Top 10 RP characters of All Time (GHW/EVPW)1. Vladimir Strife – I don’t think there would be much debate, at least on this one. The streak even as controversial as some say it was at times was/is legendary. The man’s writing skills were pure awesome and his promos were epitome of greatness. I ESPECIALLY loved the one where Vlad took on a mentally ill fan from the crowd on EVPW. That was hilarious, if wrong. xD 2. Metal Dragon – An asshole on OOC boards and on MSN, a faggot, and a low life prick most of the time yet when he RPs he RPs so awesomely it is scary. He may not have had the greatest of the writing skills of his time, but that is secondary. He was an all-rounder RPer, plus the character for me was the most established ever. I loved his promos and miss them dearly right now. 3. Hayden Hardkore – An English teacher by profession. I hate you for that HAI-DAN! His writing skills were very good. His character awesome. He was one of the few who could practically work with ANYONE! I bet if he had a feud with Jeff Young, Jeff Young would’ve gone over in a month time. Plus, he has won the most accolades on GHW and is in reality the Ric Flair of GHW. 4. Mathew Oliveira – A true legend. Befittingly the hard-core genius. He had dwindled in the past few years and might have failed to consistently RP, but at the time when he actually did RP properly he was awesome. He IMO made parodies so win on our boards. 5. Rhaps – It doesn’t matter what the sheep that can’t read and follow the words of a sour hater (RAWB) blindly think. The man could write. His action posts told a story like no other. His promos, as weird as they were sometimes where second to none. He truly was a class act. 6. Brian Commonwealth – My personal favourite. I’m sorry but Dylan, I’m hopelessly in love with the Commonwealth character. It is just pure awesome. An aristocratic, Alberto Del Rio arrogant character but with the charisma of a 1999 Chris Jericho. FUCKING LOVE THIS. AWESOME. PULLS UP SHIRT. PLEASE SIGN MY BRA. <3 7. Desperado – What can I say? The most under-rated in my opinion. When he is dedicated, NO ONE can beat him. Just ask Vlad xD. 8. Jake Diamond – Everybody’s favourite. JD was always interesting whatever he did. His promos, his match RPs, his OOC talk and his posing… JD is a true favourite. 9. Dave Carter – For a guy with English being his second language, this guy was wicked. A character from the mind of the creator of Nexus, Dave the “Lightening” Carter if remained active to this date, might have been more over than Hayden, and I’m not kidding. 10. Fathi Kamil – This spot was supposed to be Dominik Santiago’s. Yes the Stone Orchard’s one and only bitch xD. Seriously, Dom’s Char deserves a top 10 place. But what can I say, fathi Kamil, when he came out of nowhere and took EVPW by the storm, was just unstoppable. I even remember MD telling me in a convo back in the day, that if he was to face Vlad he could beat him. And this was BEFORE the Ragnarok match of Vlad vs KB. You too can do a list and post it here.

1. Hayden HardKore: Nobody, not even Vladimir Strife, has won more matches consistently than The Kiwi. I may be wrong, but Hayden has held more titles than anyone, has held them longer than anyone, and has held two or more titles simultaneously more and longer than anyone. His writing style IMO was better than Vlad's, which is one of the reason he is at the top of my list.
2. Vladimir Strife: What Kahlan said and then some. The man was brilliant and sadistic in all he did: matches, promos, even management related things.
3. Metal Dragon: I loved how his character evolved over time like it did. He and I may not have seen eye to eye for periods of time, even hating one another at points, but the man was amazing when it came down to putting great action and genius in his posts. And he was one hell of a comedian lol.
4. Jake Diamond: Like Hayden, this fellow put the fear of, well, Jake in people. He used great psychology in his match posts and his promos, which we didn't get to see near enough of. He took the splitting maul and made it cool.
5. Dominik Santiago: The man has beaten just about everyone in EVPW and GHW (except MD LOL) and has had some of the most memorable feuds of all time with SO, Hayden, etc. Oh and he sure knows how to use a Thesaurus. lol.
6. Ryan Hughes: Loved his heel persona which he's maintained mostly through his career. His match posts have always been entertaining and I never lose interest when reading them. He can cut one hell of a promo too. In closing, he's not bad for a damn Brit.
7. Rhaps: The guy had insane rp'ing skills. His style was unique as was his character, especially his face character. I still remember those epic Rainbow Harvest promos. Great stuff.
8. Mattie O: The Genius isn't higher on my list because I started my efedding here after his glory days. I never really saw much from him, except for the occasional match here and there and storyline. They were good though and loved how he used detail to everything he did in matches and promos.
9. Desperado: Sure, I don't like the guy, but the character he puts in these posts is awesome, be it heel or face. He beat Vlad for pete sake. He's truly one of the most under-rated guys ever. It's a shame really.
10. Nicholas Carson: Had to put myself in here because I am a prick and selfish like that. Hi, I'm Nicholas Carson. Enough said.

I think we did one of these in EVPW once. Anyways, this is my opinion.
1- Vladimir Strife Some may say there were some controversial wins in his career but I know I've faced him four or five times and each time he gave me a match to remember. He puts effort into his Roleplays. His promo's are worth reading every time. There won't be another Vladimir Strife to come from the RP world. He is one of a kind.
