The expertise in which the hold is applied gives cause for Haven's hand to raise high and tensed. A battle rages between her mind and body; the body wanting to surrender, the mind refusing to allow it. Instead of tapping out, she wails loudly as she palms the canvas with both hands and pushes up. Nothing happens. The hold is locked on too tight. Being out weighted by 80 pounds also doesn't help matters. Wolverina cries out defiantly and tries again and again but to no avail. Her face becomes red and her movements slower with each passing second.
Fuzz: We've seen Wolfie get out of trouble before, but I think she may have bitten off more than she could chew with this guy. He has that Sharpshooter locked on deep and tight. She may have no choice but to tap out.
Big Al: Somewhere in Canada Bret Hart is beaming with pride. This is what happens when someone underestimates their opponent. Haven's beaten men that are bigger, stronger, faster and more vicious than Vince, so she probably thought this would be a cake walk.
Only through the fans urging of her to continues does Haven begin to make a comeback. With a primal scream she palms the mat once more and manages to lift herself up just enough to hand walk the few short inches to the ropes, where she collapses, barely being able to wrap her fingers around the bottom cable. Vegas lets go in a huff and turns around, only to find his prey slithering under the bottom rope to the outside to create some distance. That won't do. Vince immediately rolls out and yanks her up into a Body Slam position, but instead of planting her on the quarter inch not-so-protecting pads outside, he hurls her tummy first across the top of the barricade that separates the paying from the paid.
As an added bonus, they are positioned right in front of several military service men decked out in their fancy uniforms. And of course, they are booing and even threatening Vince with bodily harm if he hurts their Patriotic Princess. Sporting a sudden look of smugness, the Vicious One saunters up behind Wolfie as she remains bent over the rail in a very sexual type way. The arrogant prick grinds his pelvic region against Haven's beautiful buns before saluting the troops military style. The Nevada native holds the salute and begins to thrust his pelvic region in dry-humping manner against the Cornhusker's derriere aggressively. Security steps in between the troops and Vince, perhaps quelling a very REAL beat-down.
Fuzz: What a distasteful act! This is a season of giving thanks and honoring the troops, but Vince has chosen to disrespect them.
Big Al: What are you yammering about? Vince is saluting them. Can't you see that? And he is giving Haven the ride of her life. Lucky girl, that crazy cutie.
After having his fun, Vince escorts the People's Princess toward the ring and hurls her inside it, then hops onto the ring's apron. Suddenly, like she's done so many times in the past, Wolverina snaps back to life and hurls her body into a back-flip while simultaneously kicking out with the toe section of her right foot. The Pele Kick is nails Vince in the temple and sends him off the apron in a daze. With the crowd behind her, the Nebraskan sets her will against the far set of ropes and generates an abundance of speed as she traverses the canvas after the rebound. As she nears the ropes overlooking the standing but groggy Vegas, she bunches her powerful and still aching legs muscles and leaps into the air. Up and over she goes, her body twirling into a corkscrew of sorts before crashing against Vince's solid frame. The force is enough to knock him down, and leaves Haven atop him for the time being. She quickly stakes advantage and pummels him with punches galore until the ref's count inspires her to relent. Haven slides into the squared hell and starts pumping the fans up as Vince wallows around on the outside utterly dazed and confused, having never thought he'd be on the receiving end of something so fierce at the hands of an "inferior" woman.
Fuzz: Vince better hurry up or he's going to get counted out.
Big Al: What a shallow win if that happens. I don't think Haven has it in her to accept such a thing.
The referee's count is broken at 8 when Vince manages to wander onto the apron of the ring. Haven tears up the canvas in her wake as she roars toward him with reckless abandon. She ducks lows between the ropes as she draws nigh to him, looking to spear him out of his boots, but the Las Vegas native thrusts a knee up and out, drilling the Nebraskan right in the bridge of the nose. Haven drops to the mat like a sack of potatoes and clutches her nose, which soon begins to bleed some. Bless her heart though, she bravely staggers up to her vertical base, only to have Vince grabs her in a waist lock from behind.
The Vicious One lifts up with greatest of ease and snaps backward with a excellently executed German Suplex. He doesn't let go through. No. He rolls through an delivers another and another, making it a triple play. But he still isn't done. Vegas delivers three more Germans, bringing the total to six. As he stands with his victim hanging limply in his arms like a worn out rag-doll, the crowd jeers him with hate. They will pay for their disrespect. Yet again he delivers three more German Suplexes, finally ending the spree at nine. Vince stands tall in the ring, smirking out at the fans as Wolverina lies utterly lifeless beneath him. He looks upon her as if unimpressed, and remembers her bold little prophecy from earlier, claiming how she was going to beat him by using the famous "Perfect Plex". He pulls her up easily and secures her into the position she had sought to defeat him with, then lifts her up and over and perfectly executes Henning's signature Perfect Plex. And just as Mr. Perfect did many a legend, he bridges it into a pinning predicament.
Fuzz: Oh no, not like this! No!
Big Al: What irony!
The ref slides between them and commences the count.
One!
Two!
Three!
Fuzz: Oh God what the hell? Did that just happen?
Big Al: It did! Yes! I'm a little shocked too!
Vince pops up to his feet and poses, but his look quickly changes to that of anger. After all, he'd been embarrased both verbally and physically during the match, and the sight of Wolverina defeated beneath him, somehow, does not satisfy his vengeance.
As his music plays and his name is announced as winner, Vegas begins stomping on the woman repeatedly. The referee tries to wedge in between him, but he shoves him away and picks Haven up. He sticks her head between his legs and drills her into the canvas with a sickening Pile Driver. Would this be enough? No. They don't call him vicious for nothing. He mounts her and begins raining down punches upon her, without so much as a whimper of resistance coming from the People's Princess. The bell rings over and over again but does little to stop him. In fact, it takes a few more refs and a couple of security men to peel him off.
As he is escorted up the ramp, the referee in charge of the bout converses with Coors at ringside, and the following announcement is made.
Coors: Ladies and Gentlemen, referee Buster Cherry has informed me that the ruling of this match has been OVERTURNED. Due to unsportsman like conduct, Vicious Vince Vegas has been stripped of his victory. Your winner of the match....... (drama pause) WOOOOOOOLLLLVERIIINA!
The fans cheer like crazy as Wolverina lies motionless in the ring, not at all looking like a winner. The scene fades showing Vince being held back and forced backstage.
