The camera cuts in showing Lizzie Morna backstage with a few stage hands. Lizzie is apparently anxious about something. Alex Stall rounds the corner with Izzy Wright next to him. Both Izzy and Alex are laughing heartily as though they had been joking around through the halls again. Lizzie stops Alex and the Canadian and Ohioan stop and smile.
Lizzie: Alex, I was hoping to catch a quick interview with you after that amazing upset victory over Hawkeye last week.
Alex: Why not, I haven't done an interview in forever, Izzy, could you go on ahead with out me, you know how Brett gets when we're late to go get food.
Izzy: Meet us at the normal table? I know you rode you bike, so we'll just take off and order for you.
Alex: Thanks, make sure I have 2 beers and the usual waiting, I'll be there when I'm done here, now Lizzie, you were wanting an interview.
Izzy takes off, seemingly in a great mood. Lizzie on the other hand shakes her head and smiles as she walks over so the camera can catch her and Alex.
Lizzie: Now Alex, so much has happened lately, I don't know where to start. But I know the big question on everyones mind is how you feel to hold the Revelations Cruiserweight Title yet again?
Alex: You know what, every one here has asked me that same question since I walked out of that arena. I can never really give a straight answer because the feeling is so amazing that it can't be put into words. I've never once been able to pull a victory over Hawkeye before, and now that I have, I'm blown away. I do say this, I'm not going to be like some other jack ass champions and not give the people what they want. I'm here to contest that title against the best.
Lizzie: That sounds like you have some plans for some big matches coming up, do I see a rematch with Hawkeye coming up maybe?
Alex: Of course! Hawkeye and myself have proven time and time again to give the crowd the kind of matches they want. We are both pound for pound the greatest cruiserweights alive today. but thats not the only opponent I'm looking at, because I've got huge plans for the future. The past for me has been pretty bleak, considering I never won a single match in SCW. Here in GHW I've gone 8-1-1, which feels amazing.
Lizzie: So the future may look just as bright as your recent history. So what are these big plans you've just mentioned?
Alex takes off his hat and runs his fingers through his hair as he looks at Lizzie with a slightly cocky smile.
Alex: Take things up a notch of course. There is so much talent in this federation that I have yet to witness first hand. My biggest plans though, are to take some jerk of a flag burner down a notch and add another little bit of gold to my collection. Jake Diamond has spit on his last fan, and has held that title too long as is. It's time to do one for the fans and bring a belt home to someone who will be the champion that that belt deserves.
Lizzie: The Middleweight belt leaving Jake's hands is a huge step for you Alex, are you sure you can walk away from a match where you barely beat Hawkeye into a match with Jake Diamond and win it?
Alex: That's the easy part of my plans, because right now, on National TV, I'm announcing that I, Alex Stall, will finally beat the biggest coward in GHW history. A man who has beaten up fans because he is too afraid to fight someone not only as good as him, but better. My goal is to be a triple belt holder, beating the two men who hate the fans the most, Jake Diamond and Vladimir Strife.
Lizzie looks shocked at Alex's guarantee, as if scared for his health and sanity.
Lizzie: Vladimir Strife has yet to ever be defeated in any form of a match. What makes you think you stand a chance against him?
Alex: Because I have one thing that he doesn't Lizzie, A Heart. He may be the only undefeated man in GHW, but thats going to change. You're looking at the Fastest Growing Flame In GHW, and I'm going off the rails on a crazy train.
Alex slides his hat back on and smiles at the camera before nodding and walking away from Lizzie towards the exit. Lizzie looks baffled at Alex's responses. She looks at the camera and shakes her head.
Lizzie: There you have it folks, expect great and maybe insane things from the Canadian Angel. Two personal challenges to Jake Diamond and Vladimir Strife have been sent. This could mark the beginning of an ended career or the birth of a legend.
Lizzie shakes her head again, sighing from what she had just heard. The camera drops down as though being pulled off of the camera man's shoulder and the screen clicks to black.
