It's a sparse but elegant room, with wooden flooring and walls. It is well-lit with a large window at the end opposite the door. In the half of the room closest to the door, there are three chairs and a leather couch, with a table in the middle. There is a PC, various game consoles, a large television and a refridgerator. On the wall there are three lockers, one labelled "Crazy", another "Rhaps" and the third "Wreck".
In the other, empty half of the room there is a three-quarter size wrestling ring surrounded with mats. Wreckingball is in the ring, dressed in a baggy red American Football jersey, with "Wreckingball 69" in bright blue on the front and back. He is also wearing blue cargo pants and sneakers, and he is waiting for Rhaps to join him.
Wreckingball: Yo Rhaps my good buddy! Ya feel like training for a bit, and then maybe getting some of the strawberry stuff afterwards?
Wreckingball waits for a reply...

Rhaps stares up at Human Wreckingball with a bowl of strawberry ice cream already in his lap. He half stands up and he has a surprised expression on his face.
Rhaps: It isn't SIC time already? Oh ok fine, let's get some training in.
Rhaps sets the ice cream down almost regretfully and he crosses the room to his locker. He gets changed briefly and he walks to the training ring wearing three quarter length cargo trousers, removing the 'Rhapsitastic One' t-shirt he's wearing as he does so. He climbs into the ring and starts nudging Wreckingball in the side of the head showing off his hyper streak once more. Wreckingball goes to pat him on the back and Rhaps steps back immediately. Wreckingball looks confused so Rhaps turns around, indicating his back. As Wreckingball looks he sees that Rhaps has got a tattoo done recently and it says 'The Rhapsitastic One' written across his shoulder blades.
Rhaps: It's new, I didn't want to get it damaged.
Wreckingball nods his understanding while the eager Safety Ranger starts swinging punches in the air at incredible speed.

HWB: Well are ya ready... ready to get wrecked!? Hehe, only joking man.
Wreckingball moves in, closer to Rhaps and begins sparring with him, by hitting a few fast bodyblows but always ducking back and away from Rhaps' fist. Rhaps gets tired of this, and spins around before elbowing Wreckingball in the head with his right elbow. Wreckingball catches it on the way back, and straightens out Rhaps' arm before stepping around Rhaps' arm and applying a wristlock. Wreckingball twists on that arm and uses it to force Rhaps to bend down, but Rhaps kicks out at Wreckingball's legs and sweeps them out from underneath causing Wreckingball to fall onto his butt. Rhaps then keeps on gently nudging him in the side of the head.
HWB: Stop it you little Nudginator! Hey that's a point man, our mascot should be Rhapsdor the NUDGiNATOR. I guess we would get sued though.
Wreckingball grabs Rhaps' arm and pulls him to the mat before locking in a headlock and using his free arm to knuckle-scrub Rhaps' head. Wreckingball rolls away and releases the headlock, only to find Rhaps flipping onto his chest and lying down in a pin position, forcing Wreckingball's shoulders down with his hands.
Rhaps: One... Two...
Wreckingball: Up!
Wreckingball kicks forward and out of the pin before rolling aside and sending Rhaps back on the mat...
