Pavor’s contract: gahwo.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=rpcontracts&action=display&thread=11486Beast’s contract: gahwo.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=rpcontracts&action=display&thread=11487&page=1
The crowd seems content and amused from the previous tornado tag match up but seem antsy for the huge Main Event featuring Ryan Hughes and his rookie Dustin Delta. “Big” Al Mulligan and Colin “The Fuzz” Jennings sit at ringside, quickly reading over their notes for the upcoming match when Colin gives an uneasy glance at Al. Suddenly, the arena lights entirely black out while a signature guitar solo blares throughout the PA system. Those in their seats are unaware of what’s exactly happening as ”Fear of the Dark” by Iron Maiden begins to play. Charlie Coors quickly slides into the dark ring with a microphone in hand, while a dim, nearly non-existent spotlight fixates itself onto the entrance tunnel. Clearly his throat, Charlie Coors gets ready to announce this special man’s introduction. Charlie Coors: “Ladies and gentlemen, the following is singles match and it is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first; being accompanied to the ring by Pavor Nocturnus and weighing in tonight at three hundred and twenty pounds and standing at a staggering six feet, ten inches tall... He hails from a “State of Dysphoria”... BEAST!” Their walk to the ring was slow and almost painful. The methodical big man, wearing your generic black wrestling trunks, plain black mask, and elbow and knee pads to match, was being led to the ring by a cynical tyrant wearing a burlap sack for a mask. In most cases, a large pyrotechnic or lighting display would be happening in the background but this time it was nothing but a dim spotlight in the middle of a blacked out arena. The strangest part was Pavor led the way, dictating Beast’s every step and move, even pointing to the inside of the ring to make him enter it; Beast was nothing more than a marionette for the ever so gracious puppet master. Tonight, however, possibly feeling much more confident after two back to back victories, a small swagger seems to be in Beast’s step. ”Big” Al Mulligan: “In back to back matches we’ve managed to watch this lumbering, intimidating man take his opponent’s head off with that violent lariat. This Beast is something to watch...” Colin “The Fuzz” Jennings: “And, in back to back matches, that masked lunatic has come into the ring after the bell and pelt his opponent in the back of the head with that roaring elbow. I don’t like the vibe of that guy one bit...””Big” Al Mulligan: “I think he’s a good presence for Beast! He trains the man and doesn’t get involved in the matches! What’s there to complain about? He is certainly a healthy role model if I’ve ever seen one...”Colin “The Fuzz” Jennings: “Right... Well tonight they’ll have their hands full against another hot young newcomer in the form of James Best who managed to overcome Might Man Milson on Triumph! Certainly already a higher achievement than could be bestowed upon this Beast...” The lights gently come back on across the arena as Beast stands, this time rather confidently, in the middle of the ring, pacing off each foot on the spot looking ready for battle. Unlike most managers, Pavor grabs a seat at ringside beside the timekeeper and places his hands onto his lap, seemingly focused entirely on what his young protégé would be able to repeat once again tonight. Sabotage hits!! James Best’s contract: gahwo.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=rpcontracts&action=display&thread=11496
~~Colin "The Fuzz" Jennings~~ "Here we go, the gears of this match are turning, here comes James Best!" ~~"Big" Al Mulligan~~ "It just doesn’t get any easier for this rookie, first he’s thrown into the hot seat against Mighty Man Millson and now this!" ~~Colin "The Fuzz" Jennings~~ "Beast is a big man, this is going to come down to quick thinking if James wants to succeed here."
The arena lights completely dim, introducing blue flashes spinning all over the arena. As the malicious crowd rips James Best apart in a manner that can only be described as monstrous, the blonde haired warrior emerges through the curtain, his head down, turns dramatically to extend his arms outwards. Shaking with intensity from his shoulders to his fists, James finally spins on the axis of his left heel as the bass kicks in of his soundtrack accompanying his titan-tron, facing the crowd and screaming “LET’S GOOOOOOO BAYBAYYY!!” Best brings his head up, grinning and staring from section to section of the building, who don’t hold back in bombarding him with choice obscenities. Unafraid to mouth the Boston fans right back, both adults and children alike, James goes so far as to spit in the face of as many fans as he can beginning his journey down the ramp towards the ring.
Announcer - "Introducing his opponent... from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia weighing in at 226 pounds, he is, this is… JAAAAAMES BEST!!!!!"
