Wreckingball disappears in a column of flame, with only a surprised yell and the shock of the fans, and he falls into blissful unconsciousness...
Some time later, he wakes up. It is dark, and very hot with a strange, acidic smell to the air. As he stands up, he notices a heaviness to his head, and he raises his arms to his face, finding it is covered with a lightweight mask.
The lights flash on, and illuminate the room in reds and oranges. The room is surrounded by mirrors, and Wreckingball notices that he is dressed in a modified version of his old costume- a blue "Ultimo Dragon" style mask, with spiked shoulderpads...a blue sleeveless shirt, with red flames covering the bottom half, and baggy blue wrestling pants, with red flame detail. He looks at himself, in shock...and the lights go out.
What do you want, Crazy Boy!?
Immediately, Crazy Boy's voice can be heard, quietly...
Ahah...you know that just as much as I do. Remember who you really are, Wreckingball...
The red lights switch on once more, and this time, the mirrors are gone, and the room is empty, except for a door, with a brighter light spilling underneath it.
When you die...people say that they walk towards the light...towards judgement. Well Wreckingball...it's your turn. Walk...towards the light.
Wreckingball walks forward...and opens the door. His eyes open in shock and fear...

As HwB opens the ancient looking wooden doors an expression of shock over comes his face as he finds himself in the middle of a cemetery. The focus of his shock is a tombstone in front of him that has his name inscribed upon it. Looking down the tombstone Wreckingball sees that the earth of the grave has been moved as if it is a recent burial.
Glancing around his surroundings Wreckingball considering he's in a cemetery doesn't notice any thing that catches his immediate attention. As he steps out of the doorway the huge wooden doors close behind him and a voice that seems to be everywhere and no where echoes through out the hallowed grounds " It is time to make a choice Wreckingball , Will you choose Death , or will you choose life , And be a NEW MAN."
Looking around trying to get a bearing on where the voice is coming from all he see's is a proud grey wolf standing with it's eyes shining bright in the glow of the full moon staring directly at him as if reading his very soul. Wandering where the wolf come from he curiously approaches the weary animal which doesn't even flinch at HwB's slow movement. Turning around at the sound of footsteps behind him breaking the twigs , he quickly turns back to face the wolf but finds it has vanished and all that remains is a mist on the ground. With shivers now running up and down his spine he once again hears the voice " Do not be afraid of the wolf , for if your heart is true they will not harm you ... merely guide you back to the path of your true calling."
Puzzled as to what is meant HwB begins to wander around the cemetery , his feeling of being frightened fading and being somehow replaced by a feeling of calmness and comfort , almost a feeling as if he belonged to this unusual place. Gathering his thoughts Wreckingball speaks out " Ok , I have decided .. My decision is life." After which a voice replies " Very well , That is your choice so now you must face the final sacrifice in order to have life .. you must first die. But there is nothing to be afraid of because you will be reborn knowing which path lays ahead and knowing the right thing to do."
Once again hearing the sounds of foot steps behind Wreckingball turns to see a group of people all dressed in dark robes holding flaming torches. The mysterious figures simple step aside and form a path way to walk between towards a light which HwB starts to slowly walk towards. As he nears the light one of the figures hand him a scroll , with out even thinking he opens the scroll and reads it. First of all your thoughts and mind should be pure so you can walk across fire. Thinking to himself " hmm walk across fire ok. "So he clears his mind and continues to walk forward. After a few minutes he continues to read the scroll .. The second part is you must drink the tea that is offered. " Tea ? .. it can't be all bad then."
Drinking the tea which is mildly hot and has an unusual flavor to it Wreckingball's head starts to feel light and his body has a tingling sensation. " Wow .. this is good tea. " With out even realizing it he has walked over burning coals and is now at an open clearing where a small , but bright fire is burning. This time Crazy Boy joins Wreckingball and motions for him to take a seat near the flames. They are both soon joint by a couple of Navajo indians , one with an old looking drum and the other holding some type of turtle rattle in his hand. Cb simple states this is a vision quest and final part of your test , "you have have met the brother wolf and he has deemed you worthy. You have walked the path of fire and not been burnt. You have have also drank the sacred Peyote tea. Now my friend here whose name roughly translates to soul of the bear will guide you through the ceremony. What you see or hear is your path and you alone can walk it." Tbc Wreckingball.

