a match. Skull, you better take a moment to think about all of this before you walk out on GHW. Think about the fact that you're walking out on your one home, the one place where you're known as THE CHAMP. To these people, you are THE MAN THEY LOVE TO HATE. Skull, this is your time to prove to these people that you AREN'T A PUSHOVER, THAT YOU WILL SHOW THEM WHY YOU'RE THE CHAMPION. Skull, at Gods vs Heretics, you WILL be up for the night of your life."
"Just Close Your Eyes" begins once more, the fans erupting in cheers. However, Martin Prince looks up at all the men in the ring, especially Skull, a build up of a tear in his eye as he rushes to turn and walks back through the curtains. The entire arena is left with the announcement of the deciding match, the camera focuses on the faces of all three men before cutting to a commercial break.
EOT, See you at GvH boys. Keep the build up going, because I can guarantee a swell match.