Dressed in full-legged tights for the evening, the charismatic James Best wears a vulgar mask for a face, yet completely focused, hoping to put away the three hundred and twenty pound behemoth inside the ring. Reluctant to climb inside the ring too prematurely, James instead takes his time, raking his beard with his fingernails as the size of Beast had suddenly become very real in person. Best breathes a deep sigh and warily slides inside the squared circle, adjusting his elbow-pads and sinking into his corner of the ring. ~~"Big" Al Mulligan~~ "You can bet James Best has got to be regretting turning up tonight, this is literally a BIG challenge for the new kid…"
Best rolls his neck from shoulder to shoulder, he shifts from boot to boot, doing whatever he can to prepare him physically for Beast, who seems to cast his dark shadow across the ring. Warming up with the assistance of the ropes, James stretches his legs and mouths a few words to the referee then turns to face his opponent, who blasts him in the chest with a Yakuza kick, knocking him right over the top-rope!
~~Colin "The Fuzz" Jennings~~ "OH!! What a boot right in the sternum!" ~~"Big" Al Mulligan~~ "HELLO!! Or should I be saying… goodbye?!" g'luck mate

With a deep, bellowing roar, Beast raises his arms straight up into the air to display his power, receiving a small chorus of boos from the audience for the relative newcomer. Despite the two men that are facing each other in the ring, the fans don’t seem amused by either of them. Jumping back up onto the ring apron quickly before the referee can begin his ten counts, James Best looks to add emphasis to his name. Hoping to take out the Masked Monster by any means, Best waits for Beast to turn around before jumping up and back off of the apron back to the outside. Simultaneously, Best wraps both of his hands and intertwining his fingers behind the spandex covered head of the Beast and snapping him down throat first against the top rope. Despite the move, the lumbering behemoth doesn’t topple, merely grabs onto his tender throat and stumbles backwards giving enough of an opening for the flamboyant Best to make his move. Sliding back into the ring, James shoots forward like a dog going for a leg to hump; aiming low to the monster’s left leg. Beast, however, appears to be prepared instantly wrapping his thick and almost inhumanly strong arms around Best’s waist in a gutwrench. Squeezing on tight to the squirming Best, the veins in Beast’s arms protrude out as he flips the Brisbane native over and up in a modified power bomb situation. ”Big” Al Mulligan: “This match, Beast got going in the early goings already! We’ve seen him timid and laid back in the last few but he must’ve gotten a must needed pep talk from Pavor!” Colin “The Fuzz” Jennings: “And he’s going to finish it off right here with a big gutwrench power bomb! James Best was looking to take the match to his opponent but- Best is out of it! He hopped out of the back of the attempt!””Big” Al Mulligan: “Beast was waiting too long and James Best was a bit too squirmy for him on that move... Pavor Nocturnus doesn’t seem amused at all on how this match is going one bit...”Colin “The Fuzz” Jennings: “... Are you serious? The man is wearing a burlap sack over his face with eyeholes! How the Hell can you see whether he’s happy or not!? He’s got only one expression; crazy.” Despite Colin’s irrational explanation to his least favourite man sitting beside him across the announce table, Pavor Nocturnus certainly wasn’t amused by the events occurring; watching as his overconfident monster was playing right into the hands of a flamboyant young gun. Continuing to watch, Pavor cringes behind his mask as James Best, right after hopping out of the power bomb attempt charges off of the opposite ring ropes before throwing a flying forearm directly into the face of his behemoth. Clearly connecting with a nerve or a tender spot, Beast lowers his head and waves his arms in front of his face like a dog being clipped on the nose putting James Best on a full frontal assault. Quickly positioning himself behind the Masked Monster, the second Aussie in just as many weeks to face Beast grabs him along the back with a rear waist lock. Beast, no matter how distraught, still proves to be too strong and heavy for Best to lift and grabs onto Best’s arm to hold him down, getting caught directly into the trap. With Beast’s arm grabbed onto his own, Best releases his far arm and rotates himself around Beast’s own body making sure to grab onto the large man’s wrist. Turning back around to face the Monster, Best twists Beast’s arm awkwardly in front of him with a modified wrist lock. At this point it proves to be too much and, for the first time in three matches, Pavor Nocturnus pushes himself up from his ringside seat. Whether being pushed from his protégé’s own ignorance or the audience who are divided on exactly who they should be chanting against, a shrill whistling sound emerges from behind the voice of the man in the mask, instantly putting Beast back into it. With a corkscrewed arm, Beast grabs onto Best’s wrists with his free hand and flexes his trapped arm closer to his body gaining some leverage. Then, using a sudden surge of energy, Beast swings his body forward while pushing his arm out and sends James Best flying across the ring, back first against the turnbuckles. Gaining almost a second wind from his mentor’s impatience, Beast charges forward looking to crush his opponent against the turnbuckles only to misjudge and collides himself sternum first with the top turnbuckle as the