Michael Lyle Wyziner (Pronounced “Wizner”) was born in Miami, Florida on February 2, 1966 To a Jewish father, Abraham Wyziner, and a Protestant Methodist mother Mary-Anne Barrwick . He lived in West Florida for most of his childhood, but because of school troubles and countless suspension’s, his parents thought that it would be best for him to move in with his aunt and uncle in Wichita Falls,Texas for the start of Junior High. 1978 His uncle was an extremely wealthy real-estate tycoon, but life became strained after the 1979 F5 Tornado, witch tore Wichita to shreds. The family moved to Austin, Texas in 1980, were Michael finished Junior High. Upon completion of JH, his Uncle enrolled him into The West-Meyer Military Academy, were he finished High School education under his mothers maiden name, for fear of racial abuse for his Jewish heritage.
During his Junior and Senior year at West-Meyer, he was captain of the wrestling team, and held the recorded there for most pins. He became famous locally for pinning one kid in a matter of Five Seconds, setting a record for fastest pin that he still holds today. At West-Meyer he took boxing lesson’s and also saw some degree of success in football. He was given the option to enlist in the military right out of 12th grade in 1985, he however chose to go to college. He attended as well as played football for the University of Oklahoma, but did little wrestling. He met his wife Jill Collins, a Canadian women, while at a They Might Be Giants concert. He graduated from Oklahoma in 1990 with a degree in Anatomy and had plans to attended Med-School at Yale and become a Doctor, he however was caught up in a wave of patriotism during the outbreak of the 2nd Gulf War and enlisted in the U.S Airforce. He was made an Officer, due to the fact that he had completed four years of school at West-Meyer, and four years of college, and was trained to fly bombers. Before the conflicts end he had flown in many air strikes. Contrary to popular belief, he was never a Marine, and he was never Court Marshalled for killing another officer, this was a myth that was started at the beginning of he career and he has continued to perpetuate it for years. He earned his medical degree while still enlisted in the airforce, he would be honorably discharged 1994.
In 1994 he Moved back to Wichita Falls and became a Doctor, it was around this time that he had his first experience with Cocaine while at a party with friends. While practicing medicine he watched a taping of ECW, that got him re-enthused in wrestling, and he became an advent viewer of WWF on television. At the end of 1994, Mike was accused of giving a patient a medication he didn’t need, the patient was an addict, and had faked illness before in order to get pills. The patient died from an overdose and the family held Wyziner's health firm responsible, the firm lost a few million dollars, Wyziner being a junior practitioner was subsequently fired. In 1995 with his cocaine addiction worsening, an out of work Michael with a wife and child to feed, was in a very bad situation. He took on a few odd jobs, to pay bills and started drinking heavily.
In 1996 a friend got him involved in underground prize fighting, this soon solved his money trouble but didn’t do wonders for his addiction, his habit grew worse..he became violent and abusive toward his wife, and Jill would eventually leave him and take his daughter to her parents home in Canada. Now without the responsibilities of a father or husband, Mike was free to pursue his habits unchecked. In 1997 After an unfortunate incident during a prizefight, in which an opponent was killed by a blow to the head, Mike was blacklisted. Nobody on the underground circuit would accept a match with him..his career as a street fighter was over. In search of work, Michael ventured North, were he met a man named Dave Newman, at a house show of ECW. Newman was a “promoter” of a backyard wrestling fed, and he and Michael hit it off. Michael started doing work for his promotion and wrestled there and in various other feds for a few years under the ring name Buddy Wyziner. One night at home, just after a show Bud got a hold of some pure Columbian cocaine. He had never had any coak that was this clean, as he had always bought from local dealers and his stuff had usually been cut several times. Not aware of the potency he snorted several lines. He ODed, and his body went into shock, he was found 15 minutes later by Dave, who had him taken to the hospital. Mike lie in a comma for 9 days, until he pulled through, after which time he was forced into rehabilitation.
After his release in 2000, a healthier Bud was looking for work, he started backyard wrestling again, and eventually got into contact with Paul Haymen. He was offered a two-year development contract with ECW . It was in the ECW House Of Pain that he received his formal training on the ins and outs of pro wrestling. He was billed as Bud Whiser a Texas bad ass with a drinking problem, much like Steve Austin over at WWF. Do to the fall of ECW he never got to wrestle on the show. With his training however he was allowed to seek work with various other promotions. He saw a measure of success in “Real” RAW wrestling were made quick friends with Reckoning and formed the tag team Drunken Wreck and became a Two time RAW Tag Team Champion. He also some singles success, winning the RAW T.V Championship. When RAW Wrestling folded, he competed at BSTW were he earned his first Hardcore title but he lost it whene the federation went bankrupt and closed down. In 2007 he signed with GHW. He stopped wrestling in 2008 to pursue Jujitsu and MMA, after a short career, fighting only 7 matches he quit MMA with a record of 5-1-1. He moved to Canada with Jill whom he has since re-married and wrestled in private promotions there and in Japan. He adopted his second child in 2009.