The man with the drum begins to beat it, slowly. A slow, repetitive rhythm tapped out on the skin...but to Wreckingball, the sound is agony. Every beat pulsing through his body, a wave of sound.
*Thud. Thud. Thud. Thud.*
The man with the rattle begins to shake it, in the gaps between each drumbeat, and the shrill sound pierces Wreckingball's body repeatedly, causing sharp shocks of pain in between the dull hammering of the drum. Wreckingball is faintly aware of Crazy Boy next to him, and Wreckingball speaks to him, quietly...
Why am I here?
Crazy Boy's soft, amused laughter is his only reply, as Wreckingball's vision slips away. He hears a loud, constant booing, and he is standing in the ring, with the crowd throwing food and drink at his body...but he simply replies by lifting his middle finger to them, and walking out proudly after headbutting a fan in the face. He continues on backstage, pushing Fighty fighty persons and interviewers out of the way, until he reaches his locker room. He stares in the mirror, at his middle-aged face, defined by glittering, hate-filled eyes and shrugs to himself.
He then sits down, to prepare for the upcoming match...and the room crumbles into a woodland clearing. A distant, disembodied voice calls to him...
You're here to find out who you want to be. Do you want to be a dead man inside a living man's body...? Walk forward and fight me, Wreckingball!
Wreckingball walks forward, to a side of the clearing where the grass is long and deep. He notices, that Crazy Boy has moved and he is standing there, ready to fight. Wreckingball nods his head, and speaks in a calm voice...
It's alright. I know what to do.
Wreckingball waits for Crazy Boy to attack him...

Instead of attacking Wreckingball , Crazy Boy's image changes to that of the grey wolf. Confused Wreckingball looks at the wolf who turns around and walks off. Following the wolf he is lead through a small group of trees and suddenly finds himself in part of the audience of GHW. The sounds of cheering and every one calling out the name of the superstar fighting the ring over whelm his senses. Looking around the audience he notices signs up insulting The Metal Warrior telling him to get stuffed , or go home. The more derogatory signs somehow make him feel happy. Puzzled as to why , Wreckingball looks at the ring and watches the match for a moment as he sees himself up against a new face in wrestling.
The new face gets taken out by a vicious clothesline from Wreckingball then the crowd changes from cheering to booing , HwB once again feels a strange emotion of being sad and annoyed. That changes to happiness as the new face sweeps the legs out of from under Wreckingball who falls to the mat with a solid thump. Wreckingball finds himself cheering on the new superstar in GHW , but deep down inside feels betrayed and sad that his once favorite superstar has turned heel.
Once again the scene changes as a tear falls down his cheek. This time HwB finds himself still apart of the audience , unlike last time how ever while he is watching himself fight the audience is cheering him on and showing there support for the great Metal Warrior. Looking around the signs have changed from insults to saying .. we love you Wreckingball , Marry me Wreckingball , I'm your number one fan. Feeling proud and really happy to be alive and able to entertain his fans he watches the fight for a little longer before the vision changes back to a wolf that leads him back towards the fire.

The wolf leads him back to the clearing, and Crazy Boy is sitting there with a smile on his face and the two old Navajo sitting next to him. It is morning, and the air smells clean and fresh, as it does after rain. The sun shines down through the trees. The fire is burned out, and the ashes smoulder down to nothing.
Wreckingball walks towards the men in the clearing and nods respectfully to the two Navajo, before shaking Crazy Boy's hand. Crazy Boy looks up to him, his eyes smiling.
All that to remember who you were...
Hah, if I hadn't forgotten, I wouldn't have shit myseld at the thought of you.
So, if I might ask...who are you?
Of course Crazy One, I'm the Human Wreckingball, but you knew that all along. It was me who didn't know, or if I did, I needed a reminder. I can never thank you enough for this, I'm glad I didn't have to wait until I was washed-up and universally hated before I realised. I thought I had a choice, but I don't...all anyone can do is choose to live.
All you can do is choose to live...and be a new man.
Crazy Boy laughs...
You have no idea how long it took me to find that costume again, the company that made them had moved and it had to be just right.
I said, I can't thank you enough. This was the costume you helped me design...you even gave me the helmet. It wasn't a waste of your time though. I'm going to wear this for every match, out of respect for you, and so I can remember who I really am. Thank you.
The men continue talking as the morning progresses, and eventually leave the clearing...
