'Voices' by Rev's Theory erupts through the PA System as the Titan-Tron becomes active. It displays short clippings of Desperado training in isolation surrounded by bare walls whilst switching back and forth between his matches and antics in the ring.
Desperado walks out through the drapes dressed in a casual black t-shirt baring the word, "Destiny" in white across the chest. He glances at the audience on his way down, paying little to no attention to their pleas to get a touch. His mind was focused on a different matter entirely. He approached the ring and slid beneath the bottom rope, saving time over climbing the steel steps. A microphone is already in his hand and it seems he is very eager to get the words in his mind out so that every one can become familiar with what's going through it.
"You might be wondering what I'm doing out here but in all honesty, I was bound to come and talk about what happened at Code Blue sooner or later. Not sure how many of you people out here were there, or how many of you bare witnessed the happenings through your television sets at home or read about it on GHW.com because everybody who did, must have realised I got screwed."
Desperado becomes quite and paces across the ring as the crowd grow quieter and listen to exactly what Desperado has to say to learn about where this is headed.
"You know what I'm talking about here ... I'm talking about the Blackout. Just as I had everything on the plate, ready for me to take the victory and be crowned the new King of Hardcore and King of GHW the lights went out. For those who have a trouble remembering things and those who were unfortunate enough to have been able to watch it, I've got the clipping for you right here."
The Titan-tron becomes active again to show a feature of the Code Blue Main Event. Sure enough Desperado prepared himself for the perfect DKO, having lurked behind the current Champion Thomas Walker before nailing him to the ground. The referee was in place and the two count had been called and just before Desperado could be crowned the winner, the lights in the arena went out, only for them return a short while later with the scenario of the ring completely changed. Desperado had been clocked out with a dented steel chair placed by his side. The clipping ends and the attention turns back to Desperado.
"Now I know some would claim that this controversy was caused by an accident but I know this is too much of a coincidence to have occurred just as I was about to win. More than one person was at hand here. Because I remember receiving the cold chair shot to the head although I couldn't see anyone and I know somebody backstage fucked with the lighting for the blackout to occur. Now I don't know who the fuck you people are and what kind of a conspiracy is being run here but I do have a general idea of who it may be so I suggest somebody shows up here tonight and owns up to it before I take matters into my own hands and start investigating the old fashioned way, where I kick your ass first and ask questions later. I'm talking about you James Walker. Its kind of obvious so you might as well come out and own up to it so that I can get the rematch I deserve."
There is a loud cheer from the crowd as Desperado takes the mic away from his lips and awaits for the Walker's or anybody else to make their way out.
TBCB Road Kill or anybody else who wishes to get involved and has a good reason to do so...
