Dinner For Two or Maybe one and a Half

[Jesse Sands]

-Jesse pulls up to the front of the local Four Seasons in his black 2011 Dodge Ram. He is aproximately fifteen minutes early compared to the time he told Jade he would be there. He thinks to himself for a moment.-

Jesse Sands

This is crazy. Ah saved her once. Her brother sent his mates ta try and take me out. Would he really go after my family? Ah mean the bloke already shown he's crazya than a dingo with rabies. What is the deal with all this samurai, hiding in the shadows malarky? Did Jade actually shoot the shella? She couldn't have she isn't like that... Is she?

-Jesse takes a deep breath and looks himself over in a mirror. He is wearing a maroon button up shirt, black dress pants, and dress shoes. He has his hair gelled to a partial spike job in the front. He smiles despite all his doubts. He looks back at the entrance to the building.-

Jesse Sands

Ah wonda why she wanted me ta meet her here?

-He continues to wait.-

Running into the bedroom she grabbed her heels and quickly but them on and then walked over to the counter and grabbed her phone while putting on her the finishing touch her ring. She had put her necklace on a while ago and had just been dilly dallying around because she thought he wasn't coming til six thirty. Shaking her head softly she finally laughed and then grabbed her keys and walked out. She didn't really like carrying around bags so she didn't. Locking the door to her penthouse and ran to the elevator and got in and clicked the floor level.

After a couple moments the doors opened and she quickly walked towards the front of the hotel and then slowed down as the doorman opened the door for her.

"A sexy date Miss Decker? You haven't been dating at all recently. Usually you were going out all the time back when you lived here before."

"Things have changed.. that monster is no longer a part of my life. And the person.. who I really counted on left to fix himself.. so I have to move on right..?"

"Yes of course Miss Decker. Have a wonderful night, you look beautiful."

"Thank you David."

With that she walked out and stepped outside biting her lower lip as she looked towards his truck, unsure if she was ready for something like this.

TBC- Jesse

[Jesse Sands]

-The driver side door opens up and Jesse steps out. He walks around to the passenger side and opens the door. He doesn't look at her at first. He turns as he opens the door and that's when he notices The Spry Starlit's outfit. His jaw drops.-

Jesse Sands

Crikey... Jade... Ya look... Wow. Ah feel undadressed.

-Brookyln Decker giggles a little and shakes her head while blushing. She moves foward before she realizes it.

I think you look handsome Jesse... Don't worry about it.

-He smiles at her as she walks toward the truck. He helps her inside and closes the door. He makes his way back toward the driver side when a he has a spasm and has to lean against the truck to hold himself up. It hurts a lot, but he refuses to go against his ideals. He blocks the pain from his mind and finishes the trip to the other side of his truck. He slowly opens the door and slides in. He smiles at Jade who is giving him a questioning look.-

Jesse Sands

Ah'm fine... So anway Ah called and made reservations. Ah hope ya like Mexican.

Jade Brookyln

Mexican is Lovely!

-Smiling she seems to craddle her right side a little but it seems she was trying to hide the fact she was doing that. Leaning over she kisses his cheek and then sits back up her eyes flickering in pain but otherwise she keeps completely composed and merely smiles at her date. Jesse puts the key in the ignition and shifts the vehicle into drive. He slowly turns left as the exit the hotel and follows that road for awhile. They pass a few resteraunts, fast food places, and stores before Jesse turns the truck to the right and follows that road for awhile. He looks over to Jade for a moment and then goes back to the road.-

Jesse Sands

Ya know tonight wasn't an obligation... Ya could of cancelled it ya wanted ta.

Jade Brookyln

I wanted this Jesse. Why would you say something like that? I mean.. if I didn't want to go I would've turned you down.."

-Jesse's eyes widened at her statement and she blushes and shook her head somewhat trying not to rattle her brain too much.-

Jade Brookln

Not like that! hahaha I mean.. mostly.. I.. Ugh! Y-you get what I mean right??

-He smiles and shakes his head.-

Jesse Sands

No worries... Ah undastand...

