TUESDAY NIGHT TRIUMPH RESULTS
Dark Match - Single
Redman vs. DM Vasher
Winner: DM Vasher via No-Show
Notes: DM, welcome to GHW. Despite the way you've been introduced, I have positive foresight in your career here. I'll see you at the PPV.
Amherst Alleys Match
Masked Psycho A Wray vs. Hayden Hardkore
Winner and advancing: Hayden Hardkore via No-Show
Notes: Hayden lucked out more than I thought. Match aside, I'm very interested in the angle The Jackass is taking with Bud Whiser. However, as this tournament goes, those plans may have to be postponed due to Hardkore appropriately graduating to the 4-way finals at RW&B.
Taipei Deathmatch
Bud Whiser vs. Metal Dragon
Winner and advancing: Metal Dragon
Notes: The Charging Glory champ successfully defends his namesake with a very good performance. I enjoyed the way the both of you took the match and made it your own with some very unique maneuvers, which is practically a golden rule -to be different. Bud, I strongly hope to see you return to the RP Ring, because I think you could very well stride and survive in the TV Title hunt.
Tag Match
Rhino & Psycho Savage vs. Dominik Santiago & Reeves
Winners: Dominik Santiago & Reeves via No-Show
Notes: Somewhat disappointing, I personally had high hopes in this match. Reeves, you did your exact role as champ and bravo to you for participating. Dominik, excellent work as a tag partner by using the 72-hour rule to seal the deal on the match. Best of luck to both of you, and Savage, in your championship matches this weekend.
Shattered Dreams Match
Samoa Joe vs. Gnarfflinger the Butcher
Winner and advancing: Samoa Joe
Notes: I was VERY pleased with this match! The both of you have an excellent grasp of the ultraviolent ring, well, Gnarff is a given. Joe, you've taken a technical and hard-hitting style and combined it with weapons matches very well, and for that you will make it to the finals. Not to be underappreciated, Gnarff, I do have plans for you. Bravo!
Fans Bring the Weapons Match
Sean Pierce vs. Damien Kain
Winner and advancing: Sean Pierce
Notes: Slightly odd, but the two most vivid things that strike me come from both sides. One, Sean's ability to capture. Incredibly strong vocabulary, strong gimmick use of the match, and good way of keeping your character WHILE fighting. Damien, not sure what caused the drop-out but you have one of the strongest and most unique characters I've seen. Your entrance is chilling and the Fighty fighty person itself is quite an intimidating individual when facing them. You get your personality across quite well. I sincerely hope to see you in action in the tag title match-up, you have talent and I want to see it.