2- Hayden Hardkore This guy gave the most difficult match ever. I think defeating him was the hardest thing I ever accomplished in the RP world considering when I beat Vlad, I didn't really try hard, I just wanted to have a good match. For me Hayden is second, only to Vlad's amazing career. I have the most respect for Hayden for he even carried out a feud against himself which was absolutely amazing. I remember when Kahlan and I had a short feud against him and we tried to throw a curve ball at him in a promo by bringing out some orphan boys as potential recruits to the family and he actually took them on and used them in other promo's. Talk about making lemonade out of lemons. This guy is totally amazing.
3- Matthew Oliviera Now Matthew started a little late in the RP section of things and wasn't there as long as Hayden or Vlad but perhaps if he had been, he would have taken one of their places. The guy who wins the neXus in his first match is definitely a natural. Plus his Stone Orchard promo's were epic.
4- Metal Dragon EPIC PROMOS! Nobody does them like MD. The song parodies are genius and he genuinely makes you laugh. I've known MD for a long time and seen him blossom to become a really good RPer. We've had a few matches here and there but I want to have that epic match with him if we get the chance sometime because boy does he know how to put on a good match. One of the reasons why I've enjoyed the neXus matches is because MD is there with me nearly every time.
5- Rhaps Another one for EPIC PROMOS! Although different to the Stone Orchard Promo's, Rhaps had something special of his own going on in that department. The movie parodies and the safety ranger thing was just too good. Let not forget that crazy match he put up against Vladimir. There was a point when I believed he could beat Vladimir. That's how good Rhaps was.
6- Jake Diamond This guy is just AWESOME! If there was anybody I would accept defeat to in that department, it would have to be Jake Diamond. I just wish I could be as cool and awesome as him. Everything he did was just brilliant. I have to give him enough respect for the Pavor storyline with his return. That was a genuine shock return. Don't know how he pulled it off because he got me.
7- Brian Commonwealth Although it wasn't one on one, but what he put into the neXus II match, I will never forget because he gave me my most enjoyable match in the history of my career. This guy could write and I would say he could beat anybody on his day. Yeah, he had an ego but he could back it up so way to go.
8- Dave Carter My most memorable feud because it was my first one. The reason why Despy went heel was because there was no way I could be more face than Dave Carter. He gave me good matches and a great feud. He basically kicked started my career as an RPer. Like Kahlan said, if he stuck around for longer, he would have been one of the best, despite not having English as his first language.
9- Dominik Santiago This guy knows how to win matches. Some people say he doesn't defend his titles and what not but I've booked him in matches. He's held two titles under my reign as manager and I think I made him defend them over and over again and he won every single time. At that point, Dom Santiago was SNK. Nobody could touch him. I made him defend the TV title 6 weeks in a row once, I think, against strong opponents but he came out on top every time. Perhaps he's under-rated because of all the times he's taken a beating in the past because Dom was the guy who was developing when all the legends were around. I know everyone bullied him neXus II. That was just too funny. Now, he's the legend and bullies everybody. How things have changed. xD
10- Nicholas Carson The guy doesn't like me, not too sure why but he's one hell of an RPer. Somewhat controversial at times but everything he writes is worth reading. The whole thing he had going with Rhaps and Demon back in EVPW. Can't remember what the stable was called but it was just too good. I just fell in love with his character. His feud with Vlad was just Epic!

I'm gonna rate this based on the characters that were in their primes around the time I started, until the present.
1. Metal Dragon: We will forever be connected in efedding storylines and history for the simple fact that are careers really jump-started at the same time. I haven't seen a true rivalry quite like the one we've had over the years. MD is not number on because we've fought a hundred times, or that he's won 90% of the matches, its because every match was memorable. Any match we had was a great read, from way back when when our writing skills were barely polished, to now, where we'd probably label our old work noobish due to the level we're on today. I've always felt like MD had the best promos, the best spots in matches, and a character that I'd go to shows to see if he were real. I want mention Stone Orchard, the plethora of titles, EVPW, or his personality, because they deserve their own threads, and as far as I'm consider, Rob has always been a cool friend to me. At one point, he was on a level where the only one who could rival him was Strife. I still believe giving the time and motivation, he could Beat Vlad. But that's just my opinion. Metal Dragon is a great character because it elevated others and forced them to improve.
2. Vladimir Strife: The streak stands for itself, controversy or no controversy. Everyone who stepped up got put down, and thats remarkable. Some of the most chilling, and realistic promos and storylines involve the "God King." Imperial Champ, King of the Deathmatch Champ, just minor accomplishments compared to the influence he's had on us on rpers. Everyone in some way or another, envied the streak, and wanted to be the first man to break it. We likely will never see a e-fedding phenomena quite like it, that's memorable in its own right. If that's not enough, will always remember Vlad as the man that created the rape-segment movement that all the heel wannabes tried to duplicate in quality and realism but feel short. Nevertheless, whether you rate him number one, or two, for most of his e-fedding career, Strife was the upper echelon, and in a class of his own, which is something few of us can say.