-They pull into a very nice looking place. Jesse gets out first, walks over to her side, and opens the door. He takes her hand and helps her out of the truck. They head inside, where they are met by the hostess. A young woman of a latin heritage of some kind. She gives the pair a once over and smiles.-

Hostess

Señor Sands y el invitado?

-Jesse nods, smiling back.-

Hostess

Siga por favor.

-The woman leads them to a table. If either of them looks the can see the dance floor just below them.-

Jesse Sands

Gracias.

Hostess

No es nada. Su camarero estará con usted en breve.

-Jesse gives her a nod and she walks away. Jesse Turns to his date and smiles. As he prepares to speak the waiter walks up and askes if they know what they'd like. Jesse eyeballs the menu for a moment.-

Jess Sands

Voy a tener la especial. Fácil en la salsa caliente.

Waiter

Muy buen señor. Y para la señora?

-Jade looks over the menu for a moment and then smiles.-

Jade Brookyln

I'll have a salad with Barbacoa meat

Waiter

Very good. Señora.

Brooklyn smiled at him once again while fiddling with her fingers. Dating wasn't something she did very often. Yeah maybe to the movies or with a group of friends, but never one on one at a restaurant where had to sit and eat and talk.. it wasn't her thing. So this GHW diva was a bit nervous and wasn't sure what to say. But as she opened her mouth a waiter came by and placed down two glasses of water.

"¿Qué puedo obtener de las bebidas?"

"Ummm tangerini please..?"

Jade smiled and looked at Jesse who looked puzzled as to what he wanted.

"Jesse?"

Ms. Decker tilted her head and looked at him nearing a giggle as he blushed and then scratched his head unsure of what he actually wanted it seemed he was pretty indecisive like herself.

"¿Qué tipo de bebidas sirven?"

The waiter started to go off on a list of things while Jade placed her hand over her mouth and giggled a little at the situation.

-Jesse listens to the list of drinks and decides.-

Ah'll just have the wata. Thanks mate.

Waiter

-He turns back to his date.-

Ah see ya dabbled in some... Clases de idiomas.

-Jade simply nods in agreement. He looks around and takes a drink of his water. He smiles and laughs nervously, this is actually the first date he has been on in awhile as well. He looks at her and shakes his head.-

Jesse Sands

So Ah know ya like wrestlin'... And can probably fight betta than an sea sick gata... But what are some of ya otha interest? Ah mean... Ya can't be that open and shut..

Jade Brookyln

Singing... And.. Letting out steam in the gym.. Gymnastics.. I don't know.. I actually dont' do much besides be at GHW now that I'm back I mean..

-He looks at her once again and nods. They talk in mixed intervals after that seeing they are both a little nervous. Their food comes. Jesse's order was a burrito that filled the plate with a bowl of refried beans and a side salad. Jade's eyes widened as she saw her salad it was about as big as his burrito.They eat and talk again in mixed intervals. Once they have finished their meals Jesse looks at the dance floor and then back to his date. He grabs her hand as the house band played a upbeat and lively song. He drags her onto the dance floor and starts to move with the music. Jade looks at him blushing for a moment.-

"Aww.. really? I think I'm a bit hurt."

"W-wait Ah didn' mean it like tha."

She smiled and looked back at him right as the song was ending. With that she turned around and smiled as a slow song came on. Jesse started moving off the dance floor while taking her hand and making him follow her, but instead she stopped in her tracks. The Aussie turned around and saw her shaking her head. Blushing softly Jade bit her lower lip and motioned for him to come back.

He followed her back onto the dance floor as his hands made there way back around her waist and her arms made it around his neck. Brooklyn was blushing horribly as they started to move slowly to the music.

-Jesse smiles at her, a little blushy himself. He leans in and whispers in her ear.-

So... Havin' a g'time?

-The giggles and nods at the question.-

Jesse Sands

So am Ah. Ta be honest Ah neva pictured myself on this floor. Heh. Suprises are a g'thin' Ah guess.

Jade Brookyln

Yea I guess they are. This is a wonderful night and I really needed it.

-Jesse smiles.-

Jesse Sands

Ah'm glad ta be of service.

-He chuckles and suddenly a sharp pain takes ahold of him. He groans a little, but continues dancing with his beatiful dance partner.-
