As of August 12th, I have shafted out some of the character bases of people who have left without prior notice (with exception to GHW veterans who are known for that one CB) seeing as it looks like a waste of a base and simply clutters up, which means that there are some more themes and character bases to choose from!

Done again on April 30th. Might as well use this post as a base/theme list cleanup log.
