Hemsly has been swimming in the pool for about 1 hour now. He has worked on strokes, aerobics, ect. Hemsly repetitively swims back and fourth, back and fourth, touching each wall and turning to swim the other way. He is obviously trying to work out, to get stronger, so that his meat (match) will be a piece of cake.
Hemsly continues to workout as Jax walks into the closed in pool area. Hemsly acts like he isn't paying attention to Jax. Jax continues to undress himself, so he can do the same as Hemsly. Hemsly sees that Jax is getting in the pool, so he swims to the ladder. Jax jumps in, smiling.
Hemsly steps out, grabs a towel, but Jax utters words.
What was that Jax?
Nothing man, you got a problem?
I'll tell you my problem. Its you. Ever since we made our match... you have been following me constantly. It's like your trying to start something with me.
If I wanted to hurt you, I would have already done that. In the ring.
Oh is that so.
Jax doesn't reply, so Hemsly steers toward the door. Hesitating to see if Jax says something else.

Jax:Yea that is so.
Hemsly:Well...can you just stop following me?
Jax:Is that fear I sense in your voice?
Hemsly hearing this turns around angered. He takes a few steps toward the pool before stopping. Jax then pulls himself out of the pool and sits on the edge his feet still in the water.
Hemsly:Fear? I fear nobody, especially not a punk like you!
Jax:A punk? So first I was an a** and now I'm a punk. Hm That makes me think...Of what I can do to get you back. I mean I could beat you up, Break your leg, Stab you with a knife, Destroy your car, or Hell, I could even KILL you. But I won't becuase your not worth it. So when we do meet in that ring whenever it may be I'm going to beat you. I'm going to take a big hack out of that ego of yours.
Hemsly:So your saying that I have an ego? I think that your the one who needs to lose a chunk of his ego!
Jax:Wow...you can think!
Hemsly:Thats it!
Hemsly red with rage begins to charge at Jax but calms down before attacking him. He stands by him only a few steps away.
Jax:Are you done? You see I wont leave you alone but I will give you an explination. You see not only am I psyching you out I'm also watching you, seeing how you train and by the looks of it you couldnt beat my grandmother.
That last insult was just to much for Hemsly as he grabs Jax by the hair and lifts him up to his feet both men then begin to exchange punches when...

Hemsly grabs Jax around the waste, charges both of them falling into the pool. Hemsly pounding, as Jax does the same.
I..ma h...urt... y..
Hemsly couldn't talk from swallowing mouthfuls of water. Jab, Uppercut, Hook, then mouthfuls. Both of them where wore out, but kept pounding away as nothing would stop them. Splashing, and splashing... the pool must have lost 50 gallons of water.

As the two men were brawling away in the pool. Hyper slowly wheels by in his awesome green painted wheelchair. He glances over to the pool, stops.. and then quickly looks again. Hyper had no idea what the two were doing, but it was just rather annoying they were in the pool grabbing each other.
HEY!
No answer, the two don't stop.
HEY! YOU TWO! QUIT THAT!
Still no reply. Hyper begins to get rather irritated and wheels off. A few minutes later he arrives back with a long whip. He swings it back and then quickly foward whipping the two men in the pool. You could hear a couple yelps from them.
HEY! GET OUT OF MY DAMN POOL!
Hemsley and Jax look at him with strange looks, but Hyper answers back with another swing of his whip.
DON'T LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT! SICKOS!
He follows it up with a couple more whips. Which causes them to swim frantically out of the pool, screaming and yelping on their way out.
Thats better.. Now the next time I see you two groping or fighting or whatever the hell you two were doing in this pool again. Don't think I won't be afraid to use barbed wire next time as a whip.
With this, Hyper wheels off from the scene. Leaving the two men with confused looks.

Both men watch Hyper wheel himself away confused. The camera switches from one to another showing the expressions on both the men's faces. But as it begins to zoom out you see Jax a few steps away from Hemsly bent down eyeing Hemsly with sick intentions. Hemsly turns only to receive a big boot and fall onto his back. Jax gives a smirk before walking out of view grabbing his shoulder where he was whipped by the Energetic one.
