The GHW faithful pour into the arena like locusts in Egypt, with an unmistakeable buzzing of excitement in the air. Chatter turns to a hush of anticipation as the lights dim for the first time on the EVO set. The house lights are switched off and the stage is set.
With lights flickering and flashing in all different directions, Ozzy Osbourne's "Let me Hear You Scream" blasts through the Arena's Speakers, the first official sound in the world of GHW EVO. As one, the crowd rise in the flickering lights, an explosion of pyrotechnics catching the attention of all around. The crowd, warmed up and prepared, watch as Charlie Coors takes center stage, a mike in his hands with the EVO logo brandished on its hilt. He wears a smile on his face as he looks out over the screaming fans, all lapping up the anticipation of what is to come.
Charlie waits for the din to die down somewhat over the arena before continuing with his second line. The smile remains on his face, as if the wind had changed and the stupid expression was stuck there. Still, he warms the crowd up, redying them for the battle that is aboutto rage.
Charlie poses the question to the crowd, albiet rhetorrically. Judging by the murmuring around the arena, the crowd have no idea how to answer his query. A smiling Coors raises the microphone once more, in order to address the problem.
The crowd rise to their feet in adoration, but their cheering is all but drowned out as CKY's "96 Quite Bitter Beings" hits the arena. Moments later, the all too familiar sight of Hayden's sillouetted figure appears at the back of the entrance stage. Hayden does not waste precious time pandering to the capacity crowd today, staying focused on the mission at hand. With his grey tailor made suit, complete with matching open-necked shirt, Hayden swaggers his way down to the ring, stopping only to plant a cheeky kiss on the cheeks of one rather exciteable young lady. The smiling Jackass slips easily into the ring, as one would expect of a veteran like himself, patting his crown jewel, the New Age Championship with his palm. He lets the crowd sit in anticipation a little while longer before finally raising the mike in his hands to his mouth.
Hayden beckons toward the entrance curtain, to where Scally is prepped and ready to show the GHW Universe what he has got.

OOC: I will edit the Theme Song to something different if people decide on something other than "Let me hear you scream". See my thread in Chat.

The idea of this show is simple.
Nine seasoned GHW Pros, nine fresh faced young Rookies. Each "Pro" is assigned a rookie to mentor, train and impart words of wisdom.
Each week, they must battle it out with other Rookies and Pros, through in ring performances aswell as special challenges that will test different attributes needed to make it in GHW.
Throughout the series, the Pros will put their heads together and periodically vote the Rookies out of the competition until there is just one left standing. Who will have what it takes to be the next big thing in GHW?

But of course... First of all, we must meet the Nine Rookies and the Pros that they will learn from, be mentored by and basically follow around like lost sheep.
Without any further ado... Your first GHW Pro.
Here is a man who needs no introduction, his music speaks for himself. A man who has seen it all, done it all and lived it all within these walls. Ladies and gentlemen, we could not bring a show to you involving GHW Veterans without involving the man known as "the Jackass"... Your GHW New Age Champion, Hayden HardKore!

Thank-you Charlie, you can leave now.
Folks, I could come out here and blah on at you for days about who I am and how amazing I am, but that's not why I am here. You all know me, so lets not labour on that.
I am here to introduce to you my Rookie for Season One of GHW EVO. First off, let me say that I seem to have drawn the golden ticket in this class of Rookies.
I've viewed his tapes, I've seen him live. Mine is a Rookie who already has the "it" factor, he is exciting to watch, a risk taker, a dare-devil in the ring. Mine is a Rookie who loves nothing more than to put on a spectacle that will leave all of my loyal Jackasses in awe. Heck, mine is a rookie who reminds me of a yonger... myself!
Other Pros are going to come out here and talk their Rookies up as if they were the greatest thing since sliced bread. Don't believe any of their bullshit folks, reality is... This competition will be won or lost in the ring.
Here is a man who will bring his A-Game each and every week, and not leave any questions unanswered. The man who will get it done in the ring.
My Rookie.
A...J...Scally!
