Backstage, Izzy was laying on a couch that was in her locker room. Her legs were propped up on one end of the couch, her ankles crossed and her knees bent a little over the arm of the couch. Her head was propped up by a small pillow and the other end of the couch. She wore an over sized shirt that was obviously not hers but was black and held a small tribute picture for Randy Rhoads. She wore a pair of 'daisy dukes' as well that was almost hidden by the shirt. Her converse were on the floor and you could see that she wore a pair of white ankle socks. Her blond hair was pulled into a ponytail and she wore her baseball cap pulled a little over her eyes. It was quiet back there and it was the perfect time for a nap.

The door to Izzy's locker room opens slowly and in steps Alex Stall. He is wearing his black pants and vest as usual. He combs his hand through his hair, looking at her asleep on her couch. He walks in and finds his old acoustic guitar propped against the arm chair in the room. He sits down after pulling a pick from pocket and pulls the guitar onto his lap. He begins playing very lightly, a smile on his face. He does a simple riff, a familiar one to some. He begins singing along lightly, causing a slight smile to cross over Izzy's lips in her sleep as if she is used to it.
::Alex Stall:: Hey there Delilah What's it like in New York City? I'm a thousand miles away But girl tonight you look so pretty Yes you do Times Square can't shine as bright as you I swear it's true
Hey there Delilah Don't you worry about the distance I'm right there if you get lonely Give this song another listen Close your eyes Listen to my voice it's my disguise I'm by your side
Oh it's what you do to me Oh it's what you do to me Oh it's what you do to me Oh it's what you do to me What you do to me
Hey there Delilah I know times are getting hard But just believe me girl Someday I'll pay the bills with this guitar We'll have it good We'll have the life we knew we would My word is good
Hey there Delilah I've got so much left to say If every simple song I wrote to you Would take your breath away I'd write it all Even more in love with me you'd fall We'd have it all
Oh it's what you do to me Oh it's what you do to me Oh it's what you do to me Oh it's what you do to me
A thousand miles seems pretty far But they've got planes and trains and cars I'd walk to you if I had no other way Our friends would all make fun of us and we'll just laugh along because we know That none of them have felt this way Delilah I can promise you That by the time we get through The world will never ever be the same And you're to blame
Hey there Delilah You be good and don't you miss me Two more years and you'll be done with school And I'll be making history like I do You'll know it's all because of you We can do whatever we want to Hey there Delilah here's to you This ones for you
Oh it's what you do to me Oh it's what you do to me Oh it's what you do to me Oh it's what you do to me What you do to me.
Alex finishes and begins just strumming random chords, playing the acoustic while resting into the chair and slightly hoping Izzy will wake up. He smiles from being close to her, seeing her relaxing helping his mood as well.

It appeared that in her sleep she rolled over onto her side, curling up slightly in a ball, her hands under her cheeks and her knees brought near her chest. Her hat tumbled down to the floor and she was still smiling. Alex continued to play, watching her a bit as she moved smiling to himself. Unable to fake it any longer Izzy opens her eyes and looks up at Alex with a seemingly innocent look, even though everyone knew that she wasn't as innocent as she could play off, beating poor boys with lead pipes. She gets up into a sitting position and stretches a bit and picks up her hat. She then gets up stretches once more and walks over to Alex. She points at the guitar and tilts her head to the side.
"Put it down."
He sets it down, leaning up next to the chair and Izzy climbs into his lap, wrapping her arms around his neck and her legs hanging off the side of the chair. He puts his arms around her waist as she snuggles her face into the crook of his neck. It was one of those sweet moments that you would take a picture of or you would want to last forever. She then puts her lips near his ear and gives a timid smile.
"I love you Mr. Alex Stall."
It would be the first time she had ever said it. Alex's eyes widened a bit and you could see the traces of a faint blush. Then the biggest smiles crossed his expression and Izzy smiles into the crook of his neck.
