DMD is in the gym ready for another pounding workout his body already filled with BSN NO EXPLODE and he is pumped and ready for his chest workout as he looks at himself in the mirror.
Batender- Peter Graham: Ok son! Im your new coach Bartender by night manager Peter Graham by day! Thats right Fangblasts old trainer and looked how he turned out! A legend! Just like you! So now that we have been intoduced lets get ur ass pounding those weights like the old days! OK! You know the drill this time your getting out of that comfort zone! Your gonna burn those beers off and focus all your anger on these weights! No snapping or i swear im gonna call the cops! FIRST UP BENCH PRESS WARM UP!
DMD warms up on the bench starting with just the bar as he pushes out 20 fast reps before grabbing some plates and sticking them on to increase warm up load.
Peter: Nice Dan ok now we are going for our work sets. We are doing 4 sets on this weight for starters and i want 10 reps or we aint leaving! Just for you we are working in Kilos not american lbs!
DMD goes to work on the bench fixing all the discs on and readies himself taking in some deep breaths before lying down.
Peter: Ok here we go 10 reps on 135 kg
DMD grabs the bar and brings it off the hooks and down to the chest he pushes it powerfullly back up repeating 8 times before it gets hard he grimisess on the last 2 reps as Peter spots for the fnal one. As DMD finishes his face red and sweating he realises he has another 3 gruelling sets!
Peter: Good work Dan! 3 more!
As the sets progress DMD gets stronger and angrier as he lets out a huge roar as he pushes the heavy rusty barbell up from his chest the old warrior still has the heart! The 4 sets finished he gets up of the bench.
Peter: Next up Do it on an incline! 4 sets!
So up went the bench to a 35 degree and off went Dan with 100kg on the bar doing 8 reps this time. Its hard Dan feels the affects of the alcohol by vomiting at one point into a spit bucket but carries on the heart of a champion. As he finsihes the last rep on the last set he breathes a huge sie of relief the sweat drips from his brow and he pants but the pump in the mirror he see's looks worth it!
Peter: Ok Flyes you gotta shape those pecs or those birds are gonna think you is a blob! Do them on a decline for variety now! GO!
Off goes Dan on the decline flyes his form strict as he brings the weights down like a butterfly and back up to the top. 4 sets later Dan is finsihed he grabs his water and gulps down a load.
Peter: Great first chest session for you considering the Jim Beam last night! GO SHOWER UP! Later we are doing bag work and waybe some more weights if you dont vomit!
