Carries on from match at Code Blue: gahwo.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=rpmatches&action=display&thread=11158
The match had worn on well past breaking point. With Magnus Gunner saved mere inches away from tapping out to Hayden's Sharpshooter at the feet of the Assassin, the Kiwi Legend finds himself, like his two opponents, flat on his back. It is an age before either man can stumble to his feet, but innevitably ther figure comes in the form of Dominik Santiago. The reigning champion uses the ring ropes to drag himself to his feet, the effects of a hard fought match now paying their toll. In the moments it takes Santiago to make a decision about who he should go after, a murmur eminates from the body of the Rock Messiah. With the grunting and groaning becoming a tell-tale sign, soon, Gunner is working his way toward a vertical base.
However, Hayden's once protege never reaches his destination, cut short by the lightning fast clutches of the Assassin. Santiago leaps into the air, seeming to hang in slow motion as he reaches up and grabs the Rock Messiah by the head. As time speeds up again, back to a normal pace, Santiago tries his hardest to drill Magnus Gunner's head through the canvas of the mat. As the thumping sound that accompanies the successful SKO echoes throughout the arena, Magnus bounces off the mat, momentum allowing him to instinctively finding his feet again, yet with no conscious idea or care of where he is.
As Gunner's legs wobble and begin to collapse again beneath him, he is levelled by a second move. This, however, comes from the opposite side of the ring to where Santiago is standing. Hayden had found his feet, winding his left arm up behind his back as he goes. With the Rock Messiah within range, he unloaded his fist, the powerful Southpaw Haymaker catching his once protege square in the face. This time there is no finding his feet, as Magnus Gunner is laid out flat on his back, his arms and legs falling to lie lifelessly away from his body, like sacks of potatoes left lying around in a barren storeroom.
Both remaining men set their sights on each other yet again, the champion looking to retain his title in one final push. Dominik lines the Jackass up. With the Kiwi dashing across the ring toward him, Dom leaps into the air, spinning around to catch the Jackass in an SKO, leading the New Zealander into the same fate as the broken Magnus Gunner. However, Hayden slips underneath the advancing arms of his opponent, dashing into the ropes and bounding back in the opposite direction. Before Santiago can locate the wily veteran, Hayden was already hurtling back at him, flinging his body into the air.
Santiago turns around just in time to see Hayden line him up. The Jackass flips his body around, catching Dominik's head between his legs in a Tilt–a–whirl Headscissors. Around and around, the Jackass goes, rotating his body around the neck of his opponent. With both men beginning to suffer from a bout of dizziness, Hayden flips his body head over heels, taking Santiago down. However, the Jackass keeps a hold of Dominik's arm as he falls, transitioning the move into a single arm DDT, driving the Assassin's skull into the mat. Finally, the Jackass sets the icing upon ther cake, floating into the final stage of his three-pronged move- the Fujiwara armbar. With the armbar locked in, directly in the center of the ring, Santiago's eyes shoot open in a look of panic and agony. There is no Magnus Gunner to break the hold, which increases in intensity as Hayden turns up the pressure. Santiago readies his free arm, feeling his shoulder tear slowly but surely from the socket.
Sure enough, Santiago cannot take much more of the brutal submission. Reluctantly, the hand of the champion slaps the canvas as he yields to the Arm of God. It is not until Hayden hears the ring bell does he look up to see the ref trying to claw him off the arm of his opponent. Afew moments later, the reality sets in. The referee brings in the New Age Championship, thrusting it into Hayden's arms as the Jackass finds his feet once more. As CKY's "96 Quite Bitter Beings" hits the arena once again, Hayden's face turns from confusion to elation. He had regained the Championship after so long. Finally, the Kiwi was back at the top of the world.
As cheers erupt from around the arena, Hayden takes to the turnbuckle. On the screen, replays flow one after the other of his impressive "Arm of God" submission. From the turnbuckle, Hayden looks down to see the smiling face of Padre Caton Mendez looking up at him, nodding in approval for Hayden's mission success.
A new Age had dawned, as the priest had promised. The age of Hard-Kore.

SKO!
Dominik Santiago hit it, and now one has to say that he is going to pick up the victory!
~~"Big" Al Mulligan~~
It has been proven, Santiago is the better combattant. Magnus Gunner has been two or three steps behind the entire night, and now it is clearly in the bag.

Both of these men have been so evenly matched tonight Al. This is going right down the the wire and I still have no idea who is going to take this out. Every move, they have an answer for!

Oh, come on Fuzz.
Dominik Santiago has had this match since the bell sounded. He is just toying with Hayden, soon enough, Santiago will put this one away.