Brisbane native dodges the move just in time. ”Big” Al Mulligan: “Beast may be a big man and surprisingly fast for his size but he’s not exactly the smartest creature on earth... What’s the deal with that Pavor guy? He’s suddenly all up into this!” Colin “The Fuzz” Jennings: “I have no idea, he must be thinking Beast isn’t performing as impressive as he’d like to. I mean, I wouldn’t mind this James Best character but what exactly makes him feel like he’s just so damn good?””Big” Al Mulligan: “It’s probably because he is that damn good! Look at the kid move in the ring and how easily he’s taking it to a guy who has almost a full foot on him! This James Best is the real deal!”Colin “The Fuzz” Jennings: “I should’ve guessed you’d say that... It’s still the early goings though! You can’t judge how a match is going to go in the first five minutes!” With a broad and ever so arrogant smirk spread on his face, James Best stretches his arms past his sides and waves his hands up and down, egging on the audience to continue the symphony of boos that rain down. Knowing he’ll have to be the one to hold up the match against the still very green big man before him, James rushes forward to his opponent as he backs out of the turnbuckle and lifts up off his feet, jumping at the six foot ten behemoth. Going for an apparent cross body attempt, James hurtles his body towards the Masked Monster but is caught mid-air. Holding him in spot across his body, Beast takes a gander from behind the mask at the vast audience before him before throwing James back up across his shoulders. Unfortunately for Beast, he overshoots his target as he brings his opponent backwards and has the young hot shot flip around Beast’s backside. Continuing in the same momentum, James concentrates his body weight down as he grabs onto Beast’s tights, sliding the big man onto his back with a simple but surprising school boy pin. TBCB James.

{Writer’s notes: 72 hour rule. All apologies...} ”Big” Al Mulligan: “James Best has the best of Beast! This is the end... NO! Beast kicks out at two! This is one of the first real times I’ve ever seen the big man off of his feet...” Colin “The Fuzz” Jennings: “That was a big surprise with that one! I swear even Pavor was shocked with that one! This just proves that this Beast can be toppled...””Big” Al Mulligan: “Yeah... But did it even do anything? No, didn’t think so. This Best kid has some talent, that’s no doubt, but Beast is too overwhelming, did you see how powerful that kick out was?”Colin “The Fuzz” Jennings: “That’s not the point! The point is he got the first big near fall in the match, the mental advantage of something like that is incomparable!” Crawling up to his feet, a slight sweat breaks itself across Beast’s face as the adrenaline from coming close to being pinned so easily begins to subside. James Best, growing irritated by himself for not being able to end it quite as quickly as he’d like to, scurries up to his feet and sizes up the Masked Monster almost instantaneously. Taking a charge forward Best drives his knee straight up into the six-foot-ten Beast’s stomach, making the large man instinctively double over. Grabbing the large man in a front face lock, the always arrogant James Best smirks away and raises his free arm into the air, clearly signalling for a big move when his underestimation of the behemoth’s strength proves to his downfall. Reaching up, the Beast wraps his arms around the waist and squeezes the Aussie’s abdominal directly into his shoulder. Cringing as his intestinal track is pinched together inside of himself, James Best releases the front face lock and gives a quick hammer blow to Beast’s upper back but the offensive is too late; he’s already caught in the trap. Lifting up with his knees, Beast moves up to a full standing position and simultaneously repositions his grip to be locked in tight to James’ torso, locking in a full frontal bearhug. The sense of excitement from Pavor Nocturnus seems to be unparallel, knowing exactly the extent of damage that Beast’s bearhug can inflict. Increasing his tension, it’s easy to feel just how heavy the pressure is in the Masked Monster’s brutal arms. With his face growing redder as the seconds pass, James concentrates on his breathing and tries to take slow and concentrated inhales and attempts to not let the pressure get the better of him while his insides begin to grow compressed against his own internal bones. Pushing his hands against Beast’s chest, James Best tries to gain some more breathing room until Beast begins to swing his arms and body around on the spot, causing Best’s arms to slip and flail around back and forth increasing the excruciating pain that’s being inflicted. Colin “The Fuzz” Jennings: “He’s being thrown around like a ragdoll in there and look at it, Pavor is enjoying every second of it! James Best has got to find a way to squeeze out of this or the referee is going to have to end it!” ”Big” Al Mulligan: “Hold on, hold that thought for a second. I thought you were saying that Beast was done for just a few minutes ago? Pretty sure what I see right now is a clear cut victory...”Colin “The Fuzz” Jennings: “Do you see James Best tapping out in there?! No absolutely not, this match still has some merit to it! It’s almost unnerving to watch that masked freak at ringside jump around all excited...””Big” Al Mulligan: “I’ll be honest... Pavor has never done that when Beast wins a match... Only after a big, painful move. I bet he doesn’t care whether his Beast or loses, he just likes watching him put people through so much...” TBCB James