3. Matthew Oliveira: The best writer to grace these e-feds in my opinion. The centerpiece of Stone Orchard, and the pioneer, trailblazer to all you newbies. Ollie is another one of those characters that you'd pay to see if they were real. Much like Dragon, he could do the serious promos, and the comedic ones too. Either way they were captivating. I've had the pleasure of competing against Mattz twice, and both bouts were dream-matches. People have this notion that Metal Dragon was the one that influenced me and made me who I am today. That's a flawed idea. I tried to mirror myself like the "Hardcore Genuis." Remember that rivalry and chain of epic promos back in EVPW. That was the most fun I've had rping ever. Some of you veterans can think back to the Strife vs Oliveira days, while us fresher guys can recall the ridiculous tag title run Stone Orchard had back in Eagle Vision. Whether you remember him for his promos, winning the NeXus, or Stone Orchard, you'll remember Matthew Oliveira... and you know I'm right.
4. Brian Commonwealth: Another one of the top writers. Commonwealth is the greatest heel I've ever seen. Arrogant, brash, and could definitely talk on a microphone. His promos were some of my favorites, as well as his matches. Brian will always be surrounded by controversy, due to the Hawkeye/Ryu drama from NeXus 2, and the championship match that followed. In addition, I always place an asterisk beside my first New Age Championship, because Brian really handed it to me. He would have beaten me handedly for sure. Dominik Santiago vs Brian Commonwealth is still one of my biggest dream matches. Someday it may happen, maybe it won't. One things for sure, one of the greatest.
5. Jake Diamond: Everyone's favorite. One of, if not the best promoer we'll ever see. And one of the better writers as well. When you saw "Jake Diamond" in a thread you knew you were in for a treat. Whether the promo was long, or brisk, the read was worth it everytime. And his matches were just as great. I think to the rivalry we had toward the end of EVPW, which had to be one of the best feuds in e-fed history, and definitely one of my favorites. Fans of one another, going at it for bragging rights. Then in GHW, the Pavor angle was brilliant. I never would have guessed it was Jake underneath the mask, and never would have thought he'd beat Hayden and finally win the New Age Championship. And the rivalry that followed was one of the best I've witnessed.
6. Hayden Hardkore: First off let me say that the Kiwi is my favorite character. I wasn't around early enough for classic Hayden, during his GHW heel days, but from what I've witnessed and been apart of, he's been nothing short of great. I can't recall a time Hayden no-showed a match, or have assed one. He's been the most consistent member of each e-fed we've all migrated to. I had the pleasure of feuding with him over the past year, and that was one of the better rivalries I've been apart of. He could be considered the Ric Flair of our e-fedding universe because of all the championships and accolades he's acquired, but I'd consider him as a Shawn Michaels, for one way or anther, Hayden Hardkore found a way to steal the show. His writing style is one of the best; I think back to NeXus 4, where I didn't even know he was Santo Masceras. When you think of all the big matches in GHW and EVPW history, Hayden Hardkore was definitely involved in a good number of them, one way or another.
7. Desperado: The most underrated rper ever. Desperado is the king of NeXus. Nobody has been to the finals more, and nobody ever will. One of the Stone Orchard originals. A great writer. Always delivered with the promos. I wanted the Randy Orton character base when I first started, but Despy had it in use, and has done it justice for all these years. I'm only upset that we never had a one on one, main event, marquee match up. Nevertheless, Desperado is one of the best to ever to do it, and he still is.
8. Kamil Fathi: A short stint of awesome. Came up with Nicholas Carson and his stable of misfits, then branched out on his own after being drafted by SNK and proceeded to kick ass and take names. When he beat Rhaps, no one saw that coming. After that he had a string of beating people into early retirements. He took Saturday Night Knockout over, and reigned as King. I almost thought his streak would rival Strife, and I even dared to think he could beat Vlad, but that's a dreamer's dream. Fathi was definitely a great character, and one the more EVPW oriented roleplayers will forever remember.
9. Ryan Hughes: One of the rags to ritches stories much like myself. I remember old Hughes; ridiculed, an afterthought, the guy who started VWE, the guy who's GFX was better than his writing ability. Well you can't say that about him anymore. He scratched the ceiling in EVPW, and proceeded to crash through when he upsetted everyone in NeXus 4. He's become the perennial maineventer, and the marquee superstar. A rivalry with Ryan Hughes is a memorable one. A match with Ryan Hughes is a memorable one. From tag team champion, to GHW Champion, Hughes will remain a cog in the GHW that we know, and will be remembered for how long this fed remains. But most importantly, remember that he is Ryan Hughes, and you are not.
10. Roadkill/Seraph/The Purest: I love all these characters, I couldn't decide which one to pick, so I'd mention them all. Martin's characters were always in depth, his writing style was always incredible, and his matches were always memorable. Where do I begin... The Necro Armata, Roadkill beating Hayden when nobody even considered such a thing, and winning the H-Games, or giving me the match of my career, along with the aforementioned Kiwi at Full Circle. A great guy OOC as well. It would have been a travesty for me not to mention him. He well deserves a spot in the top ten, and if he doesn't find one in yours, he certainly will be immortalized in mine.
