The Bulldogs Head Back to The Locker Room

* After regrouping backstage following the humiliating defeat of Dyna Mike Duncan at the hands of Pennylane, we see one half of the Bulldogs - DMD, Valkyrie, and Travis Truth - are heading back to the locker room area, looking to meet up with Genesis and to get out of the arena and to their outrageously expensive hotel room. *

DMD: Let's hurry up! The sooner we can quit this hick town, the better!
Travis: I couldn't agree with you more. Let's get in there, grab our stuff together and get going!

* DMD grabs the door handle to turn it, but the door is not latched and swings partially open with the slight pressure he puts on it. *

DMD: Aw, bloody hell! If any of my stuff has been touched by the grubby staff around here -

* DMD is cut off mid-rant when, as he pushes the door open, he is treated to the scene in front of him. The locker room is a disaster, the obvious signs of an epic struggle clear. In the midst of the catastrophe, Genesis lies face down, unconscious. There is a baseball bat lying nearby, clearly the instrument of Genesis' destruction. DMD moves about the locker room in disbelief and rising fury while Truth and Valkyrie move to check on Genesis. *

DMD: WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED HERE?!

[Bulldogs (Duncan + Genesis)]

DMD: How is he?! Kel? Get an ambulance for him, don't just sit there! Travis - get on the phone to Luther and Brian, tell then to get their arses here quick!

Mike's words jolt the two Bulldogs into action - Valkyrie phoning the medical centre and Travis explaining the situation to Brian and Luther.

Mike bends down and picks up the baseball bat, holding it in his hand for a second.

Valk: What are you going to do Mike? I know that look ...

Mike looks at his sister, an almost vacant expression in his eyes. Then, in an emotionless, cold tone, he answers her.

DMD: I'm going to find out who did this ... when the guys get here, send them after me. Travis, stay with Kelly til the medics get here, then come find us. You stay with Genesis sis - no arguments!

The leader of the Bulldogs heads towards the door, pausing to take a quick glance at his fallen friend. With the tip of the baseball bat dragging along the floor at his feet, he walks out of the room.

Valk: Mike?! Mike! ... Travis, you've got to stop him! He'll kill somebody for this - you don't know what he's capable of ...

Travis: I'm not leaving you on your own Kelly. And I'm not trying to stop Mike ...

Travis is interrupted as the sound of running feet comes from the opposite direction to which Mike has just gone ...
