I have an idea but it might not work but here goes.
In terms to the rp field and where it stands I here that we rely on our current hall of famers and legends and are not worried about building newer ones.
I think the wrestling school is closed down so I think we should have some developmental site.
In the developmental site I guess rp members that have the time and are pros at rp can help the vow players or new comers looking to make a splash on the rp side.
From time to time GHW can go to their developmental site for example- Developmental Wrestling (Not The Name Just an Example).
When the mods of DVW feel as though the role players are ready for the big leagues they then sign their contract on GHW and are put on the main roster.
This is similar to WWE with OVW and FCW.
Its just a thought and I think if some good role players who maybe don't have time to fight anymore matches themselves or want to retire or something like that can still give to the fed in hopes of not letting the rp side die or anything.
Plus, by the time the developmental superstars reach the main roster they should be adequate role players making for better matches and better reads.

this development thing was in another fed i was before, in around feb 08. but the problem with that was that not everyone was willing to improve, and most just simply didn't get it. If we can get a good motivator (because motivation is the key, in my opinion) as a coach, then maybe

Well, I suppose I can re-vamp and start a new training school on the boards. We'll do one-on-ones and I could have students face each other in the school. I like the idea, so I'll talk around and we should be able to put this idea into action very soon. Keep on shooting ideas about this tho, we'll see where it goes.

Matt ran the whole thing by me last night and after getting him to fully explain I see it as a very viable option to help new comers to get a better grasp on what is expected of them in the ring
